I placed an order through the app and accidentally duplicated one of two of my drinks. Before checking out, I then mistakenly deleted the wrong drink instead of the duplicate. The app gives you a message "if there's an issue with your order, please call the store" well unfortunately, the store's number that was listed on the app had been disconnected. Tried the number posted on Google, sit was the same number - disconnected. Checked the number on Yelp, same number - disconnected. Tried to call the other store in Livermore on Portola to see if they had the store's number - ALSO DISCONNECTED. By the time I got to the store and told the woman about the issue, she just brushed it off and said "oh yeah - they have the old number still listed online" and then gave me the store's number to save in my phone. I paid for the third smoothie, which I thought they should have compted given the fact that they didn't have a way to contact them after my transaction, but she made no offer and even when I mentioned having to pay for a third drink she just shrugged her shoulders at me. I get that I made a mistake when ordering but I tried to correct it immediately. They didn't have accurate contact information listed which made it impossible for me to do so. I reached out to their customer service to bring the issue to their attention and their response was to give me a 50% off and 25% off promo codes that needed to be used in 6 days. When I told them that wasn't a reasonable resolution, I didn't receive any further responses from them even though their messages message to me stated to reach back out to them if I needed anything else. It was a $11 drink, the money isn't the issue... it was the principle of the situation that pissed me off. read more

I'm not sure why this time i come and get my drink and they serve me less than before just because I have asked for no ice. Any Jamba juice I go to they always make my drink right and it's always full. But this time it's only half the cup. This place has only been open for a couple weeks. I noticed it when I was going to Safeway the other day and thought, "Oh boy! A new Jamba Juice! I HAVE TO GO THERE!" Being the basic girl I am, I thought I'd get myself a strawberry surf rider to celebrate the summer. I have food allergies so smoothies can sometimes be difficult because there can be a lot of ingredients to look at (sherbert, yogurt, fruit juice, etc.) but the employees who worked there were very nice. Just keep in mind that managers have to deal with food allergies personally so it might take a bit of extra time for them to come out to help you if they are busy. The manager here told me that they are pretty good about substituting and can take out sherbert or juice or anything you don't want. So instead of the sherbert in the surf rider, they gave me a lemonade base with extra strawberries. The thing weighed like five pounds when I got it! It's a bit pricey (my altered surf rider was almost $6), but I'm sure there's like 4 servings of fruit in there- and taking out the sherbert to add more fruit made it taste less sweet, which I like. I'm sure it's healthier too. I'm glad they're so accommodating about altering their menu items. They also have an allergen book but it didn't seem to contain the two that I'm allergic to- carrageenan and corn/modified foodstarch- so I guess if you have an unusual allergy and you're in doubt about whether what you're drinking is safe, it's better to just substitute out anything questionable. We asked why they shorted my friend first and she said because she got a medium even though there was a lot left over in the blender. I was waiting for mine which I ordered before my friend and still had not received it. So I waited and they did every customer before me when I was there first and ordered first. I came to this Jamba Juice the worker that was helping me had a hair stuck on her shirt besides that her shirt was extremely filthy. While she was taking my order she was scratching her head then she went on and prepared my drinks. She did not wash her hands before making the drinks. I was not pleased with my visit here. Jamba Juice in general is a popular place to come and enjoy drinks. There was two employees behind the counter and about 7 people waiting for their drinks. One employee disappeared into the back and left the other employee making all the drinks. I have lived in several places and have been lucky to have a Jambe Juice close by. I enjoy a JJ regardless of the season. But, what I have found is that there are variances in the proportions of each ingredient based on who makes it. Wish they could develop flavor consistency. Visited this location this morning at 7:45am. The girl who seem to either be the manager or shift leader was extremely rude!!! I went into the bathroom and immediately turned around it was soooo disgusting. I informed her and her response "well people keep coming in so I haven't had the chance to go into there." The service here was so rude. The cashier sounded like she hated her job and wanted nothing to do with being there. We ordered 4 drinks and she gave off a negative tone because of it. She was the only one on the floor when ordering and her supervisor came out shortly after with no hat or apron on. I ordered a Pomegranate Pick-Me-Up and when the order was called it was called quietly and negatively. I let the supervisor on shift know I asked for a Pom Pick-Me-Up when she handed me a Pomegranate Paradise. She assured me that it was a Pick-Me-Up and I told her it was not. She offered to remake it but was really negative about remaking it and also seemed like she didn't want to be there. I watched as she remade my drink and she still made it incorrectly. There are not supposed to be mangos in this drink. Despite knowing my smoothie was made incorrectly for the second time I took it and left. I'm from out of town visiting and I work at the Jamba Juice where I live. I was so disgusted with the attitudes of these employees and negativity they had in the store. I hope the general manager retrains these employees because they definitely need to be retrained about the attitudes they carry and the recipes. read more

I was so excited when this location opened because I always had to go to the portola location, which is not very convincente. Since they opened I have here only; it's off the freeway and close to my house. I call in and order ahead or use the app so I don't have to wait, I had a few problems with the way the drinks tasted time to time, but nothing that couldn't be forgiven by the quick service and convenient location. A few weeks ago I ordered my drink with chia seeds and it was fine, I could see the little black/brown seeds in my drink and I could also feel them. Today I ordered the same drink again and when I picked it up I asked the girl if my drink had chia seeds because I could not see any seeds in the drink and she said "yeah", I figured maybe it wasn't mixed well or something and left. I finished my drink and there ZERO chia seeds in my drink. It bothers me more that she probably didn't even know if the drink had the seeds but because just said yeah to get me out of there instead of making sure. I wouldn't care if it wasn't because I pay extra for it! I will probably go back to the portola location where I have never had any problems. read more
