Stopped by Crumbl on Thursday, January 22nd around 5:30 p.m. and ordered through the tablet. Ordering was easy. I got four cookies: chocolate chip, peanut butter & jelly, brown sugar Pop-Tart, and strawberry shortcake. I watched the two employees make my order, but there was no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. They just called my name when it was ready and that was it. When I got home for family dessert, I noticed a few issues. The presentation wasn't great, and some of the cookies weren't even made right. The strawberry shortcake had one strawberry and barely any crumble on top. The peanut butter & jelly ended up being just a plain peanut butter cookie with no jelly or filling at all, which was disappointing. The chocolate chip was good, like always, and the brown sugar Pop-Tart cookie was easily the best one out of the box. The only real reason Crumbl is convenient is because there are so many Crumbl locations in the Central Valley. I honestly wish an Insomnia Cookies would open up out here -- it'd be nice to have another option, especially if their cookies are better. Between the wrong cookies, lack of presentation, and no customer interaction, this one lands at 3 stars. Maybe next time they'll get it right and earn a higher score, but we'll see. read more

This Crumbl is in the same strip mall area as Home Depot basically, it's really close to IM Burger, & Staples. They make these cookies fresh daily, I've seen them cracking the eggs right there when I go in to pickup our orders. Crumbl also changes up their menu to have unique flavors of cookies on a weekly basis or bi weekly basis I believe. It's worth trying them out for a guilty pleasure. read more

I'm surprised they are closed on Sundays Was able to use the rest of my gift card. I appreciate they still will take orders in person and give details about what cookies are made for the day instead of ordering on the kiosk but it is available for those that don't have any questions. I've been to Crumbl at several different locations in several states and the cookies in Tracy were as good as the others. The place was clean and inviting. Unfortunately the service was awful. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday around 8:45pm but the employee helping us was completely rude. I went with my nieces, who are in their teens and they did the ordering. The lighter haired female should find another line of work because she doesn't know how to treat customers. She was taking our order and one of my nieces had a question and wanted to catch her attention before she rang up the order, and said "excuse me" to the employee, she turned to them and angrily said, "what?". Ok, not acceptable. We paid and left. Not sure if she felt she could act that way because they were young but it was terrible behavior. The other employee working, the darker haired female seemed pleasant and seemed to treat her customers well. I had not looked up their Yelp reviews until after my visit. I did see a trend with poor customer service so hopefully management does something about it. I doubt I will be back to this location, not with the negativity from their employees. read more

No point in having a curbside pickup option when the employees pick and choose when they want to bring you your cookie. Sat curbside for 10 minutes waiting for my cookie, as the app is saying they've already completed my order. Meanwhile I'm watching them take multiple other walk-in orders after my order was "completed". I walk in and it takes 2 seconds for the girl to pull my cookie out the fridge after I tell her my name. The only good thing about this visit was that I actually received a cookie. No greeting, no smile, no "have a good day". You get to try new weekly flavors with family or friends. The service is nice and welcoming. The place is nice and clean inside. I appreciate how you can see the set up and how they make the cookies. It's been a while, but all I remember was milk chocolate chip, red velvet, and something pink. The fourth cookie was forgettable. There are pink frosted sugar cookies at some grocery stores for around $4.00. Buy a pack of those instead. Top some with chocolate chips. Bam, you've got two flavors of Crumbl cookies, and you saved about $10.00. These are overhyped and overpriced sugar bombs. The workers seemed bored or "quietly quitting" as it's been called. I got chocolate chip but they did not have a cookie flavor, it had a taste of old grease very tasteless as if no vanilla or forgot salt. Very expensive $10 for three small cookies. We took them back and got our refund and the person was very helpful but not too interested in our problem with the cookies.
