For me, that social media presence drew me in to wanting to try her cookies even more because I watched videos of the process and I could see her baking is a labor of love. My favorite is the Moroccan spice, but today I tried the lemon thyme and I think that might be a new contender for my favorite. The cake itself was flawless--a beautifully made 3-tier design with a light, delicious texture. The smooth buttercream frosting had just the right amount of sweetness, perfectly balancing the rich chocolate swirls and fresh, fruity strawberry layers. So many of our guests raved about it, and our bridesmaid (the true dessert connoisseur of the group) polished off all the leftover slices by the next day!
