Had a "on break" sign on the door for over 30 mins. Employee male walked past everyone with a bag of food and then proceeded to not serve anyone for 20 mins. I assume he ate in the back. There were about 10 of us waiting at one point. All of us eventually left. read more

My daughter treated me to an ice cream. I asked for a single scoop in a cup. The size I was given was more like a child size ( if that) I asked if this was a single scoop. She said yes and she'd add more if I'd like. My daughter got same (different flavor) hers was noticeable bigger. The girl then said " the ice cream was hard so I stopped) . So because the ice cream was hard she decided I only needed what I was given but charged for what I asked for! Love it! Won't be going back there. read more

My review is for the creative and accommodating staff. I ordered a cake for someone who works with stars and space! The staff gave me ideas and the manager himself helped gather the things I needed. The cake was beautiful and the tastes awesome. I've ordered from them before and they have not let me down yet! As for criticism on this page about cleanliness, I think it just needs a little remodeling inside a little update because it's a little old. They might need to work on staffing more people and a little organization on a rush hour. That's just my thoughts on that read more

Stopped by at 5 on Thursday and service was quick & friendly. Some people on the seats and one family in front of us. Good selection of ice cream My wife had a cone with one scoop and I had a milkshake. Both were delicious. Store at this time was cGreat selection of pre-made ice cream cakes and now they have "Polar Pizza". Looks like we arrived during a shift change and it did not appear it impacted the service to customers who can can in after us. Smooth transition. read more

I love the nice kids that work there. It saddens me that they don't receive my tips I give them. I am a repeat customer, probably 5 nights a week. I know that the employees do a good job and it is nice to reward them. Sad that the owner Harjeet Badwar takes their register tips and doesn't share with the staff working for it. read more

Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up and get ready. Im going to take you on an experience of a lifetime. First let me say, I get ice cream maybe twice a year because I'd be huge if I did it often. That being said, the staff was super friendly!!! Very helpful and respectful when entering. The manager/owner implored us to try some samples of many different flavor ice creams flavors, including some new ones. I ordered a cookie and cream hot fudge brownie sundae (judge me haters) and it was one of the best desserts in my life, no joke. I was hoping I could eat it for an entire lifetime and then die happy with it by my side. My girlfriend was still deciding what to order and was urged to try the new Beach Day flavor. I don't know what was in it and I don't regret what I ordered, but this was one of the best ice cream I've ever had the honor of trying. I highly recommend this location for the friendly staff and the ice cream was soooo dang good, ESPECIALLY the new Beach Day flavor! Get out and try it soon trust me!!! read more

I was visiting there tonight and this place has gone down since the past few months. It's gotten so bad that now it's just embarrassing that no one cares to clean. It smells bad there's stickiness stains all over the place on the floor. The ice cream tops don't look clean looks like no one cares to wipe down the glass or counters tables. For a place that sells food and consumable product, these conditions which recently seem to be consistent is highly disgusting and I won't be coming to this place. read more

This location is having a quality control problem. The last two visits the fudge and caramel toppinging were hard as rocks. The heating elements of the warmers don't seem to be working for over a month. Sundays were poorly constructed due to overworked employees. Just to compare we visited the Pleasanton location a few days ago. What a huge difference. Way better quality, service, and selection of flavors. read more

Last night we stepped out as the ultimate suburban family: SUV? Check. Toddler and a baby on the way? Check. Home Depot excursion? Check. I thought I'd round it all out by stopping for ice cream. I had a BOGO coupon for Baskin Robbins so off we went. BR was everything I remembered: soft pink and blue hues, 31 flavors, glazed-over teenage employees. Heck, I used to be one of them! I worked at this BR a whopping 14 years ago for one glorious summer. Sadly, I was fired before the summer had ended because I jumped on an opportunity to guest DJ on Live 105 with my brother instead of working my shift. Can you really blame me? My full-fat Chocolate Peanut Butter scoop on a Sugar Cone really hit the spot. Just like the good ol' days... read more

A family favorite when it's time for a treat - my girls love the flavor selections - my older one prefers wild n reckless sherbet because it makes her tongue turn purple, my younger one will eat anything! They have a station where they can add nuts or fruit or chocolate (only for very special occasions!) and also a well-stocked take home section. Seating is limited but we just wander over to the Starbucks next door if there's no place to sit - then daddy can get his coffee fix as well! read more

Quick friendly service. Clean. Fully stocked freezer full of cakes. I don't get all the one star reviews.

