Think he has a problem lol Every time the heads out to work he tells me how much he loves this place and especially the special drinks like seasonal. Drinks are sweet like the workers

Service was great even when she was the only one there. My star off is due to the price which was more than $7 for a med blonde bombshell. I could have gotten a free drink at Starbucks with my stars rewards but I wanted to try the breakfast croissant sandwich which wasn't available so I ended up with a drink. The drink was ok but nothing to brag about or tell my friends or family to try/check out. The lady was really nice and a hard worker getting the lines down as fast as she can all while connecting with her customers and apologizing for missing menu items. I wouldn't recommend the specialty items maybe coffee and the food are affordable.

For everyone that is looking for premium quality coffee, I encourage everyone to not visit "Bottoms Up Espresso". I ended up coming here on a whim since I was passing through the city of Tracy as I was en route to the East Bay to take care of work-related business. Conveniently located on W. Grant Line Rd. and directly off of Hwy 205 in the heart of Tracy, Bottoms Up Espresso is a tiny drive-thru only business that offers coffees, espresso drinks, energy drinks, smoothies, and teas. Even though they have several other locations scattered throughout California and Arizona, this was my first time coming to their business. One advantage of this place (especially for the male customers) is that all the baristas are women that are dressed rather provocatively. I personally don't see an issue with this as this can draw several repeat customers on a regular basis. On the day I visited here, the barista that helped me was wearing a schoolgirl outfit. I know many people can get offended by this but think of it as a "Hooters" or "Twin Peaks", but for a drive-thru coffee shop. I ended up ordering a regular size of their "Blonde Bombshell" for $5. This was essentially a sweetened mocha that consisted of toasted marshmallow, caramel, & white chocolate. Overall, I was not very impressed at all. It had too little of a coffee flavor and too much sweetness to it. With that said and done, my barista was sweet and friendly but my drink left a lot to be desired. My rating for the Tracy "Bottoms Up Espresso", just an average three stars.

Not the best quality coffee but super sweet server with a quick drive thru. It was the perfect pit stop on a long drive.

The coffee was terrible. Very unimpressed. Unfortunate since coffee options are limited in Tracy.

Review #1,064 Posted on 6.4.26…read more We came here for dessert after dinner on Friday night the 29th. This spot is located on Naglee right next to Kid's Care Dental. I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. This place is awesome, will be back for sure.

Unfortunately, one of the ice creams was missing from our order. When I politely showed the employee my receipt and explained that the ice cream was missing, she responded with a very rude and frustrated attitude, saying, "Well, it didn't show it on my screen." There was no apology or attempt to acknowledge the mistake. Instead, she appeared irritated, threw the ice cream away, made a new one, and walked away. We completely understand that mistakes happen, especially with self-ordering systems. What was upsetting was the way we were treated when we simply pointed out the mistake. A basic apology and a little courtesy would have gone a long way. We came in with our children expecting a simple, enjoyable ice cream outing and unfortunately left with a very negative impression because of the way this employee handled the situation. Customer service matters, and this was anything but welcoming or professional.
