I got the New Year's Bliss, which is a vanilla matcha with strawberry cold foam. It was creamy and really good. It was definitely on the sweeter side, but I didn't mind since I usually like sweet drinks. It was also pretty filling, probably because of the cold foam. I stopped by Caffeinated Cowboy in Pleasanton and ordered the iced Cinnamon Toasted Latte. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the drink wasn't quite what I expected. I was hoping for a sweeter latte with a stronger cinnamon flavor, but it tasted more like a cold brew with milk. The coffee flavor was very strong, while the cinnamon and sweetness were pretty subtle. It wasn't a bad drink, just different from what I imagined when ordering a Cinnamon Toasted Latte. The quality of the coffee seemed good, and the atmosphere made a great first impression. I really wanted to check this place out because I thought it was so cute. They have a walk up window, an order window and a pick up window. I think the layout doesn't work really well with a pick up and an order window on opposite sides of the building, making you take a u-turn around the building. Just doesn't seem to really make sense. The line was somewhat long, which I expected since it's new and exciting to the area. I waited for awhile once I was at the window for them to take my order. I ordered a French toast and a breakfast burrito. I had not seen any photos of the breakfast burrito and was super excited/interested to try. The girl working the booth said their microwave was broken and I couldn't get the burrito or a sandwich. Bummer. The French toast iced drink came to $7. The drink tasted fine. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. All the workers were friendly and nice. I prefer to support smaller businesses so I might be back to try again but I won't go out of my way. read more

Only been here one time and probably won't visit again because its just out of the way from where I live. I ordered the strawberry matcha. The matcha flavor was fine but the drink itself just tasted like strawberry milk mixed with matcha so wouldn't get it again. They have a pretty small menu of specialty coffee choices. Be prepared to WAIT, 1 person was rotating between drive thru and walk up window to take orders. Its a super small location with a few people working. Due to the location i feel the drive thru placement is awkward but it works. Also, if you walk up, you could potentially be waiting on the street so would not bring kids with you if youre planning to wait outside. All in all I love the theme, the employees are nice and would try their actual coffee if im ever back in the area. They offer a great variety of both fun and classic coffee drinks, along with a nice selection of pastries. I ordered a French Toast Latte with a croissant. We placed our order on one side of the kiosk and drove around to pick it up, and it was ready by the time we got there. I was a little worried the latte might be too sweet, but it had just the right balance and excellent flavor. The croissant was fresh, soft, and exactly what I was hoping for. This was our first time here. The small lone pink building in the middle of the parking lot stood out so much that it made it easy to spot in the shopping plaza. There is a "walk-up" order window to place your orders. And then beside the walk up window, there is the Drive-Up "Order Here" window where you place your and pay followed by a short drive to the other side of the tiny building to the "Pick Up" window. We did the Drive Through... and the staff is super kind and helpful. They answered questions we had, they offered recommendations, and even accommodated requests we had for one of the drinks. Something that I really appreciated was the fact that each window had a set of fresh flowers. It really added a nice touch, it is something small, but really made the interaction space more personable and cozy. The order: Toasted Saddle -Sipped it before mixing in the marshmallow cold foam, and it was delicious. Smooth, not overpowering and mildly sweet. Once I mixed the Marshmallow cold foam into the beverage, it became slightly more creamy... but if you want a more creamy version, I recommend requesting it be done as a latte. Toasted Saddle (Latte) -My friend let me taste his. He had mixed the Marshmallow cold foam, and his drink was creamy and sweet. An even balance of both coffee and creamy sweetness. Tira-Miss-U: -Another friend ordered this drink, i don't recall if they ordered it as a latte.... But it did look and taste very similar to the toasted saddle latte. These all had a forward tasting of sweetness with a subtle smooth coffee as the follow up flavor. This place is so cute! I went on a Friday afternoon, and there were just a few cars in line plus me. I used the drive thru window and the wait was comparable to a short Dutch Bros line! Not bad at all. My interaction with the ladies working were really short but they were nice and friendly. I ordered the Toasted Saddle and added oatmilk (so I got it as a latte instead of straight cold brew with cold foam) and it was sooo good. I'll have to try it as is next time. The drink size was way bigger than I'm used to as well, I usually only get a tall at sbux so you can imagine my surprise when my drink came out! I also ordered an almond croissant not warmed. My eyes almost popped out of my head when I realized how big the croissant was. It took my entire 15 minute drive home to finish it, and they don't skimp on the almond filling like most almond croissants do! The drive-thru setup is super convenient, and even with the opening day buzz, the service was quick and friendly. Cute tiny new coffee shop in the neighborhood. I stopped by on my way to my nail appointment as I am always open to supporting small businesses. I came in through the drive thru, a couple of cars were ahead of me that were waiting to order. When I reached the window, I took a look at the menu decided to try the Bee Happy. I didn't notice different drink size or milk options, but when I placed my order I was asked if whole milk was fine, in which I said yes. I paid for my drink and proceeded to get stuck in that weird turn angle. Sadly it's terribly tight to turn and fear for others that may want to swing by with larger vehicles. But once I was able to get to the pick up window, I was greeted by a kind gentleman that confirmed my order then handed me my drink. The Bee Happy matcha drink was pleasant. Medicore coffee that is Starbucks quality level. Got the cold brew and it was on the same level as Starbucks so not anything great. Got the tiramsu but as a latte and wow that is the most artifical tasting drink I have ever had. I could not take more then a few sips before my mouth was coated in a film and dried out. Needless to say I did not keep drinking it. Also there are no prices on the drink menu, which is very strange. I've been here 3 times now and the coffee is sooooo delicious! I tried the French toast latte, the toasted saddle, and the tira-miss-u. All 3 were so yummy. Can't go wrong with any of those. The staff is super helpful, very friendly, and very patient. They can help you pick your perfect drink. 4 stars because the drive through is tricky. It's hard to get around the building and it does take a long time to get through so definitely plan longer than expected. The walk up window is nice but it also takes a bit of time.
