The line was out the door naturally, but the line moved fairly quickly. There was one long line, but as you got towards the entrance, the worker would then ask if you were paying by cash or card. The ordering process was simple and then the you just had to wait quite a while for your drinks to be ready. It took quite a while as they were busy, but moved fairly quickly still. I will say though, that the Strawberry Whirl was filled more than the Mango was. The pricing of the smoothies though, is quite outrageous though, regular price would have been over $8 for a small sized smoothie, yikes! I placed a mobile order and arrived exactly at the scheduled pick-up time, but ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. Even after 15 minutes had passed, my order still hadn't been started. I had to go up and remind the staff, and even then, they didn't begin making it right away. What's the point of setting a pick-up time if you can't stick to it? Using the app was supposed to save time, but it's actually slower than ordering in person. This kind of disorganized system and lack of accountability is really frustrating. I've never had to walk out a Jamba juice before this. Worst customer service I've had in years. I walked in and the two girls were at the drink area ignoring everyone. No hi no welcome nothing. No one came to the register to help and everyone was forced to order at the computer kiosk. When I did try to order at the computer it didn't give me the options I wanted. I had to get out of line and go ask for help. It's alright but the lines reach out the door. They only have one register open during rush hours as well. This upsets customers so they leave. The smoothies are good though. Usually a 5/5 but came here three different days and all weren't good experiences and had an issue with my order. Day 1: ordered a drink and specifically told the cashier that there was an allergy to berries for one of my drinks. Received the drink and noticed that it had berries so I had to wait for the drink to be remade. Day 2: same order but this cashier acted as if she didn't know how to take an order with allergies. All of the employees were in the back making a big deal about having to redo the drink because of an allergy, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Jamba was my first job in high school 14 years ago. I am now a nurse anesthesiologist working with some of the best surgeons in the country. I go to this location when I have to commute between jobs in the Central Valley and Bay Area, and I always see Josh (Jamba employee) providing exceptional customer service - every single time. But since today was an absolutely gorgeous day out, and since I just had lunch across the street and it being too damn early for a beer I decided to give Jamba another try. I ordered a large Caribbean Passion which was tasty, but way too much for me for to handle. I also thought they could have done a better job with grinding the ice. Whenever I order my bowls, I ask for extra thick because if not.. They always come out watery. And Jordan never fails me! Let's talk about the Jamba Juice Bowls. They're usually delicious and filled to the brim with a medley of various fruits. We ordered two Island Pitaya Bowls - sub bananas with strawberries. Our order yesterday was great and filled to the brim of the bowl. Our order today had barely half a bowl each. ): Not to mention each bowl is nearly $10! The total of two bowls is $19.95. I'm super disappointed in my experience today. They're such small amounts of bowl for such an expensive price. Went to Jamba Juice the other day and to be honest I really loved the customer service/vibe right when I walked into the door. I will say the girl at the front counter named Danielle (sorry if I misspelled) was awesome. She was super friendly, patient (especially because my fiancé likes to mix things around and change the receipe) and just naturally provided excellent customer service. You don't find people like her! Let's just say if I were to own a business these are the types of people I'd want to have running the place. The store was clean. The team members were all nice and greated me right away. The drinks we ordered were made deliciously! So I've been coming to this particular Jamba Juice for about 8 months now almost every day! Everyone knows my drink because I'm such a regular (always tipping for their service) and lately I've been ordering on DoorDash but i called to let them know to remove the bananas but they said they can not modify my drink to how i normally get it (which i need because I'm allergic to bananas) because it messes up their inventory. I don't believe this is any of the workers fault because they always make my drink correctly but i believe the owner of this Jamba should allow modifications in the app or for the workers to make changes to the drink upon the customers request. This is bad customer service and really a headache when your supporting a business and they can't even accommodate a allergy of yours by removing the ingredient. A bit overpriced, and somewhat limited selection but the location is convenient, regardless of how small it may be inside. Same drink can vary in taste from time to time and staff is ok; not extra friendly but what do you want from 17 year olds!
