Prices are inflated and servings shrank! Food taste fine, but there's barely anything for the money they're charging.

    Pinkish ube taro lol

Ube taro pinkish colored not mixed completely. Daing was skinny not much fat on da belly while the garlic fried rice was just rice slapped with garlic on da top.

This is what $3.50 gets you in French fries from quickly these days.

Shame on you quickly. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of hardships with businesses, but come on. We ordered popcorn chicken and fries. The popcorn chicken was full. (And now cost 7.50). The fries were less than half full and when I asked the worker if that was normal, he said that's a normal serving size. Come on, fries are cheaper than chicken so why the full chicken bag and skimpy on the fries? If anything the fries are the cheapest to produce, so why not fill the bag. (Like they used to). Just disappointed in this spot. Never spending there again. The 2 stars was for the drinks....I guess it's hard to mess up a boba drink.

    For here!?!?

The circus is in town. Having passed Quickly all over the San Fran Bay Area and finally trying Quickly at Stoneridge Shopping Center, I wanted another shot at it. My buddy and I stopped at the West Valley Mall and this has been in the food court for a few months. This location has pizza and a number of snacks. Apparently, the salads didn't work out and there is a red X over the photo on the menu. I keep thinking about trying the pizza but I ordered fried mushrooms and a piña colada smoothie. My buddy ordered the Wild Berry Breeze. We were asked if we wanted tapioca bubbles or something else. I don't remember the second item because I was laughing at the casual use of "boba", which is a crude term in Chinese. I didn't hear them, but I noticed that the drinks were just sitting there on the counter. I kept noticing how the two workers were running around the store "like chickens with their heads cut off", as the saying goes. I went up there, to wait on the fried mushrooms. It still took a while. There was a 6 minute interval that, I guess, was their target for the order to be completed. I don't think they were able to get everything finished that quickly. The drinks were fine. The mushrooms were okay, with way too much liquid inside the breading. For $2.99, it wasn't a bad deal but if I'd bought the $7.99 pizza, I might have been disappointed.

    Regular house milk tea!

I went to a Quickly after 7 years! I got their regular house milk tea and the tea was pretty good. The boba was soft, but the consistency could have been better. Overall, pretty good drink, but might try another flavor this time!

My cousin and I came here for lunch one day. We were super hungry so we went to the mall and wanted to order everything at the food court. We stopped at Quicklys first and we were greeted by this nice Filipino lady. I ordered sweet potato fries, fried calamari, & coconut milk tea with Lychee jelly. I wasn't too please with my total for lunch which came out to be $13.00! Also their sauce to go cups can be a bit bigger so I don't have to ask for like 6 sauces. My food was delicious though. I ate it all & my drink! I liked the service because she was nice.

    Thai tea with boba!
    Mary H.

this place is in the food court, so I stopped in on my way to get a couple things that I needed to pick up from one of these stores in the mall. I ordered a Thai tea with boba. it took them a very long time and I was the only customer there. The T itself tasted great no challenges there. They just need to figure out their service a little bit better!

This is what you get when you order a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl.
    Rob M.

Stopped in here yesterday (8/16/15) for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and a coconut milk tea with tapioca. The wait wasn't too long considering there were tons of people beating the heat and Quickly had a small line going on. My number was called and proceeded to pick up my order, grabbed my milk tea and figured something was wrong. I stuck my straw into the drink and took my first sip. It was still warm as the Quickly employee did not put enough ice. I don't know about you but I like my milk tea to be refreshing and cold. The other Quickly employee made a new drink for me and proceeded to tell the employee who made my drink to make sure he puts enough ice and swirls it to make sure it's cold enough. Second issue I have is, if you offer Teriyaki chicken rice bowls you half expect to get well...Teriyaki chicken! What I got was a bowl full of popcorn chicken lightly drizzled with teriyaki sauce with some rice at the bottom of the bowl. Quickly didn't even drench the sauce over the popcorn chicken. It was like drizzled on and barely any teriyaki sauce anywhere. I have no idea if there was a price difference between the popcorn chicken and the teriyaki chicken bowl - as I didn't walk back due to frustration. Don't get me wrong, the popcorn teriyaki drizzled chicken was great, a bit too spicy though, but great with the rice. This place just happened to open recently within the past 2 weeks or so. I'll give them a pass to work out all the bugs as with any new place that opens. BUT...as this is a franchised store, I would expect them to have all those bugs worked out and make sure they are serving their products correctly. I was just extremely dissatisfied with the teriyaki chicken bowl and how my coconut milk tea came out warm. Out of convenience I will frequent this place but I will definitely make sure my orders come out right.

This is just the $5 bowl. Loaded with crispy morsels of chicken!

I liked how crispy and sweet yet tangy the bang bang shrimp was. This was probably my favorite item we tried! The chili wontons weren't too spicy and they were really generous with the amount of shrimp inside. Shrimp & wonton noodle soup was def a comfort meal growing up, so I'm happy they had that here! Portion size was very generous and broth was tasty. Noodles were cooked well too, and I liked the filling of the wonton. We also got the curry ramen with katsu chicken. The chicken was sooo crispy, it was one of my favorite items. The bacon kimchi flavor had a nice spicy kick to it. The beef chili oil noodles was tasty and I liked the small beef bits. The bang bang chicken had the same sauce as the bang bang shrimp, but I liked how the entree came with rice too. The philly cheesesteak eggrolls were super crispy, and if you're a cheese lover, you need to try this! Overall, a really solid spot for Asian fusion food, and the servers were all extremely nice and patient as well. Service was really quick!

Everything tasted great. The food was super fresh fresh, saucy, and flavorful. The rice was perfectly fluffy. Insanely delicious! It's located downtown next to the movie theater, if you're facing the theater, it's on the right-hand side. There was a sign on the door saying cash-only and no dine-in. I had cash and we were planning to take it to-go anyway, so that part didn't bother us. But oh my goodness... the staff needs improvement. Please address it ASAP. The vibe was not welcoming at all and felt very unprofessional. I could hear screaming and shouting coming from the kitchen from one of the younger girls, who honestly looked pretty mean. She was also taking orders. Thankfully, she wasn't the one who helped us, another girl took our order. Their POS was down and they said they accepted cash or Zelle, so we paid with Zelle. The girl told me, "Show it to me when you pay it," which I did. THANK GOODNESS I paid with Zelle. (I'll get to that). We ordered two salt & pepper wings and an order of garlic noodles to-go. The noodles came out first, so we sat down to wait for the wings. I noticed there were people dining in, so I guess the "no dine-in" sign wasn't accurate. When our wings were ready, we went up to grab them. The girl who took our order loudly asked in a rude tone, "DID YOU PAY?" It was embarrassing because everyone heard, and could've been handled so differently. I told her yes and pulled up the Zelle confirmation, the SAME one she had asked me earlier to show her. She clearly forgot and didn't make a note of it. Honestly, I can't imagine if I had paid cash. I wouldn't have had a receipt or any proof. So if you go here and their machines are down again... pay with Zelle. While we were there, I noticed a mother and daughter who had been waiting even before we arrived and still had no food. When we went up to get our wings, the daughter walked up to the counter very upset and said, "Give me back my money. We've been here for an hour and we were here before them." That pretty much confirmed everything about how chaotic things were. It felt like a total zoo in there. The system for handling orders and payments definitely needs work, especially with cash transactions. The tables were also dirty and could've used some attention. Additionally, the girl screaming in the kitchen shouldn't have happened. The wings? Still delicious. But the service and organization at this location really took away from the experience. The only parking available was at the garage across the street.
