They went above and beyond on this cake and it tasted amazing! Fed about 20 people and my daughter loved it
SweetArts knocks it out of the park again! Reached out to Christina to get a custom cake made for my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. It was so easy to order and pick the flavors. The cake looked absolutely beautiful, and it was delicious!! Raspberry cake with raspberry filling. It was the perfect size for the number of guests we had. Thank you, SweetArts Bakery, for making our special day even better with your delicious cake!
This was my first order with SweetArts bakery and I was not disappointed. I brought in a napkin with the theme for a baby shower and they worked with me to design this beautiful cake and accompanying macarons. Not only were the cake and macarons beautiful but they were delicious. No boxed cake mix here or frosting that tastes like Crisco! We were delighted with moist, delicious, well balanced chocolate cake and flavorful frosting that wasn't cloying sweet! The macarons were some of the best I have ever had! They were tender and had a lovely vanilla flavor. Everyone was so impressed!
Not wanting to go for the traditional wedding cake route, we opted for a personal cookie wedding cake & a dessert bar for our guests for our wedding. The whole process from inquiring all the way to pick-up was sooo easy. I worked directly with Christina who is also the owner, she is super sweet & very accommodating. I ordered a 4-layered 6-inch heart cookie cake with the brown sugar frosting and that brown sugar frosting was BOMB DOTCOM! So yums! The cookies were soft (which I love) but she let me know if I want them to be cooked more for a crispier cookie, she can definitely make that happen. FYI --- To place an order, you have to leave a cash deposit & you can pay the rest on a card. Overall, we loved our cookie cake & if I am being honest, after cutting into it at our wedding - I had our coordinator pack it up so we could take it home. Just too good to share. lol. Oh! When I went in to put down my deposit, I also bought this S'more-cookie-sandwich and OMG - I would order 10 just for me. If you see this cookie sandwich, try it - you won't regret it!

Everything we've tried here has tasted amazing and we love all the cute designs on the cupcakes! This is definitely a place to stop by and pick up a sweet treat! Eat there or take togo! I came into SweetArts to inquire about a personalized cake for my cousin's birthday. The owner, Christina always does a phenomenal job at an amazing price!! Before I left, I shared with the front of house staff member who was working that day that it was my daughter's first day of school & she had such a great day! She kindly gifted us a cupcake to celebrate her having an amazing 1st day of Preschool! My daughter was SO excited, as was I. Thank you soooo incredibly much for your kindness. We paid it forward at our next stop. Thanks again & we can't wait to come back to try more treats .
This is an amazing local business in Tracy! I've been here before to get their cupcakes. They are so yummy, and come in variety of flavors. The most recent order of cupcakes I got were red velvet, lemon, and strawberry. All very delicious, moist, and not too sweet. They also have other baked goods like lemon bars, but I always go back to the cupcakes I recently ordered a cake, and the ordering process was smooth. I've never ordered a cake before, so I didn't know what to expect. I requested a quote from their website, and I received a reply within a day. After going over prices, flavors, and size, I booked an appointment with their designer later in the week. It was suggested in an e-mail that I could do a peach-flavored cake. When I met with the designer, she said they actually don't have that flavor. I told her I wanted citrus and tart flavors, so we went with a lemon cake with a cherry cream filling. I asked for a succulent design, and she said she has just done one and unfortunately forgot to take a picture! She googled some designs so she could show me what she can do, and we went with a color scheme. As you can see from the pics, she did an amazing job! Every time someone passed by to look at it, I'd comment on how awesome the succulents look. And it was a hefty cake! My aunt asked if we could carry it so the birthday person can blow the candles. I said no, because it was so heavy that I didn't want to risk dropping it, even if 2 people were carrying it. The lemon flavors really shown through the cake, and the cherry creme wasn't too sweet. SweetArts has been around for awhile, and an amazing addition to the downtown area. Definitely check them out!
My family is moving to Tracy soon so what better way to get familiar with the area than to try one of the highest rated bakeries?! We didn't get cupcakes, but they did look pristine and delicious! We ended up getting a lemon bar, a cherry cobbler bar and a banana cream pie bar. The lemon bar- flavoring was perfect! Portion size was a bit large for me and I had to have it in two sittings. The cherry cobbler bar- overall the flavoring was great. The cherry mixture did taste a little jello-ish to me though. The Banana Cream Bar- The bottom tasted a bit underdone and soggy but it had good banana flavor. The front has good curb appeal but there wasn't much inside that felt like it was inviting us to stay. Another thing we noticed was that all of their cupcakes were labeled but not their other goods. We had to ask a few different times what things were or what flavors were in certain items. What we thought was awesome was that they had a few different keto treats. We absolutely plan to be back to try those items. Overall, we had a great experience and could see ourself coming here more often once we move.
***Keto Review*** I've seen this place a million times and have always kept going. Why? Because the struggle is real- I knew if I walked in here I'd instantly gain 20lbs. I met a friend downtown today, and we strolled through the farmers market. Afterward, she wanted to grab some of their Lavender Macaroons for some family in town. Low and behold... they had keto treats. Guess who's on keto? Me. So, I felt obliged to grab a few and give them a try. Keto chocolate chip cookie- made with almond flour. Review: It was okay, but Nothing like a normal one. It didn't quite do it for me. (Not SweetArts fault, but more my opinion on the texture and flavor almond flour gives.) Keto Lemon Bar- pretty large portion. I can easily cut into 4ths and be satisfied. Great flavor, texture, well cooked. Definitely a win. Keto Cookie truffle- a Keto Cookie ball (possibly prepares different) dipped in chocolate, and topped with some pretty, glittery, gold. This was probably my favorite treat because I'm a chocolate lover. The 3 items cost me just over $7.00. Not bad for the occasional indulgence. I only wish that they had the nutrition facts posted or available, because saying something is "keto" is pretty vague. I count my Macros typically, so it's important for me to know what I'm eating. If I had this info, I would probably stop in more regularly. Ps- I will update with a photo of my treats soon!
I was looking for a place to order my daughters 3rd birthday cake and cupcakes and SweetArts did amazingly. They were very communicative and accommodating especially when I changed the original 5 in cake to a 2 tier cake(7in and 5in). I believe it was vanilla with banana cream and banana cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. My guests loved them and they followed the design well. The flowers on the cupcakes had fallen off a bit, but I fixed them when I got home. I would definitely order from them again :)

