06/03/25 @1500- Quickly was Slowly today. 1 person working and at least 4 orders before me that had already been waiting who knows how long. Employee said there was a long wait. They had no coins to give change and didn't say if they were going to round up or round down to the whole dollar. I gave him $20.35 for an $11.34 charge. He was confused. I was trying to give him some coins. After everyone I front of me received there orders, he looked at me and loud enough for me to hear him he says that he forgot to drop the mozzerella sticks that I ordered at 1510. Shame on you quickly. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of hardships with businesses, but come on. We ordered popcorn chicken and fries. The popcorn chicken was full. (And now cost 7.50). The fries were less than half full and when I asked the worker if that was normal, he said that's a normal serving size. Come on, fries are cheaper than chicken so why the full chicken bag and skimpy on the fries? If anything the fries are the cheapest to produce, so why not fill the bag. (Like they used to). The circus is in town. Having passed Quickly all over the San Fran Bay Area and finally trying Quickly at Stoneridge Shopping Center, I wanted another shot at it. My buddy and I stopped at the West Valley Mall and this has been in the food court for a few months. This location has pizza and a number of snacks. Apparently, the salads didn't work out and there is a red X over the photo on the menu. I keep thinking about trying the pizza but I ordered fried mushrooms and a piña colada smoothie. My buddy ordered the Wild Berry Breeze. We were asked if we wanted tapioca bubbles or something else. I don't remember the second item because I was laughing at the casual use of "boba", which is a crude term in Chinese. I didn't hear them, but I noticed that the drinks were just sitting there on the counter. I kept noticing how the two workers were running around the store "like chickens with their heads cut off", as the saying goes. I went up there, to wait on the fried mushrooms. It still took a while. There was a 6 minute interval that, I guess, was their target for the order to be completed. I don't think they were able to get everything finished that quickly. The drinks were fine. The mushrooms were okay, with way too much liquid inside the breading. For $2.99, it wasn't a bad deal but if I'd bought the $7.99 pizza, I might have been disappointed. read more

Quickly as a brand is the bare bones minimum for a boba store. This location has succeeded in one product and that would be the popcorn chicken. It does not taste like any other Quickly location and I personally believe it is the best version of Quickly's popcorn chicken across multiple locations I have tried. Some locations have their own food specialties and the filipino food gives a sense of charm for this location despite being in a dead mall. For the drinks, I insist you stay away from the milk teas and the blended drinks. I highly insist you go for the fresh drinks such as banana, avocado, and watermelon. The boba is a hit or miss but if you pair it with one of these flavored snows or slushes, it is the best you can get from this brand. This location meets the standard but this place is not something you would go out of your way for. It's good enough. 5/10 only order if there are no other options or just do it out of convenience. read more

Wellll, me and a coworker went here on our lunch to go for the Filipino rice plates today. Reason being is before this Quickly establishment, was Boondat. Restaurant with delicious Filipino Food type of breakfast or brunch, with the tasty garlic friend rice and an egg, followed by what kind of meat. I always went for Longsilog (Longanisa). But this was back then. So now we have Quickly, and its just this location so far that I know of that retained some of the Filipino food breakfast,brunch, just some. Could be the previous owner, or worker(s)? Not sure. Anyhow, we had lunch and both went with Longanisa, with surprisingly a boiled egg instead of fried, and it was quite a wait time and we were pressing for time too on our 45 min lunch. It finally arrived 13 min roughly after I think. And the food was ok, but the Longanisa seemed more like a hot dog? I don't know. It wasn't as satisfying I would say, and your probably better off dining at Papa Urbs. It was just weird with a half split boiled egg (shelled) than your usual fried egg. But, not to bad mouth, keep in mind I didn't have any coffee or milk tea, yet, but I have at other quickly locations so I would pretty much know to expect. I'd say your better off having the drinks, tea, etc and the Asian snacks like the popcorn chicken, friend fish balls, or whatever, etc. But go for the Filipino dishes if you want; its decent. We stopped at Quicklys first and we were greeted by this nice Filipino lady. I ordered sweet potato fries, fried calamari, & coconut milk tea with Lychee jelly. I wasn't too please with my total for lunch which came out to be $13.00! Also their sauce to go cups can be a bit bigger so I don't have to ask for like 6 sauces. My food was delicious though. this place is in the food court, so I stopped in on my way to get a couple things that I needed to pick up from one of these stores in the mall. I ordered a Thai tea with boba. it took them a very long time and I was the only customer there. The T itself tasted great no challenges there. Stopped in here yesterday (8/16/15) for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and a coconut milk tea with tapioca. The wait wasn't too long considering there were tons of people beating the heat and Quickly had a small line going on. My number was called and proceeded to pick up my order, grabbed my milk tea and figured something was wrong. I stuck my straw into the drink and took my first sip. It was still warm as the Quickly employee did not put enough ice. I don't know about you but I like my milk tea to be refreshing and cold. The other Quickly employee made a new drink for me and proceeded to tell the employee who made my drink to make sure he puts enough ice and swirls it to make sure it's cold enough. Second issue I have is, if you offer Teriyaki chicken rice bowls you half expect to get well...Teriyaki chicken! What I got was a bowl full of popcorn chicken lightly drizzled with teriyaki sauce with some rice at the bottom of the bowl. Quickly didn't even drench the sauce over the popcorn chicken. It was like drizzled on and barely any teriyaki sauce anywhere. I have no idea if there was a price difference between the popcorn chicken and the teriyaki chicken bowl - as I didn't walk back due to frustration. Don't get me wrong, the popcorn teriyaki drizzled chicken was great, a bit too spicy though, but great with the rice. This place just happened to open recently within the past 2 weeks or so. I'll give them a pass to work out all the bugs as with any new place that opens. BUT...as this is a franchised store, I would expect them to have all those bugs worked out and make sure they are serving their products correctly. I was just extremely dissatisfied with the teriyaki chicken bowl and how my coconut milk tea came out warm. Out of convenience I will frequent this place but I will definitely make sure my orders come out right. read more

