Incredibly yummy coffee and bahn me. Cool decor on the walls. Very nice owners and employees! A wonderful experience. Bahn me with grilled chicken was nicely fresh and delicious.
Imagine my SHOCK when we found this spot when we were on our way back home from Oregon. From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Just a normal, family run cafe with cozy vibes. BUT you walk in and they have the most extensive menu you've ever seen! We came in looking for breakfast, thinking we'd be settling for some breakfast sandwich or burrito but they had Vietnamese food! Available at breakfast time! While I love a good eggs Benedict, nothing beats Asian comfort food for me. Service is super friendly and they were very patient as we kept changing our minds as we were conflicted on what we could eat during our limited time here. The spicy shrimp was soooo tasty. I do wish that the eggs were runny or something but that's in a perfect world. The vermicelli bowl was always very tasty and refreshing. Will be back if I'm ever passing through again!

Serves American style sandwiches, salads , bagels , mixed tea & fruit beverages . Variety of Cambodian Nom Pang / Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches. nostalgia moments bring me back to my childhood , their Khmer rice plate with eggs, Chinese sausage and spam. many Asian kids after school snacks . My two youngest mentioned the Chinese sausage were hard, it was a challenge to penetrate with their plastic fork . Cambodian Nom Pang / Vietnamese Bahn mi ( sandwiches) with sour pickled daikon/ carrots , love it add so much flavor when combined with the fried eggs and American style sausage patties and the toasted crunchy bread. My vermicelli chicken bowl needs improvement , the noodles were a tad too al dente not as soft , the chicken were more bland in taste . I appreciate the the abundance of vegetables, the sweet / sour fish sauce dip really compliments the flavor My two eldest were impressed with their hot toasted sandwiches . They mentioned "this is really good ". Needless to say the next day , they asked to stop by again before our drive back home . Sadly the business is closed on Sunday.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe this is the only place in Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca that sells lox bagels. Not only that, but they passed my teenagers taste test This shop has everything - boba tea, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
Love supporting family business. We came across this spot by Yelp. Cute little spot in the corner of a plaza . Lots of parking and it wasn't busy when we came in around lunch time. They have some out door seating which was nice since the weather was super nice. The cashier was friendly and also really helpful as she mentioned my latte had no coffee in it. She mentioned she can add a shot if I liked. We ordered the iced ube Vietnamese coffee too. They had a variety of sandwiches and bahn mi sandwiches. Both sandwiches were really tasty and delicious. The staff were really friendly and personable. I will definitely come here with the family.
This place has been saved on my list of places for quite a while lol since I'm in the area I wanted to come by and get a quick bite, and I'm so glad i did. Me and hubby came in and didn't have trouble finding it. The place is pretty small but really cute decor and a few tables for sitting inside and outside. I was greeted as I walked in there is a handful of sandwiches on the menu and drinks. The food was amazing very flavorful with each bite there was a crunch as well definitely want to come back for another one lol. Everything was a hit.

It's so creamy and the thai tea flavor is so prominent and delicious. I get it so much that the staff remembers my order! This has been my favorite place to get banh mi and sandwiches.
My family and I bought Banh Mi and a few items To-Go. It was out first time visiting and they are surprisingly great! Food tastes fresh. The Banh Mi was exceptional. Price wise it was not expensive. The owners was provided excellent service! The ambience was warm and homey feel. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the Manteca area.

It's a pretty small place and there's not a ton of seating, but the food is worth it. You order up at the counter and service is very friendly. We usually order bahn mi and get chicken teriyaki for our 5 year old. It ends up being plenty of food!
I got a Venus sandwich and iced Vietnamese coffee! Both very delicious and filling. The service was soo friendly and I could tell it was a family business. It's a nice lit place inside but not many seats. I highly recommend it.
Best Banh Mi sandwiches in town. Fresh and flavorful ingredients. Service team is very friendly. I usually order for pickup but the cafe does offer indoor and outdoor seating. The cafe seems to be a neighborhood staple, they know a lot of their customers, making it a very welcoming atmosphere.

