I liked that the condensed milk was served on the side, so you can adjust the sweetness to your preference instead of it being pre-poured. It was also the perfect size for three people to share. I'll definitely be coming back!

The snickerdoodle somehow tastes warm, nostalgic, and sophisticated all at once. However, the girls did pick out a couple pieces of candy for each and we spent about $4.50. This place is definitely cute and provides a lot of different types of candies, but it is kind of pricey. What I really want to make a positive review about Sprinkles is regarding my most recent visit to their Cupcake ATM. I arrived at about 8:20 PM last week to get a cupcake on a whim after they closed. Their ATM wasn't on a few days before because of the ATM's credit card reader needing to be serviced, and so I came back again to get my Red Velvet cupcake and another seeing that the ATM is finally on and operating. The process seemed to be going by smoothly until after paying for the cupcakes, the compartment door that opens up for you to receive the cupcakes did not open. I stood there in shock that I would leave with no cupcakes and my money possibly being taken from me. After 10 minutes of waiting for the door to hopefully open, I took pictures of the incident. The next day when Sprinkles was open, I arrived and spoke to two kind and accommodating ladies working there. I explained my situation. And just like all of my previous experiences visiting Sprinkles, they were friendly as always. Since I had work soon, I couldn't pick up my cupcakes, but they wrote my name down and told me I could pick them up on my next day off, AND they are going to give me an extra cupcake for free as an apology for the inconvenience! When I came to Sprinkles the third time, they presented me with the cupcakes I ordered and the extra Toffee cupcake! Thank you so much for being there for your customers with your grand customer service and cupcakes! I definitely want to keep coming back since I associate Sprinkles with deliciousness and friendliness!

Ordering was convenient via the self kiosk and cupcakes were ready for pickup in a breeze. There is ample seating inside too! If I'm in the area, I'd still get my fave red velvet and the cookies & cream!

I've been to a number of very nice ice cream shops all around the Bay Area and this is right now my favorite one. As the weather warms up, do yourself a big favor and come to this gelato shop for some Dubai chocolate gelato and other flavors.