On a pleasant Sunday morning, I was strolling around the shopping center and travelled to the food court and decided to try out and investigate their acclaimed popcorn chicken. Indeed, when I had got my hands on their delicacy, O lord have mercy, but it was the most crispiest, juiciest, and tender treat, as if the heavens had entered my taste buds. Took off a star because they mixed up our order initially, but another employee understood our order and quickly (no pun intended haha) corrected it with no hassle at all and made an effort to check as we picked up the food. Overall Taste: I am very surprised with the size of the "popcorn" chicken. They're huge morsels of fried goodness, with just enough crunch to withstand the piping steam coming from the rice bowl. I also didn't know they made pizza and wing platters! Ambiance: It is situated in a mall in the center of the food court with a line all the way to the tables and seating area. I wasn't pleased to see the "milk tea" to be in a ready made machine. I asked the cashier before I noticed the machine if the milk teas were made on the spot and not pre made and she told me ALL drinks are made fresh. It was only a few seconds after I purchased my drink that I noticed the machine with other flavors like thai tea and taro that the drinks were not at all fresh. It's disappointing because other Quickly franchises actually make their milk teas on the spot. Although I never really liked Quickly to begin with, as I don't believe they use quality tea, syrups or powders, this was unacceptable. I ordered Hokkaido milk tea and my drink ended up tasting like coffee milk tea. Not coming back here from this poor experience. read more

Today I went to get some boba and I was helped by a a middle aged man. I wish they had worn nametags so i can properly state my complaint about this visit. Overall this isn't the best boba place at all. The boba was overly sweet and it seems like the just put sugar in your cup before serving because the sugar did not dissolve. I sort of prefer this location over the other one. I say this because this location offers things that the other doesn't. They offer a reward program, only if you spend at least $7. The other location doesn't have any type of reward/loyalty program though. This location offers different drink size options, where the other location only offers regular and large. They do have more "snack" options as well. I really like getting the Thai Tea here. And I do like having the option to pick which size I want. Sometimes you need a lot of tea for study nights or what not. Anyway I think it's cool that there are more options and offers at this location. I don't think the other location is bad though. read more

The drinks are always good and the food is not bad for mall items. Some people are a little harsh on the reviews because they're premadonas.

When I first heard of this new Quickly coming to the mall, I honestly got super excited. The good thing about it was that they had a lot of items on their menu. I ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea, with double tapioca, extra sweet, light ice. And, my boyfriend ordered the Nutella Snow. When I got my order, I had NO ice even if I mentioned to put light ice. And, the employees forgot to put my double tapioca. The Jasmine Green Tea tasted pretty old. And, the tapioca was kind of soggy. My tea just tasted bitter. I really wanted to like my drink, but I couldn't handle drinking it for long. For my boyfriend's order of the Nutella Snow.. It was okay, I told him that it didn't taste THAT bad. But, the only comment we both have for the Nutella Snow is: "Try not to put too much ice on it." The flavor was watered down. Another weird/bad thing is that they have PRE-MADE: Thai Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Bubble Milk Tea and I forgot the other milk tea. I prefer the employees learning how to make those on their own (just like the other Quickly location), rather than pre making it. I understand that this place is still new, and the workers are new as well. So, I'd like to give them another try soon. Maybe in a few months, when they have more experience. The girl with glasses was so kind while taking my order and "quickly" made my drink :^) my favorite drink is the tiger milk tea, but they have so many flavors to offer.
