      I contacted Katelyn VERY last minute to make cookies for my husband's promotion. She graciously agreed to take my order and I could not be happier! It was very easy to communicate with her and the cookies came out better than the inspiration photos I sent to her!! So thankful that she agreed to do this for us. I would highly recommend her and will order from her again if we need custom cookies. I believe she does cupcakes and cakes too so will keep her in mind for future orders.

      The cake was the best cake I've ever had custom made. The frosting was not too sweet, the cake was the perfect texture, and Katelyn made the cake look so perfect! I sent her an inspiration picture and explained it was for my 30th birthday with the theme of "tying up my 20s" and she made exactly what I wanted. She is also reasonably priced and very good on communication. All my friends kept asking where the cake was from because it was so good! I definitely recommend her!

I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! The filling was creamy and rich with elegant buttercream, but no so rich that it's sickly sweet. What I mean to say it that they were perfectly balanced. The creator has all of my appreciation and respect! I'm saving her number because these are the most impressive and satisfying macarons that I've tasted in a very long time. Cakes By Bless prepared the cake at her request and it was delivered the day of the party. What happened next was a flurry of excitement as we called in other people from our building, and even delivery people to come look at the cake! The cake was designed to look like legal books with a piece of notepad paper and even an edible pen. The chocolate-filled books had a frosting layer under the fondant (all vegan) and moist chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate fudge in the middle. It was really good and much easier to cut into than we expected. It was a really big hit in our office and more than one person asked for the number to show other friends and family. Even took pictures of the outside and inside of the beautiful cake. The amazing art cake showed a true talent of baking. I could never do something like this and was really impressed at the taste and design. I would recommend Cakes By Bless (Bless is the lady's name who bakes the cakes) to any friend with a themed party or celebration. You will truly be the hit of the party if you show up with one of her pieces of delicious art.
