I Put the whole order through the app. And the app is very easy to use, nice user interface. I went with a family meal since the ad showed that it would be packaged in a box all neat. Reminds me of the KFC boxes with the sauces and what not having their own space. Anyways, that was just a me thing. Once i got to the location, my experience was negative. Employees didn't acknowledge or greet me for about 15 minutes. Was literally standing by the pickup area. I get it's busy, but doesn't justify not greeting clients that walk into any establishment. It was a bunch of kids working too, not a single adult in site. After waiting about 20 minutes in store, I finally got my order, a bag was handed to me, not the box as i was expecting. I did not complain about it, just wanted to get home and feed my family. The food was good, the portions were fair, thankfully everything mostly came out correctly. The only thing wrong was the chicken bites, it was one short. For almost close to 7 dollars for those crispy chicken bites, I expect all 5 pieces to be there. It's what i paid for. I love to try Habit's seasonal offerings. The Blue wave shake is indeed very blue. It's also on very coconutty, fulfilling it's promise to have tropical flavors. I was secretly longing for a touch of passion fruit or pineapple, but it was tasty enough. I had high hopes for the garlic Parmesan fries. They were dashed. The fries weren't very garlicky and the Parmesan was wrong. The cut was long and thin, so it didn't really cling to fries and there wasn't much of it. I did like the garlic Parmesan ranch. One thing to note, I had carryout, so the in-store fry experience might be better, but mine was disappointing. We ordered online and our food order was really fast, and also got a text letting me know it was ready :) Loved that they have self serve spicy peppers b/c they just bring the whole burger together! We got 2 char burgers, 1 fry, and 1 green beans. I thought I recall at one point they had the spicy green beans, those were good. I hope they bring them back. I like to look for a spot more dimly lit with softer lighting. As I wait I try out all the different drinks. Variety of non soda options is exceptional just like at Panera. Strawberry Lemonade is cold and refreshing even without ice. Handmade daily with strawberry puree, lime and cucumber. Next to it is tangerine and passionfruit. It's hard to choose - so just have both. Freshly made ice tea also available if your calorie conscious. Ewwy sticky calories. Try some tropical tea but be sure and ice up. I get a text in the midst of my excessive drinking of everything. My food is ready. You'd think I was in the desert haven't seen water in days. No it's just especially tasty. Walk up to the counter. Double patty melt with avocado and tempura fries. I'm not sure of the official name of this but it had the biggest picture in the self order kiosks. We doordashed for our family dinner meal. The ordering, the food was up to par. We received our food in a sealed bag and drinks sealed on a tray. No napkins were provided, even though requested. They forgot straws, but we had straws at home. We took advantage of the b1g1 burger and couldn't pass up on the oreo shakes, which were decadent. We're Inn n Out kinda people, but would definitely give Habit Burger another go. read more

The best burger I ever had, it tasted great, fresh, and delicious. There's many customizations you can do so you can have the burger exactly how you want it. Also, I accidently left my bag there by accident, I only found out 20 minutes later that I didn't take it with me. But Salvador, the manager there, kept it safe for me in the back, I was able go back to Habit and get the bag back. Salvador went above and beyond! Thank you! read more

I love habit burger and come regularly here but today is the 2nd time I got embarrassed. Manager here is very shady and made me very uncomfortable 2nd time. I was looking for water from the fountain and shouted me from the back. And dinning hall was full. His way of approaching me was very unprofessional and make me so uncomfortable and embarrassed. As a vegetarian, who likes to have variety than what some restaurants have set on vegetarian options. In other places MOST restaurants are able to substitute patties. Nope nope not here. I ordered a santa barbara charburger online and wanted to sub the patty but there was no option. So I called and it led me to customer service line and not their actual restaurant and said they've said they don't do any modifications? But months ago when I ordered in store multiple times and ordered the same thing two different employees said they were able to substitute the patty for me (especially since how they already have a veggie patty or impossible patty). I'm not understanding how we can't add any modifications on online or even have the option to. OR even call the actual store line? I think it's very non inclusive to people like me who are vegetarian or people with allergens. Please fix this. read more

Rave: Open even on a holiday. We've tried Habit burger before, but had yet to be in to this location since it opened. Prices are reasonable, and everything is good quality. Felicia is the highlight of our visits when she's working. You can't miss her, she's always positive and greeted everyone with a smile and respect. She has the personality of a high end hotel concierge. Her positivity is infectious. My wife and I always enjoy Habit's freshness, that makes the burgers really stand out for us. This location is busier than most, parking is kinda crappy from time to time, parking lot is basically an overflow lot for the Texas Roadhouse nearby. We really enjoy their food and have always been treated well. As a super-commuter we have lots of food options across 90+ miles, when we have an urge for fast food we hold off eating till we get back to Tracy. read more

We came to try the Habit Burger Grill Tracy location last Friday the 11th of January. I like this place a lot. They make a real good burger. We ordered 2 kid specials for my 2 kids, comes with burger, fries, drink. I think that's around $6. My wife and I both are partial to the Santa Monica Char, it comes on a toast like bread, kind of like a Frisco burger restaurants have. Then it has avocado, and I added mushrooms. We got sides of onion rings, fries, and tempura green beans. This meal was better then tons of overpriced restaurants, we'll be back when having a burger craving for sure. $1 ice cream cones hit the spot afterwards too. read more

It's unfortunate I'm giving this spot only 3 stars but I have to do it..... I placed an order for my family today & it nearly took 30 at least for 2 meal orders & a kids meal. The cashier did let me know they were short staff so she was kind enough to apologize for the wait. I get it, it wasn't her fault. However, I'm hoping the main office of this spot does. It's unacceptable because the employees were back there rushing which leads to messy orders. My fries were overly cooked (too crispy) my burger was messy & truth be told I didn't enjoy it. Their burgers are always well made, juicy and not dripping f with grease. We enjoy their green beans and their sweet potato fries. You will spend about $8 for a burger and more for the sides and a drink. So, all together, you could pay about $12 for your meal. Ordered the classic charburger with American cheese. I haven't been to Habit in awhile, but I remembered it being good every time I have went. I think you can substitute the cheese for Swiss or other cheeses they might have. Prices for a combo should be around $10, so it's not that bad. Decent burger with fries.
