This is my family's go-to donut shop. Whether to treat my kids for a job well done in school, to kick off a fun weekend morning, or even for birthdays... they've helped us pull through. Most recently, I came in with an idea for my son's 7-Eleven birthday theme, and the only things I knew were that it had to be a donut cake and with specific theme colors. The staff there helped me configure how many layers I needed and how many of each color per layer, and even helped mock it up! I ended up changing the layout anyways because I found a better tray later on, but I loved how it all came together! They only missed out on one design detail, but I didn't care. When I used to live in the area this is my go-to place to pick up fresh and yummy donuts. The service is always spot on and there's always a variety of donuts to choose from. I always get the chocolate glazed, chocolate bar (with fillings of my choice), and the sugar glazed donuts. Their chocolate has the right amount of sweetness to it and that is why I can always eat more than 1. They are soft, airy and very indulgent. They also have coffee, milk and juices available to pair with. I still go here every time I'm in the area and I'm craving for donuts. Hands down the best doll donut shop in Tracy! They actually fresh bake the donuts at the location and have a wonderful variety of types and flavors for all. I love their apple fritters, honestly, the best I've had in Tracy so far! We don't have them often anymore but when we want to indulge, my husband usually picks up the donuts for us , but it'd been a while since I went into the store myself. I was pleasantly surprised to see they now have a coffee bar station, since before it was just a K-Cup setup behind the counter that they did (which I can easily do at home). Nice upgrade to have the station as self-serve. The downside was the staff. The person helping me had headphones in the entire time and never took them out during our interaction. Not friendly or personable at all, just seemed like they were there for a paycheck. That said, the donuts are still great, and that apple fritter keeps me coming back. read more

Was craving donuts and this place was nearby. This place is really good, had a good selection of classic flavors and also unique flavors. The place was small but mighty. Definitely a mom & pop theme donut shop in the town. They have a huge window inside the store showcasing how they made the donuts, which I thought was very cool. The front worker operating it was really helpful and offered me great recommendations. I ended up getting a red velvet donut. I never heard of a red velvet donut before so I was definitely curious. The donut was really soft and tasty. I overall give this donut shop a 4/5 star review. UBE DONUTS!!! Super good! They also have Kona (blend) on tap and it's usually freshly brewed. They also serve boba drinks, but I only eat the donuts. My kids have tried the milk tea boba stuff here, and it's good but NOT for us boba snobs. I always order a baker's dozen to typically include ube, red velvet, maple bar, and apple fritters. Ordered the graduation dozen for $30. My daughter who is 7 yo was excited to get them for her younger brothers graduation. Beware, the donuts have so much black dye in them her mouth, teeth and tongue was black before the graduation event. Her fingers that at some point had icing was stained with black dye. When Dunkin Donuts opened up in the same shopping complex as Donut and Yogurt, I refused to buy donuts there because I felt they were trying to take out a mom and pop restaurant. Now I've changed my mind. Today, I went into the shop to buy breakfast. There was a woman ahead of me making a large order so I had to wait. Two men came in after me; one was a frequent customer. When it was my turn one of the employees allowed the frequent customer to cut in line and rang up his order. I protested and was told he'd come in first. The other man who was in line after me told the employee that I was next up. The employee blew off my complaint. As a result, I will not buy donuts at Donut and Yogurt again. They've lost a long time, loyal customer because of poor customer service. read more

This USED to be THE donut shop in Tracy. The dunkin donuts across the parking lot? Fogetaboutit!. But NO MORE. They have changed recipes and are no where as good as they once were. WORSE, they constantly run out of product now when in the past, it didn't matter what time of day you showed up. They always had plenty of Old Fashions and Apple Fritters. Last 4 or five times the only thing available was the "easy" stuff to make. Getting lazy and they are losing this customer because of it. There is ZERO reason to have a mostly empty case before 10:00 on a weekday, but it is happening with regularity. So disappointed. read more

Let me just start by saying that discovered this place through a friend who gave me one of the best donuts I've ever had, the Blueberry Cake Donut. Imagine an old fashioned donut, but like a blue berry muffin and it's soft inside and covered in glaze. Yeah, enough said. I was blown away. Along side, this blueberry marvel, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had quite a few ube donut variations which is pretty awesome. They also offer a variety of coffee drinks, bagels and breakfast sandwiches, shakes and ice cream. We woke up this morning and we're craving Donuts and we found this shop. The shop itself doesn't really have anything special about it aesthetically, it really is just your typical donut shop, you go in, look at the display and choose your sweet cravings. We saw on their listing that they do specialty donuts and one in particular that caught our eye was the Ube Donuts. For those that don't know, Ube is essentially a purple yam and I grew up eating Ube ice cream, Ube pancakes, and cupcakes and I've never had it in Donut form so we rushed over. It's been a while since I've had Donut & Yogurt and it was just as good as I remembered! This was maybe my first time coming back in 2-3 years even though I live less than a mile away from it. COVID: they're limiting capacity to 3 customers at a time. The staff all wear masks and gloves which made it feel a lot safer. The outdoor line in the morning isn't quite regulated by them, but once your inside there are stickers on the ground for social distancing. I came with the intentions of getting only one donut... but I ended up leaving with 4 haha (maple donut not pictured but also great!). I didn't know that they had ube/matcha flavors until coming in so I had to try it, and the ube donut with the fruity pebbles was definitely a favorite! Their customer service is always phenomenal and I'd still prefer this family owned shop over the Dunkin' donuts a couple of yards away from it. Had it not been for one of my bffs who lives down the street from this place, I would not have known about Ube donuts. I ended up getting a variety for all of us since we were road tripping to Yosemite. Nothing better than donuts in the car right? Who am I kidding. Donuts are great anytime, especially when you have a craving for some sweets. The service was quick, friendly, and super efficient. Also turns out that the owner is Filipino/ Chinese which explains why they offer Ube flavor to begin with. I can only only talk about the Ube donuts since these were the only ones I tried. We chose 2 of them-- both the crumble Ube Donut and the regular glazed Ube Donut. Between the 2, the crumble Ube donut was the clear winner. It was dense, cakey, moist, full of all of that carb-y goodness with just the slightest taste of Ube. The glazed caked Ube donut was good as well-- also dense and moist-- I just preferred the other for its texture. Just a heads up. It's a $.25 fee if you decide to use your credit card so bring cash if you don't want to get the extra charge. read more
