Shoutout to the Dutch Bros Manteca team for always being very welcoming, and taking our drink orders in such a comfortable fashion! This location off of Yosemite is quite prime, as we go to this location often when we know the one in Lathrop is full of customers ordering (due to its convenience). For some reason, they always have remaining stickers available right after the release, and it's very entertaining to see. Their broistas put a lot of heart into their drinks -- they never fail each time they make my golden eagle with extra drizzle. Definitely something that you don't wanna miss! Their hospitality is also really good as well -- very understanding and even gave me a second drink on the house, when my Dutch Bros app took out money from the same card twice accidentally, even though I had included it once. I will definitely be back :) read more

Deck the halls with lots of coffeee Fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la... 4/5 Mobile App. Pre-ordered on the Dutch Bros app to speed up but didn't have the option to pick up at the window populate (which I would have preferred). Drive thru line got long very quickly behind me. 5/5 Candy Cane Mocha. Went season because well Christmas is coming to town. Candy cane hot mocha to keep you all warm and fuzzy inside. Not too sweet which is nice, you don't feel like you need a shot of insulin afterwards. Overall good drink, quick service on a busy street. God bless read more

Dutch bros is really good I like the coffee I ordered a zombie chai which was pretty good just tasted like a regular chai latte nothing too special. I'm going to petition for Dutch Bros to come to San Francisco because the locations are so far for Dutch bros and they're all quite relatively far. Ambiance is like any other Dutch bros always a drive through and the store is covered in Navy and metal silver coloring read more

Trying to figure the point of ordering ahead and still end up in line with everyone who orders while in line.

This is the second time I've gotten a blended drink at this location and it comes out clumpy. Every other location in the Bay Area is fine. Service people are nice but it just sucks to spend 8 bucks on a drink just to end up having to let it melt and freeze it then blend it myself in order to get what I originally wanted. Think I'll just go to another location from now on. read more

Friendly service and the line moves quickly. I usually get a golden eagle with quarter sweetness and a soft top. I also like that they offer seasonal drinks, but I find them a bit too sweet, so if you want to actually taste the coffee, I would recommend asking for quarter sweetness. read more

I absolutely love the service at this Dutch location, I drive out of my way to come to this one specifically. My broista I always seem to run into, Johan, makes my day every time I see him. He has outstanding service and is so attentive. read more

I've been on a roll with visiting a couple Dutch Bros locations throughout the Central Valley, all locations have the same formula/taste profile. Fast, quick, friendly service. The Electra Berry Rebel on the rocks please! This drink has the right amount of sweetness level. I have sleep on Dutch for many years now but not again! Have not tried any coffee drinks for comparison. The kids love this place! This is always a great pick me up and worth the calories! read more

Service is horrendous. I was on my motorcycle wanted to get a small tea to warm myself up a little before I went home planned on drinking it there, but the walk up was closed. Which is fine so I ordered on the app waited in drive through line and politely asked the young lady if I could park my bike and pick it up on the other side or anything since I didn't plan for the drive through she said nope with the worst smug face as if someone just gave her bad news and that someone was me. I don't even look for much but just a little customer service goes along way and she couldn't care less. I asked if there was any other way to grab it after I parked she said nope so I ended up holding it while I parked. I watched all the other employees walk the drinks out to cars much further than where I was and was going to be but apparently I don't get that treatment. What really ruined it is the fact that she didn't even seem concerned in the slightest just kept trying to put the drink in my hand while I was balancing.. I also sat here and watched over 15 people try to walk up and just get in their cars and leave because of how slow the drive through was going.. they really just don't care about servicing people. They just want to make their quick buck regardless of quality of the atmosphere which is not what I'm familiar with when I go to Dutch bros. read more

The Palm beach black tea was so refreshing! We were in line with 3 cars ahead in the drive through and it went by quick! For 4 drinks we waited 4.5 minutes from when we ordered. I commend the employee taking our orders in the sweltering sun! The best surprise was actually receiving free stickers! They looked super cool. It's the first location where they were in stock when we asked for them. read more

Honestly I love dutch bros and I have been going to many different shops since 2018 and in that whole time I have not found a person who has better service and the best energy than the employee at this one named kaleb he's awesome and clearly dedicated to his job I know I wouldn't want to be standing outside in the pouring rain taking orders but he did it and it didn't even effect his mood he Honestly made my day he is the whole reason im giving this 5 star to this place because the lady at the window was quite rude to me because I have a more complicated drink. read more

I've been on a roll with visiting a couple Dutch Bros locations, and this location is no different. Fast, quick, friendly service despite the recent NorCal storms. Yes, the drive thru was still open when it rained and flooded many areas/cities. And yes, there were still baristas outside taking drive thru orders in the pouring rain. Kudos to the staff for still taking orders outside despite the storms! My boyfriend and I decided to go up to the window to order our NINE drinks as we felt like it would be easier to break up our orders at the window. Ordering at the window allowed us to peek inside their mini "shack" where all the coffee magic happens. Every single one of the staff was HUSTLING with drink orders (and there were a lot of staff inside, which doesn't even include the 3 people taking orders outside). We didn't have to wait long (shockingly) for our orders to be ready. They were even kind enough to offer toppers on all our drinks to prevent them from spilling in the car. What felt like the final days of their holiday menu, I decided to switch my drink order to a candy cane cold brew and I'm so glad that I did. I could taste the peppermint with a hint of mocha. It was strong and sweet, making it a nice holiday treat for me. I'll definitely be back to this location if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Always such kind interactions here that brighten up my day! Had to go get my sticker today and had a really cool worker named johan help me!

I wonder who is managing this dutch bros? They really have gone down hill with their service. Yesterday afternoon they were 6 employees inside chop it on while no one was outside taking orders. Waited about 25 mins to get to window like are you serious. They need to have an older adult obviously to direct them because these youngsters dont care or who ever is managing is not doing a good job besides getting order wrong and lying when i ask because it look different or they just dont have a clue . read more

Employees are patient and have great energy when taking orders or giving out drinks. They also give suggestions on what to order based off of likes and preferences. Nice change from starbs. I liked the fun drinks available. My guy got the cotton candy Dutch frost . It was a fun bright blue color and super sugary! I'm not a sweets kinda gal so I got the passion fruit green tea. Loved that it was low in cals and not too sweet! Overall, I loved my experience here. Figured I stop here for a quick coffee. Boy was I wrong. If you want to sit in line for 20+minutes and not receive any attention by the staff, then this place is all yours! I showed up with about 4 cars in front of me, and we sat here so long without any person running the drive thru until both lines were filled up. And when the drive-thru gal came out to take orders, there was no explanation or apology for the significant delay. I'm never coming back to this place or type of business again. It's the morning, I want coffee, I need caffeine, and I need it fairly quickly, and this place didn't deliver. I ultimately decided to not order and drive away as soon as I had enough space to do so. read more

I can say I've been to about a handful of these locations and this the best one I've been to thus far. they are super quick and have those drinks bussin out the door to cars in front of you and behind you! I love that they are super fast and want their customers in and out within minutes! Not to mention they are super sweet and always give me a pup cup for my ride hand man!! The customer service has been horrible since opening. Just gets worse. Most recently...today. I ordered 2 drinks to get 2 different dog bandanas. They gave me 2 of the same.
