Great teas and coffees with friendly service! Stopped by for an iced tea on a 90 degree day. I love that they have three different unsweetened daily ice teas-herbal, green and black. Large cafe with plenty of seating inside and out. Cute welcoming cafe in downtown Livermore.

Livermore is so blessed with the amount of great coffee places. I finally went to this one after so many trips to Story Coffee. I really like this cafe. It has a lot of sitting areas to just relax and drink a nice cup of coffee. Very cozy. I like that they have little seasonal drinks other than their normal menu. It was nice to hold the warm coffee while I walked outside in the cold. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Love the vibes of this place. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Got the matcha latte and a blueberry scone. It was all delicious and the scone was fresh out of the oven which was an amazing plus. The area it is in is also really cute / nice with lots of little shops and feels very safe with lots of parking.

We tried the iced carmelita and the latte. They have a nice variety of drinks on the menu, and the service was fast. The coffee was a little bitter for my taste, since I prefer sweeter drinks, but the rest of my family really enjoyed theirs. The interior is nice with cute decor, and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside.

Stopped in first time while We were waiting for the Fat Pigeon to Open. Nice space, good seating and very clean. Everyone was very friendly, prices and wait time We're Reasonable. It was fairly busy as well. Quality of the coffee, and hot cocoa was awesome. Served temperature Appropriate. Nice place to Chill and visit. Well done.

The vibes here are always super lovely. There's plenty of seating for folks who want to get work done and the employees are all exceptionally sweet and accommodating. They have more experimental / novelty drinks which can be hit or miss but they're really fun to try. They used to have this mango chai flavor I was obsessed with but they ended up swapping it out which was a bummer.

A place w real people and the BEST coffee ever! The people are friendly and they REMEMBER you. I am always impressed by their roast. Yum! Also the food is delightful. The croissants are delicious. If you're looking for a sandwich and some great coffee with the best atmosphere, you want Panama Bay! And make sure you ask for Mia or Sam! These two are simply fantastic!

Probably closer to 3.5 stars. This is (almost) a good place to get some work done! They have outlets and a decent amount of seating. The only con is that the music is too loud. One time it was so loud a stranger next to me actually went up to ask the employee to lower the music and everyone thanked him. I don't recommend if you have to take any calls or meetings. The bathroom code changes every week so you'll need to ask the employees for the code when you come in. Drinks are okay - not my favorite but I still come back because it's the best place I've found to do work so far. It comes out to $6.85 for an iced oat milk latte with a flavored syrup. I recommend downloading the app to gain points and rewards! It's a cute cafe to stop by for a drink or sit outside.

Such a cute coffee spot! Had to give this cafe a try for their innovative speciality lattes and was not disappointed. I tried their banana bread latte and I don't like sweet coffee an asked the barista to make it less sweet and and she did an amazing job making it less sweet but not lose flavor! I'm not a fan of hazelnut, which the og recipe calls for, so the barista subbed it for toffee for me and it was fire. My mom got their Mumbai masala chai which was also super yum and had a good taste of spices. We also got their spinach and cheese pastry which was fresh and also super yum. Def recommend trying this spot!!

Stop by to get another coffee on the way. Nice decoration with some of Halloween theme. It is nice coffee shop. I like the wall where you can write message on the cup holder and stick it to the wall. The cold brew and the oat raisin cookies are good. Worker is very friendly.

Yup, if I'm drinking coffee, I want this one!!! I stumbled on the iced vanilla latte and it's one of the richest, most flavorful lattes I've had in so long where I can enjoy the coffee aroma and flavor without it being bitter and having a weird aftertaste. *Drink of choice: iced sugar free vanilla latte with oat milk - largest size they have!! Gotta stop by and have it anytime of day!! Sad they're not open late night to have it more

It was my first time at Panama Bay this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a small iced decaf americano with oat milk and sugar free hazelnut syrup. It was perfect! I'd order that same thing again when I come back! We also shared a Reese's peanut butter cookie. We asked for it warmed up and it was gooey and delish!!! Will definitely be back!

    The Vibe here!!

Panama Bay Coffee: A Cozy Downtown Gem! A repeat favorite! I love the rustic vibe of this charming cafe. Always a pleasure to grab my go-to Caramelita Latte, served extra hot, paired with their scrumptious gluten-free Banana Blueberry Muffin (warmed to perfection!). Consistently delicious and welcoming atmosphere. Their staff are always smiling and friendly. A must-visit in downtown Livermore!

It was in a day that it was pouring rain and we ate outside but the umbrellas they have did wonders! I ordered water and the chick magnet sandwich. I almost got the hot chicken sandwich but wasn't feeling spicy that day. the one I got was actually really good! They just opened a brand new parking garage literally right behind this restaurant so you don't have to keep circling the downtown street over and over again anymore lol. There was never a moment of huddling or bustling around confused; they turned over so many dishes and tables while I was there, and still had time to check in on you with a genuine smile. My only issue was with the female owner. When she stepped in, she seemed to throw off the rhythm the staff had going. During my meal at the counter, I watched her talk down to and directly order around three employees right in front of customers. A little "please," or pulling someone aside privately, would go a long way for both employee morale and the customer experience. Now for the food: it was great, if a little light on salt (though that might just be my own preference). The tacos had good flavor and just the right amount of sauce. I'd recommend the crispy potatoes, and the French toast is a hands-down guilty pleasure. The latte was solid and came out fast. Overall, I'd absolutely stop by again.

I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. They sent us directions to pick up in the back, but we got a little lost. Leonard, the owner, came out to find us and introduced himself and shared a little about the food and their projects. He was such a nice guy with big plans for the food! Into the food itself - The tuna mayo onigiri was STUFFED. There was so much flavor in every bite. I was a little cranky you have to order in twos but afterwards that first bite, I'm glad I had a whole one to myself! We got the Portuguese sausage with musubi and chili oil. The chili oil had a lot of heat and flavor to it! I don't recommend the chili oil if you're picturing a light spice because it packs a punch. But if you like the fire, highly recommend! My partners favorite was the classic teriyaki spam with unagi and avocado. I really enjoyed the portion sizing of each item - created a really perfect bite. The unagi had an extra smokiness to it. I think it's probably prepared in house/not supermarket unagi - the taste was quite different from that! The chicken lumpia was crispy and perfectly seasoned - not too salty and savory. The Thai chili sauce wasn't too spicy at all either. We'd definitely be back to try more!