I cannot say enough good things about Christina and Sweet Arts. She created this absolutely beautiful cake for my wife's baby shower, and I genuinely could not have been happier with how it turned out. I gave Christina our vision--a soft wildflower and rainbow theme for welcoming our baby girl--and she brought it to life beautifully. The pastel rainbow, flowers, butterflies, soft pink and green details, and the "Welcome Baby Girl" lettering all came together perfectly. It was elegant, sweet, and whimsical without being overdone. It honestly became one of the centerpieces of the entire shower, and we received so many compliments on it. Beyond her talent, Christina was just an incredibly wonderful person to work with. I came to her on a relatively quick turnaround and with a budget I needed to stay within. She listened to me, worked with me, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure or difficulty--just kindness, cooperation, and a genuine desire to make sure we were happy. What impressed me most was how humble she was. Christina is clearly very talented, but she carries herself with such kindness and sincerity. You can tell she cares about her customers and understands that these cakes are attached to important moments in people's lives. This one certainly was. We are preparing to welcome our baby girl, and this shower meant a great deal to our family. Christina created something that fit that moment perfectly and will now be part of our memories and pictures from that day forever. I sincerely hope Sweet Arts continues to grow and thrive because Christina deserves it. When you find a small business owner who combines genuine talent with this level of kindness, patience, flexibility, and care, you want to see them succeed. Updating the pictures for full transparency. I wanted to update my original post with additional pictures so customers can clearly see what they could potentially receive when purchasing this cake. When we first sliced the cake, the center was visibly dark, as shown in the photos. My wife paid $120 for this very small cake, and for most people, $120 is not an insignificant amount of money. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right. Instead, the responses have felt defensive. As a customer, I believe concerns like this deserve to be acknowledged. Sometimes a sincere apology and a willingness to address the customer's experience can go a long way. Again, I am sharing the updated photos for transparency. I will be coming back to Christina and the gang at Sweet arts! I needed a Michael Jackson, Thriller zombie themed cake for my grand daughter's birthday, and they knocked it out of the park! Everyone was awed at the cake and it was delicious! I'm an artist myself and I had an idea in mind after my grand daughter picked out an image she wanted on her cake. Sweet Arts called me and helped when the original image choice didn't work, and we picked another. The idea I had for how the rest of the cake would look, came out brilliantly! Christina understood the assignment! My grand daughter LOVED IT! Our guests were floored, because many of them had only seen the grocery store picture cakes before and everyone wanted to know where I'd gone to get this masterpiece! The Sweet Arts staff also made pickup easy, despite the Farmer's Market running, and cutting off a lot of road access. The whole process from inquiry, design, consultation, and pickup was flawless! SweetArts is an absolute favorite of ours. Their cakes are top notch. I've ordered custom cakes to just getting their cakes they had in store. All have been hits at our parties. It's also just the place to go if you're wanting a small treat like cupcakes, pie bars, cookies, etc. My mom did Keto for years so I love that they have keto options that I was able to get for her. DEFINITELY COMING BACK! My new favorite bakery for sweets and goodies! My boyfriend picked up some last minute cupcakes and luckily we were able to get our hands on the last batch! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for beautiful and tasty cupcakes! They were moist and not too sweet! Not a big fan of fruity cupcakes, but OMG I tried the banana sundae and the blueberry lemon cupcake and THEY WERE SO GOOD! The icing was not too sweet and buttery! Love this spot! read more

