I like this spot. It has great options for protein packed smoothies and food that will actuallyget you full. I wish they had more lactose free and sugar free options for those of us with lactose allergies and diabetes. The service is also pretty good, if the staff were a bit more knowledgeable about the options they could give it would be even better. The owners are always super welcoming and friendly whenever I come back! They remember my order #imadeit and a lot of their returning customers. Their menu has a huge variety from smoothie bowls that are more filling and quick energy drinks or smoothies. They even have protein waffles made to order and donuts on the self by the register. If you ever feel stuck, they'd usually help you out as well on what to choose based on your liking. Their Java Chip Shake is my favorite and you can add an espresso shot for free. Has a subtle mocha chocolate flavor. Easily disguised as a dessert since they add a chocolate drizzle and cacao nibs...They also nail their protein smoothie consistency here, which is why I keep going coming back! Smooth and a thick consistency. Creamy and can barely taste the protein powder. I will say though it's quite pricey and not something I can justify going everyday for. Their smoothie bowls ($11) are almost the same price as their smoothies ($9) with a $2 difference, so if you're looking for something more filling I'd opt for that. It comes with fruit and granola as well. Also has a great smooth texture and I feel like they give a LOT. I love coming to this place after my workouts. Their protein shakes are really good. At least the ones I've had. I haven't had them all but the ones I've had are really good. The açai bowl is so delicious. Today I had one of the collagen refreshers, the cucumber one. That was really refreshing and really good. It is sweetened with Stevia and the protein is about 34 g of protein. They have different types of protein. I think the standard one is soy protein, which I don't like, so I always ask for way protein. I highly recommend if you're trying to stay healthy and not eat garbage. He was very patient and helpful. He stated even though most of the protein shakes were very sweet they had no sugar. Found the healthy spot and wanted to give it a try! All their drinks look delicious online. Coming in, I wasn't aware that this is mostly a protein milkshake place. Judging from the name I thought it was going to offer a variety of healthy selections. The person in charge was very kind and explained the menu to us because it was our first time there. He made a mini sample for my friends child and even offered stickers! He also really cared about our satisfaction and offered us a $5 off card for the next time we come in. We gave it a shot, but we wished there was non protein options for drinks. The drinks tasted good but you can still taste the protein. This would probably be a great spot for people that regularly work out, but for a regular person that doesn't care about protein intake, I wished there was smoothies or a non protein option. Great, healthy shakes! Have yet to try the bowls, but that is coming. All shakes are non-dairy, low sugar, with protein! The Healthy Spot has been here since June 2020 but this was my very first time going there. I've actually been meaning to come here sooner since they also take the RAD card. The woman there was very welcoming and friendly. She explained everything that was on the menu. They are all about protein! They have a stamp program using the Stamp Me app. After so many stamps, you'll get a reward. So for my breakfast, I decided on one of their Power Bowls. I got the Chocolate P.B. Banana. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how big it was! It was delicious but I couldn't finish it all. As a first time customer, I also got a free tea! She asked me if I wanted it hot or cold and decided on cold. She suggested the mango tea. It was really good too! I will definitely be back for more!
