We were in town for an appointment and were looking for a protein forward spot... this is it! The people were incredibly helpful and friendly. I got a smoothie and a protein donut, my wife got a smoothie - all very good, especially the donut! Very clean and the price was right. I highly recommend! read more

Overpriced for what you get, in my opinion. My item was delicious, but nothing special to make me want to go back. Friendly enough service, and nice clean location. I wish them continued success! read more

I like this spot. It has great options for protein packed smoothies and food that will actuallyget you full. I wish they had more lactose free and sugar free options for those of us with lactose allergies and diabetes. The service is also pretty good, if the staff were a bit more knowledgeable about the options they could give it would be even better. The place is a cute vibe with couches to sit at and small tables. Feels like a coffee shop which is really cute. Im still getting to know their menu of items that I'm able to have. It's a bit pricey but very tasty. read more

It's giving health... Healthy Spot is my go to whenever I need a quick pick me up after running errands or going to the gym with friends. The owners are always super welcoming and friendly whenever I come back! They remember my order #imadeit and a lot of their returning customers. Their menu has a huge variety from smoothie bowls that are more filling and quick energy drinks or smoothies. They even have protein waffles made to order and donuts on the self by the register. If you ever feel stuck, they'd usually help you out as well on what to choose based on your liking. Their Java Chip Shake is my favorite and you can add an espresso shot for free. Has a subtle mocha chocolate flavor. Easily disguised as a dessert since they add a chocolate drizzle and cacao nibs...They also nail their protein smoothie consistency here, which is why I keep going coming back! Smooth and a thick consistency. Creamy and can barely taste the protein powder. I will say though it's quite pricey and not something I can justify going everyday for. Their smoothie bowls ($11) are almost the same price as their smoothies ($9) with a $2 difference, so if you're looking for something more filling I'd opt for that. It comes with fruit and granola as well. Also has a great smooth texture and I feel like they give a LOT. They do have a reward system with stamps on their app, so that comes in handy whenever I find myself going a little more often that I should... Great place for protein everything! read more

I love coming to this place after my workouts. Their protein shakes are really good. At least the ones I've had. I haven't had them all but the ones I've had are really good. The açai bowl is so delicious. Today I had one of the collagen refreshers, the cucumber one. That was really refreshing and really good. It is sweetened with Stevia and the protein is about 34 g of protein. They have different types of protein. I think the standard one is soy protein, which I don't like, so I always ask for way protein. I highly recommend if you're trying to stay healthy and not eat garbage. This is a great place to get something satisfying and delicious. read more

Decided to stop by here one morning. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we have ever been here before, the wonderful employee broke down what each menu item was and asked if we had any questions. He was very patient and helpful. He stated even though most of the protein shakes were very sweet they had no sugar. I got the strawberry cheesecake shake and my boyfriend got the mint chocolate chip shake. The taste was very delicious and yes they were sweet and I loved every sweet taste of it . I will definitely be back to try out more flavors. read more

Found the healthy spot and wanted to give it a try! All their drinks look delicious online. Coming in, I wasn't aware that this is mostly a protein milkshake place. Judging from the name I thought it was going to offer a variety of healthy selections. The person in charge was very kind and explained the menu to us because it was our first time there. He made a mini sample for my friends child and even offered stickers! He also really cared about our satisfaction and offered us a $5 off card for the next time we come in. We gave it a shot, but we wished there was non protein options for drinks. The drinks tasted good but you can still taste the protein. This would probably be a great spot for people that regularly work out, but for a regular person that doesn't care about protein intake, I wished there was smoothies or a non protein option. Overall lovely people, nicely decorated place, and cool idea! It just needs to be advertised as a protein shake place for people who come across it on Yelp read more

Great, healthy shakes! Have yet to try the bowls, but that is coming. All shakes are non-dairy, low sugar, with protein! I've been trying a different flavor each time and have enjoyed all so far (java, pineapple coconut, butterfinger, butter pecan, etc.). Very friendly folks and they have a rewards program here! Ample parking, too. Just wish they had longer hours on the weekends. read more

My friend introduced me to this spot and I'm really glad I got to try it! I got the Oreo protein waffles and at 24g of protein, I was pleasantly surprised at how moist and soft the inside of the waffles were ! I was afraid they would be dry but they weren't at all :D they also tasted really good, which made it a really nice post-workout snack that wasn't too sweet hehe Really friendly customer service and they always seem to have decorations and nice lighting up ! read more

What a gem! We visited one weekday morning just to try something new. Such a great decision. Bountiful menu to choose from. Drinks, waffles, donuts, teas, coffees, all lovingly prepared by this local business. Tracy is lucky to have such a welcoming family business that has equally amazing service and food. Their location is tucked away but don't miss out! Plenty of seating too whether you decide to sit and stay or take your treats to-go. read more

I went to The Healthy Spot this morning since they're one of the participating restaurants for Tracy Restaurant Week. The Healthy Spot has been here since June 2020 but this was my very first time going there. I've actually been meaning to come here sooner since they also take the RAD card. The woman there was very welcoming and friendly. She explained everything that was on the menu. They are all about protein! They have a stamp program using the Stamp Me app. After so many stamps, you'll get a reward. So for my breakfast, I decided on one of their Power Bowls. I got the Chocolate P.B. Banana. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how big it was! It was delicious but I couldn't finish it all. As a first time customer, I also got a free tea! She asked me if I wanted it hot or cold and decided on cold. She suggested the mango tea. It was really good too! I will definitely be back for more! I want to try their other 2 power bowls. read more

Always great and friendly service here. I usually call my orders in and they are always ready as soon as i walk in! Love it here!

Amazing service and treats! Customer service went above and beyond. The worker would give us samples of other shakes that other customers were ordering since it was our first time. Definitely made the experience a memorable one! The waffle was delicious and tasted like a funnel cake, it's a shareable size as well. The donut was good but had a grainy protein taste/texture. The PB cookie shake was delicious. Glad they accommodated our needs of splitting into two cups. Can't wait to come back! read more
