It honestly became one of the centerpieces of the entire shower, and we received so many compliments on it. Beyond her talent, Christina was just an incredibly wonderful person to work with. I came to her on a relatively quick turnaround and with a budget I needed to stay within. She listened to me, worked with me, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure or difficulty--just kindness, cooperation, and a genuine desire to make sure we were happy. What impressed me most was how humble she was. Christina is clearly very talented, but she carries herself with such kindness and sincerity. You can tell she cares about her customers and understands that these cakes are attached to important moments in people's lives. This one certainly was. We are preparing to welcome our baby girl, and this shower meant a great deal to our family. Christina created something that fit that moment perfectly and will now be part of our memories and pictures from that day forever. When we first sliced the cake, the center was visibly dark, as shown in the photos. My wife paid $120 for this very small cake, and for most people, $120 is not an insignificant amount of money. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right. Instead, the responses have felt defensive. As a customer, I believe concerns like this deserve to be acknowledged. Sometimes a sincere apology and a willingness to address the customer's experience can go a long way. Again, I am sharing the updated photos for transparency. Aside from the regular Bread that every grocery store has (pre sliced loaves like Sara Lee and pre packaged hot dog buns ect that they get delivered in) they have a variety of Breads baked fresh on site - Focaccia, Sourdough, Pretzel Hoagies to name a few along with Cakes, Cookies, Pies, Cupcakes, Donuts and Bagels all at very reasonable prices. My favorite purchase here is the Bagels that are just 48c each and my Husbands are the Donuts at 58c each or $5 for a dozen. They have this Cinnamon Roll covered in Caramel disguised as Donut that he loves. So Tracy may not have a really great Bakery but at least this place has some good items. Don't knock those Supermarket Bakeries people :)