Finally got to try this cute bakery. The service was excellent, the woman who helped me was so friendly. They had a variety of flavors and everything was fresh and delicious! We got 2 macarons, a cake pop, and 6 cupcakes. By far the best macarons I've ever had! 5 of us tried the cupcakes which were delicious and we each had a different favorite! I recently purchased a cake from SweetArts. It was a two-tier cake with strawberry cream filling. The first here was vanilla and the second tier was chocolate. I thought the cake was good. My husband said it was too sweet. However, the cake must've been good because there's no leftovers, it's served about maybe 40 to 50 people. The service was really good. I would say as a whole the bakery is very cute. I also decided to try some of their keto baked goods I felt like they just don't add any unnatural sugars. The lemon bars were a little sour for me, but that's because they didn't have any sugar, next time I'm getting the regular lemon bars. read more

I love this bakery and I love all the sweet pastries they have to offer. They are located across the street from Bank America; because they don't have a parking lot, you have to park on the street. I tried their keto lemon bar, their key lime pie and ordered my wedding cake. Their lemon bar and key lime bar are delicious. It's not overpowering and has the right amount of sweet to it. The process to order our cake was very simple and easy. We called and ordered a couple of taste panels to decide what flavors we wanted for our cake. Each taste panel is $25 and it comes with 4 cake flavors and 4 frosting/mousse of your choice. We ordered two taste panels: marble, almond, banana, purple velvet, carrot, lemon, caramel, chocolate. The mousse/frosting we chose were buttercream, coconut mousse, raspberry, cheesecake, banana, chocolate, and white chocolate. We loved each flavor, but unfortunately could only pick two. The bottom tier was marble(chocolate and vanilla) with coconut mousse and the top tier was almond with a buttercream frosting. After deciding what we wanted, we placed the order and that was that. I will be returning to this bakery to try the rest of their sweets! read more

This place is a local gem! We ordered a cake for my birthday party and it was absolutely gorgeous--exactly what I imagined. The customer service was wonderful; they walked us through the whole process since this was our first time ordering a cake from here. I loved that they decorated the cake completely with buttercream frosting, as I am not a fan of fondant. We chose a marble cake with banana mousse filling and it was phenomenal! Everyone at the party was raving about how delicious the cake was. Overall, the quality and portions you get are fantastic for the price. It's rare to find a place that can make a cake that is both beautiful AND delicious, but they nailed it. It's obvious that they put a ton of care into each dessert they make. UPDATING REVIEW Minus an additional star for the owner's inability to take critique and be professional. If you do not believe me, take a look at her response to other lower star ratings. ORIGINAL POST Overall this place is overpriced for mediocre desserts. Ordered a waffle cake in advance for a birthday. We expected it to be fresh off the oven. When we arrived to pick it up, we also decided to grab some delicious looking cupcakes. The lady helping us did not seem happy to work there. She did not greet us enthusiastically and just blanked said how can I help you. She was wearing a very dirty apron that had a lot of old stains. She was not wearing a mask. (neither of the two workers were despite hovering over baked goods) She did not bother to put on any gloves when she moved to pick up the cupcakes. She then proceeded to handle the cash register without cleaning her hands. A huge no in this covid time. Cupcakes themselves were mostly disappointing. The frostings were all hard as they are sitting in a display fridge. The cake portion itself was softish but also hardened due to it being kept in the display fridge. Likewise the waffle cake was a disappointment. It's basically two waffles with some cream in the middle. As it was also refrigerated despite being "freshly made" the waffle was soggy and the frosting hard. Parking was also a pain as it is located in downtown Tracy. we were planning my moms 70th birthday surprise and I wanted to get a cake that would be special to her and sweetarts did not disappoint! I wanted a bingo theme cake because that is what she loves. I shared some photo ideas with them and told them to just come up with what they thought would work. When I picked up the cake I was beyond happy! It was exactly what I wanted. They even called me and asked if there were any special numbers they could add to the bingo balls. I went with carrot cake because that's her favorite, I was a little worried because not everyone likes carrot cake, everyone talked about how good the cake was.