Worst service ever. Walked in and waited at the counter for 7 or 8 minutes. Owner walking back-and-forth and simply ignored me the whole time. Not even a "I'll be right with you." Baaaaad service! read more

We've been here a couple times for simple ice cream or a milkshake and the service has been mostly good. The ice cream is well... ice cream is hard to mess up I think. It's pretty run of the mill taste you could get from any Safeway or something like that. The location is in a large center so it's convenient in case you're running errands and need a sweet tooth pick me up. The problem we've had that really ruined our experience with this location is the ice cream cake. We picked one up and found out that the cake base that separates from the ice cream is done by having a plastic film on it. Well they didn't remove the plastic film or it broke off in places and that makes for some pretty gross experiences for people having cake. Imagine having a sandwich but the cheese paper from the packaging was left on. Really disappointed that the QC here missed. read more

I visit the Livermore Baskin Robbins location once a month to buy a quart of the flavor of the month. Sometimes they pack it to the top, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they weigh the container to make sure the serving met their standards. Tonight, the boy did not fill up the container to the top, nor did he weigh it. I am done with this place. I will stick to Cold Stone. See picture. read more

I take my niece here all the time. We even got her birthday cake here a couple years ago. So, I decided to get my cake here to appease her. We went to pick it out together on Sunday (my birthday was the next Friday). We order it and everything is good to go. Go to pick it up...they don't have it. The girl there doesn't know why, said she's been really busy making lots of cakes, and they can't make it since they don't make their cakes in store. But she said we can pick out another one, free of charge. I don't want to sound like an asshat, but literally I wanted the cake I ordered ahead of time, not some generic cake they happen to have. It's ridiculous. Don't get your cake here, guys. They'll disappoint you. read more

Visits here over the years have always been hunky-dory. Staff has been friendly and made our sweet visits enjoyable. Safari so goody...no crabby employee encounters here. Whew-Wee! All ice creams my family has had have been fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. Vanilla soft serve is available as well as some delish soft serve specialty treats. They offer some ready-made cakes and their freezer is packed with ice cream to go. Sing along REALLY fast as done on their commercial... "Ice cream n cake n cake Ice cream n cake n cake Ice cream n cake n cake Ice cream n cake n cake Ice cream n cake do the ice cream n cake Ice cream n cake do the ice cream n cake... Now who dat is with the ice cream and cake? The party ain't live without the ice cream and cake. Whatchu want some ice cream n cake? All the kids like ice cream n cake." -Buckwhest Boyz Ice cream desserts are downright fun. Wow-Zah...as per a 'lil tour of the BR web site, I was amazed by the magnitude of yummy desserts they offer. This place is waaaaaaaaaay more than simple scoops of ice cream, folks. To Do... Go to their site. Click on Cakes then Occasions. That will bring you to a happy page of specialty ice cream desserts, including elegant desserts...gotta see this spectacular selection of MmmMmm great treats. I went here the other night to get a couple of 2 scoop sundaes to go. I've been here before and it's always ehh. When I first walked in the first thing I smelled was urine. I don't know if that was what it was, but whatever the smell was smelled like it..not pleasent. The employees were..okay. A young boy and girl working. The girl was fine, the boy came off as a punk. But the thing that mattered most was the serving size....which was SMALL. It tasted fine, I've had better. I would pick Loard's over Baskin Robbins any day. read more

