Order ahead on the app if you're looking to save on your wait time especially on weekends. This parking lot is the worst on weekends, but if you love your Dutch bros I know you'll do what you need to for your coffee. The deeper you go into the parking lot, the more likely you may get boxed in by the cars wait in the drive through line. Service and drink here are good like all other Dutch bros. We showed up before closing by about 20 minutes and waited in line for about 10min (I hate pulling up anywhere if I know they close within the hour), the line was very long. Somebody (Isaac) came along to let us know that we weren't going to be able to be served. He told us that we were cut off even though we were the last car in line but I can understand having a very strict cut off policy. I did wonder if it was because our car looks very dingy and I mean VERY dingy (she's our travel car) that he thought we wouldn't tip so it wouldn't be worth it. I felt I was overthinking so I practically begged because we had a VERY long drive ahead of us; and he allowed it, reluctantly. It was one drink for my fiancé who was driving because I'm more of a Starbucks girl (sorry). He took our order and as I went to go tip like in the past he just turned away and said "all right have a good night". He was probably in a rush to go help make all the drinks! I wanted to tip extra in order to thank him and the crew for doing this, but I wasn't provided the opportunity so this review will just have to work! Make sure you have some baggies, wipes and or a bathroom nearby. Coffee is good! We ordered ice blended drinks: golden eagle, caramelizer & cocomo. All super yummy! The service is really quick and we love the drive through option versus having to only go down and order your drinks. It could get busy with lines bustin out. They have a lot of people working so wait time is a breeze. I don't know if it was just us, but if you want to lose 10 pounds this is the place. An hour after drinking, we all had the poopies. Shout out to the Bros that are Dutch! There aren't any close to me (Oakland), so when I was in Lathrop visiting family I took full advantage of the location and the free welcome drink (d/L the app + sign up = free medium drink). My sister suggested the cookie butter seasonal flavor (which should not be seasonal at all, bc it's frickin' fire, but I digress); I got the iced cookie butter latte (I came back for the cookie butter breve the next day lol). At first I wasn't sold, but (accurately clocked by my sister) I hadn't gotten to the cookie butter sauce yet. That cookie butter sauce is just... yes. There's a drive through and pick up window; you can place your order beforehand through the app, which seems like it's faster during busier hours (don't expect to be in and out in the morning in the drive-thru). It's cute, lovely folks working inside and in the drive through. I wish they were closer, but it's nice to have a novelty treat when out of town. I started to take a star off for the wait in the am drive-thru, but it's not their fault the car ahead of me ordered (literally) 12 drinks. read more

Was craving a Chai and saw this place so I went to the walk up window (line was huge for the drive through) and Favian (hope I didn't butcher that spelling) helped me. Once I explained I'd never been to a Dutch brothers, after asking a hundred questions that he was super patient and informative answering, he helped me walk through my order letting me know the insane amount of combinations/customizations I could do. The friendliness and enthusiasm he offered made it a very memorable experience, although it seemed like everyone there was also super talkative and friendly. I ended up getting a Werewolf Chai and good grief that combo is delicious (salted caramel, hazelnut and dark chocolate). Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. I stopped by early this morning and was very disappointed with my coffee. It tasted burnt and was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing it away. Considering how expensive coffee has become, that's frustrating. I've always had good experiences at this location, which is why this was especially disappointing. I waited for my order and was looking forward to my usual coffee, but unfortunately it wasn't drinkable. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth mentioning because the quality was so far below what I've come to expect from this location. For reference, when I was at the drive-thru window, I noticed the employee who appeared to be making the coffee. She was on the shorter side with dark brown hair pulled up in a claw clip and may have been wearing a blue shirt. I'm only mentioning this in case it helps management determine what may have gone wrong with my order. I hope this was just an isolated issue and that more attention can be paid to the coffee preparation moving forward, as I usually enjoy my visits to this location. read more

Koryn (a personal favorite from my mom and I.) is seriously the sweetest The employees at this store are the only reason we go here everyday. We don't typically go to Dutch Bros but my friend who doesn't live near one asked me to get her the royal crown straw topper they were giving away at 5pm on 11/18/24. I went ahead and preordered for 5pm pick up and my daughter accidentally placed her order for asap order (4:34pm). We only needed one topper so I told my daughter that we'll just pick up her order so her blended drink wouldn't get too watery. We arrived there around 4:45pm and there was already a line of cars and people lining up at the order window. I was informed by the staff member at the window that we all have to stand in the same line even if we preordered. They actually closed their orders and waited until 5pm to start serving everyone. So we're all waiting in one line for about 15 minutes then my daughter's name is called for her drink...mind you her pick up time was supposed to be 4:34pm. At least her drink wasn't just sitting around melting. I still need my drink so we have to wait for my name to be called. A few minutes later, a staff member comes out with a sign for the preorder line. So all the preorders have to make their way to the other side and stand in another line which doesn't go anywhere because they are calling orders based on order times (I'm assuming). I finally get my order around 5:25pm. The entire ordeal was unorganized from the pick up line outside to the drive thru. The police even came to control the traffic. As for our drinks, they were just okay. I got the horchata chai with breve, less sweet and it was still too sweet for me. For future events, they should have better control of their lines and they should notify order ahead customers that they won't be getting their drinks at the time promised. read more

I didn't like it much and kept it in the fridge and took me 4 days to finish it, and I got a small size. Hubby got a nitro iced coffee but realized he wasn't asked what size he wanted and was given the big size by default. The kid who took our order was not welcoming, so yeah. We walked up to the window and was much faster than waiting in the long drive-thru line. There was two associates and they were just all over the place to where cars didn't seem to know what order in line to be when it becomes one lane. And the associate taking our order wasn't aware of their own secret menu. Instead we were told oh if it's from online, not all drinks are familiar. So I had to describe what was in it. I like this Dutch Bros better than the one in Manteca since this one is faster. I wish the menu was located a little further back towards the line. The first time I came there, it was a longer line (that did move quickly) and I wasn't too familiar with the drinks. I had to pull the menu up on my phone which is no problem but it just held up the line. It looks clean. I take one star off only for the fact that I love Starbucks more. Every dutch bros i have been to, has been amazing with customer service, great drinks, and provided me with a great experience. they take long to make drinks, the baristas at the window seem uninterested to be there and don't really make small talk at the window. they stay distracted talking to their coworkers with their back turned to you till your drink is ready. as someone who was a barista at starbucks, i made sure to engage with customers and was able to read the room if customers did not want to chat for felt social. this dutch bros sucks and they make the whole brand look horrible. mind you, i ordered two drinks that took at least 10 minutes to make with only one car ahead of us. we waited at the window because it seemed like the employees would rather goof off and chat instead of focusing on their craft. i completely understand wanting to talk to your coworkers, but if it distracts you from what you're doing and delays a drink that should take less than 5 minutes, then maybe save the convos for later. they had about 5 baristas in there too. read more

I ordered a cold brew with oat milk on a hot day. Excellent drink. The other drink we shared was an iced cocomo. It was very good but way too sweet for me. It's typical for this type of drink at many places so I can't blame them but I wouldn't order it again. Great coffee so I will be back for that.