Cute little shop , ambience is very chic and feels like home. Service was fast. Busy during lunch hours. Was recommended the jalapeno melt and it was DELICIOUS! 11/10 They give you the option of having macaroni salad, potato salad, or fruit salad on the side. Everything was affordable. This place should be packed everyday , it's a small family run business with small dining area , decorated cute with a great menu on the wall to see before you order. They also love my favorite team so go and check them out . I've lived here since 2018 and this is by far THE BEST place for Vietnamese iced coffee in Manteca . The Food is also amazing and always fresh ! Let's not forget the Customer service is top tier , always friendly even if it's slow or busy . If you haven't tried this place then your missing out on one of THE BEST places in Manteca and there isn't many . Once you try this place you'll be back . I'm gonna miss this place but when I come back through here this is where I will be eating and getting my coffee fix for sure ! Go check them out ! read more

Does Cafe Aroma have the best Banh Mi in Manteca? I would have to say yes. This small family business serves some of the best sandwiches in the area. The service here is also so friendly and welcoming. I can see why this spot is so popular. It gives a cozy and homey feel. They also hang their kid's drawings on the wall which is really adorable also. When it comes to the food, it comes out quick and the quality as well as the quantity is top tier. I ordered the House Combo Banh Mi ($8) and Medium Iced Chai Tea Latte ($4.50). For the Banh Mi, they use really good bread and is crispy on the outside with each bite while being soft and fluffy inside. I loved it and they were super generous with the filling especially the veggies. There was plenty of pickled carrots and radish with cilantro and Jalapeños. The Chai Tea Latte being called Chai tea is funny because it reminds me of Pavitr Prabhakar from Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse being triggered because it's like saying tea tea! Anyways, this was a solid chai latte. It was a little too sweet for my liking, but the staff is friendly and offers to make any adjustments if needed. You mainly come here for the sandwiches which is their specialty and I have to try more of their options especially the breakfast sandwiches which I hear good things about. This will definitely continue to be one of my go-to cafes in the Central Valley. read more

This is as very small coffee shop. They serve sandwiches and bagels too! I ordered a black coffee and it was very strong and delicious, and I was surprised and delighted by the smoothness of the flavor. Although the gentleman who served us was very flat and seemingly uninterested in his role at the coffee shop, the other CUSTOMERS were very, very friendly, which I was pleasantly taken aback by. They greeted us with hello's when we walked up to the door (they were all seated outside) and then they said goodbye when we left. They were a small diverse group who may have all known each other, but either way, the exchange was warm and friendly. They have some art on the walls, which is kinda cool to see...that they support local artists. read more

A home grown cute little place that makes their food and drinks fresh and ready What really got me is the kindess, you can tell the owner and his family really care about their customers and the food they make. Most places now it almost feels like you are burdening the worker by buying their food. I was greeted when i came in, thanked for being a patron, and made sure to be greeted as I got my food and left. The sandwich was good especially if you like your bread a little softer as my husband does. I did not get to try their drinks but I will be back! read more

My wife and I visited Cafe Aroma in July 2024. She had never been before, and I had visited 3-4 times prior to this experience. I understand they are now under new ownership. It's a quaint little place that a little difficult to find if you don't already know where it is. That being said, it's decorated with some art and very cute inside. It was a very hot day and it was noticeably a bit hot inside. Air conditioning would have been nice, but they did have fans on at least. Now on to the food. I ordered Pete's Panini. It comes with Ham, Pete's sauce, jalapeño, onion, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. It was very good and filling. Also came with a choice of side between mac salad, potato salad and a couple others. I let my wife choose and she chose the potato salad. She mentioned it was really good. For her meal, she ordered the tuna salad sandwich. It had fresh tomato slices, lettuce, and dill in the tuna and she mentioned it was very good! All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Cafe Aroma is a wonderful spot in Manteca and you should try it soon. Also, they have some of the best Bahn Mi sandwiches in town! read more

What a great spot! I'm always looking for a good sandwich spot and seems I've found it! They have so many great choices of different types of sandwiches (including banh mi) as well as a great drink menu! I stopped by for lunch and while the place was busy, I was able to walk right up and order without a line. They were very courteous and welcoming. I placed my order and it was delivered to my table within 5 minutes. Here's what I tried this time: Chinese BBQ pork Banh Mi Iced Matcha Latte The bread was perfectly toasted, crispy and soft at the same time. The sandwich had the perfect amount of goodies inside and the flavors were delish! They have seating both indoor and outdoor however many tables were only for 2 people with a few that have 3-4 possible. Parking was easy as they are in a shopping center. This was a great family owned spot that I'll definitely be stopping back by to try more of their specialties! read more

Cute cafe located in the save mart/goodwill shopping center. Great service and family operated. The nice young ladies offered input and suggestions which o really appreciated since it was my first time going there. I went with a pistachio latte with add decaf shot. It was ammmazzzinnnggggg! They have a variety of items on their menu, so I can't wait to come back with my kids to try their sandwiches, banh mi, rice plates, and more drinks! read more
