When I got there, I went a little wild and got a dozen even though I knew it was overkill. I am so happy to say that the cupcakes were just as good as the one in Arizona. A basic apology and a little courtesy would have gone a long way. We came in with our children expecting a simple, enjoyable ice cream outing and unfortunately left with a very negative impression because of the way this employee handled the situation. Customer service matters, and this was anything but welcoming or professional.