Absolutely terrible service!!!!!! My husband and I came in tonight to get ice cream for our five kids.. I have a medical exemption to not wear a mask do to a nerve disorder in my face. My children ordered there ice cream with no problem and one of the teen workers stormed over to me and said "I'm sorry we can't serve you because you don't have a mask". I explained my exemption and was going to walk out but as I was explaining, the teen girl walked away shouting "DONT SERVE HER". I walked out as the rest of my family paid and waited outside. Afterwards, another patron who witnessed the situation, walked out and said all three teen girls were loudly making fun of me after I stepped outside. At that point I was extremely frustrated and wanted their names so I could call corporate so I walked back inside to get their names. They refused to give names and were hysterically laughing. The most awful one kept saying "this is my last night here I don't have to give you my name and I don't care who you call. You're a grown ass woman figure it out. I don't have to serve you." Again, as a reminder, I waited outside after I was told I wouldn't be served. She proceeded to argue with me after I told her how unacceptable all of their behavior was and followed me as I was walking out the door screaming. I started to get loud as well and telling them that they shouldn't have a job if this is how they're going to treat customers. She was acting crazy like she was gonna try to fight me. She literally came outside and her and another teen worker kept mouthing off. Regardless they took it too far when all I wanted was their names since they were being so incredibly disrespectful and rude to me. Not only in front of my own family but in front of all the other patrons. As we loaded up the kids in the car she started calling someone and taking pictures of my car. Needless to say I will NEVER give baskin robins our business ever again. If teenagers have a job, they should have a little more common courtesy and not make fun of customers so every one can hear. ESPECIALLY when their family is still inside. read more

Baskin Robbins has so many commericals and such nostalgia that I often forget what it's like and stop in, just to be disappointed all over again. When you walk in, expect to be hit with a nauseating smell of sourish milk. It smells like they poured all the old milk down the drain and just let it sit there without washing it away. I seriously want to gag every time I go inside. The staff really doesn't improve the place whatsoever. While there have been a few friendly teens throughout the years, but for the most part there are two options: either come in the morning to get the grumpy older lady, or come in the evening to get a pair a lazy teenagers who apparently hate their job. The older lady is always in the back, cake decorating she told me, and seems to throw a little huff any time someone dares interrupt her to buy (gasp) ice cream! The teen staff, as I said, is so lazy. They work in slow motion, often will ignore customers in line while heading to the back (to do Lord knows what) and seem entirely uninterested in being at work. The cleanliness, as I mentioned above, is lacking. It smells horrible, and there is always ice cream tracked all over the floor. One can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors.... Price are incredibly high. The only time ice cream is affordable is on Tuesday nights when they have the dollar promotion (but beware you can only buy three scoops) or on their annual firefighters fundraising event. The firefighter thing is actually pretty cool, local firefighters actually serve your ice cream! Otherwise don't expect to pay less then $5 no matter what you get. Product is above average ice cream. I prefer to buy the little tubs, take them home and eat them. The waffle cones are made there, but I have received stale ones on more than one occasion, so I don't recommend them. They do have all kinds of flavors, and a monthly special. They will let you sample flavors before deciding. They also have dairy-free options. They make ice cream cakes. They have a soft serve machine, although it looks so dirty I'd never order any. Please note this location does also have good parking, indoor seating only, typical prices, and a bathroom that says "out of order" half the time. read more

I love Baskin Robbins, but once again they didn't get my order right. I got 2 layered sundaes to-go with lids and in a bag. I drive home to put them in the freezer to save them for dessert and notice white ice cream in both of them. I had ordered 2 recess peanut butter cup layered sundaes with peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. Needless to say, they didn't get the ice cream correct When 2 ice creams cost u over $13, then they ought to be correct!!! I guess you have to do QA on ur purchases there to ensure they are correct! It's ice cream for criminey sakes, get it right! On the plus side, they were very friendly workers. The one helping me had a slight accent so maybe she didn't understand what I said. And it was quite loud in there which doesn't help when people are suppose to be communicating. Very disappointed read more

Ice cream is ice cream. We came here on a Sunday evening and the place was pretty packed. There were only 2 employees working, and they were working VERY slowly.
