I'm going to start with my only complaint about this place. They are wasting their tape in my time putting that tape on the box. I can't wait to tear into this delicious box of donuts. Hands down best Vietnamese coffee in town !!!& the owner is so sweet. Went in today & she greeted me warmly. She knows I usually pay card and got the machine ready for me. But today, cash was used. And then seeing as I was alone, she put both coffees in a carrier for me and wished me a good day with a smile. In today's world, it's the little things in customer service that matter. read more

Best Donuts in Town! Something about the old school donut spots that are the best! I love the basic dozen! If you basics aren't good then you are in the wrong place! Crispy & Fluffy at the same time. Overall: Recommend Parking/Location: easy, parking lot I've ordered from here 3 times. Twice on Doordash and I sent my brother in another time. This place has a wide variety of donuts, drink and sandwich portions. I've really enjoyed their kava Hip Frappe and Vietnamese iced coffee. I was expecting them to not have several of the donuts I ordered, but was surprised that they not only had everything but added a few more along with a thank you note on the box. I was also pleasantly surprised by their roast beef sandwich. It came on croissant bread which I found odd but after a few bites, I was hooked. Barely any deli meat, wayy too much mayo, and idk what i was expecting from the egg but it just wasn't the greatest and had no flavor. Hmmm yeah... There are better Doughnut options in Tracy, there isn't many but they are out there. The shop is small and I found the selection to be underwhelming and no the staff are not particularly welcoming but I can look past that. The Blueberry Doughnut I got was really greasy with little flavor but the Buttermilk bar (at least i think that's what you call it) was better. Not great but satisfied both mine and Hubby's sweet fix. I doubt I will be back and rather go a mile up the road to my regular spot or Safeway as I think even their Doughnuts are better. read more

I like this place however my recent experience was trash. My sandwiches was poorly executed and not worth the money so I requested a refund. The cashier argued with me about the content of the sandwich. Just because there was bacon, egg and bread doesn't mean it was horrible. Do better.
