For me, that social media presence drew me in to wanting to try her cookies even more because I watched videos of the process and I could see her baking is a labor of love. My favorite is the Moroccan spice, but today I tried the lemon thyme and I think that might be a new contender for my favorite. The smooth buttercream frosting had just the right amount of sweetness, perfectly balancing the rich chocolate swirls and fresh, fruity strawberry layers.
