Service was great even when she was the only one there. My star off is due to the price which was more than $7 for a med blonde bombshell. I could have gotten a free drink at Starbucks with my stars rewards but I wanted to try the breakfast croissant sandwich which wasn't available so I ended up with a drink. The drink was ok but nothing to brag about or tell my friends or family to try/check out. The lady was really nice and a hard worker getting the lines down as fast as she can all while connecting with her customers and apologizing for missing menu items. I ended up coming here on a whim since I was passing through the city of Tracy as I was en route to the East Bay to take care of work-related business. Conveniently located on W. Grant Line Rd. and directly off of Hwy 205 in the heart of Tracy, Bottoms Up Espresso is a tiny drive-thru only business that offers coffees, espresso drinks, energy drinks, smoothies, and teas. Even though they have several other locations scattered throughout California and Arizona, this was my first time coming to their business. One advantage of this place (especially for the male customers) is that all the baristas are women that are dressed rather provocatively. I personally don't see an issue with this as this can draw several repeat customers on a regular basis. On the day I visited here, the barista that helped me was wearing a schoolgirl outfit. I know many people can get offended by this but think of it as a "Hooters" or "Twin Peaks", but for a drive-thru coffee shop. I ended up ordering a regular size of their "Blonde Bombshell" for $5. This was essentially a sweetened mocha that consisted of toasted marshmallow, caramel, & white chocolate. Overall, I was not very impressed at all. It had too little of a coffee flavor and too much sweetness to it. With that said and done, my barista was sweet and friendly but my drink left a lot to be desired. Barista was sweet and had you overheard the conversation you would have never guessed she was in Victoria Secret cheekies with a fishnet garter belt and a longline bra (she was pleasant and a good conversationalist). The style was a bit more spicy than I was expecting (since the logo shows a swimsuit...) which made me feel a little awkward as a girl but not to the point where I wouldn't return if the drinks were fantastic. Accidentally made a wrong turn and had to drive through the drive thru (the ONLY WAY to get from shell to arco) only to have a barista curse and scream at me. I asked her what the big problem was, since there were a total of zero people there, and she decided to cuss me out again, and throw a plate at me for recording her. She then threatened to call the police (not sure if she did, but I sure did). Maybe management needs to retrain their employees? Might explain why there were no customers on a saturday evening. About 3 times now, I have come through the drive thru, waited more than 10 minutes and come to window to know that their breakfast sandwiches have all been sold out and they not longer have anymore. I mean, how annoying is that? First off they take forever in drive thru, and then come to find out what you want is sold out. I just wish they would put a sign out saying sold out or something because it would save a lot of trouble for a lot of people. WeLLLLLL I went in perhaps last week and this was right after work. I suspected it was some drive through only establishment which it is. And I did research on yelp and was curious about this place whenever I gas up at Shell right next to it. So it might have been an off day. I pulled up, and waited. I didn't see anyone. I think they all bounced I thought to myself. Anywhoozle I didn't stop to read the menu, so I was inching slowly about to leave, and it was 5pm, but then bam a barista shows up as I was past the window almost so I reversed. She was In nice black evening lingerie. Buuuuut you can only see the top half. I asked what she recommend and she asked if I looked at the menu, which I have but have forgotten some of the drinks already. So then she recommended a raspberry smoothie and I decided to try it. I was being as much conversational as I can, not hitting on her or anything but she wasn't having it. I didn't get much of dialogue back except when I complimented on her tatts and she said thanks. And yes from other reviews some girls are stuck up but it's probably from being hit on by arseholez and turdblossoms, and I'm not that kind of guy really. So anyhow, I'd say the concept of this bottoms up chain is, ok but in a way pointless at the same time. For one, Its drive through meaning you cannot stay to check out the girls. It's like 5 -7 minutes and you're outta here. And I was the only customer at that time so it wasn't like other people like guys having 5-7 minute conversations on top of that 5-7 minute wait. Sheesh. Two, you see em from your car and from the outside of drive through window. You only often see the top half of the chick mostly. If you're in a big ass tall truck I'd say you would luckily get more of a view maybe. But you don't see em like head to toe like for example at them Asian/Viet/Coffee Shops in San Jose walking around serving you. But you can see PICS on their website and instagram of their whole self and a few vids too!! but these are often taken while INSIDE ONLY Inside the drive through... hut/shed. That small hut seems claustrophobic. But there will be other days I'll stop by, like after a bad day at work and trying to see some hot babes serve me a drink to take a minuscule of stress away.
