I was looking for a nice lil beverage on a hot day and I stumbled across this cafe that I didn't know existed in Manteca! They have WAY more than I thought in their menu. I went in for drinks, but I will forsure come back to try something else on the Menu. They have Poke, Sandwiches, Paninis, Smoothies, and more! The person who took our order was SUPER kind and friendly - extremely welcoming place. My partner and I ended up getting two different drinks. Stopped in today to grab a boba in the 105 degree heat while out running errands. The spot is tucked away right before the gas station on the corner so you have to trust Maps and just pull in, park and find their door amongst the others. They have a few tables for dine-in but it's seeming more like a to-go place. Was greeted promptly and with a smile, service was great and the boba hit the spot. I did peep they have breakfast sandwiches and burritos too so for sure have to see what that's about on another visit! Menu was really cute, you can tell they put some effort and thought into trying to make this work. The panini was chock full of fresh chicken and flavor and I was surprised that it was served with a sizeable bowl of delicious, fresh cantaloupe! I was stuffed after even one half of the panini. There's something in the water in Manteca-all the independent coffee shops are providing really tasty fare. With breakfast, brunch and sandwiches, each one is delectably different. Royal T's is probably the smallest and is somewhat hard to find. It's in a tiny strip mall behind the 7/11 gas station off Main St and Northgate Dr. it's worth the find, their ingredients are crisp, clean and well assembled with each flavor coming across clearly in their Milanesa Torta and breakfast sandwich. Their staff allowed for plenty of time to peruse their offer boards and were helpful in recommending their popular dishes. The Mrs isn't a big eater in the AM, so this really fit the bill. Royal T Cafe is located in a very small plaza. Parking is limited, but it was not too busy when I went, so I found parking easily. There were a good amount of people eating here when I came. They were pretty quick making my drink. I was contemplating if I should get the poke, but I am kind of picky since I am from the Bay. I decided to just get a boba on this particular visit. I had the green/jasmine milk tea with boba. The milk tea tasted like watered down milk with a very subtle tea taste, while there was not much sweetness to it either. My daughter, while door dashing, found out about Royal T. Today she order herself a breakfast burrito and picked up a full stack of French toast for myself. She also ordered a hot mocha and an iced mocha. My French toast was ok. I took off the crust because it was burnt, but the middle was delicious. My daughters iced mocha was really good. Very creamy. My hot mocha, tasted like regular coffee. No mocha powder or syrup. Overall, it was good but wish the French toast wasn't burnt and that the hot mocha had some mocha flavoring. I found this place on Doordash. I've been craving poke since moving to Manteca. I was so excited to find a place near by that makes poke bowls. I ordered spicy tuna, shrimp and salmon. Also crab, cucumber, edamame, corn, spicy mayo and muso. It definitely hit the spot. I've only had poke at one place in Antelope which I absolutely loved. This was good but not as good as that one. Have ordered here before for work through grubhub and never had any issues, plus the food was pretty good. Recently, I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and in the description it said it came with avocado and sour cream. I noticed when I picked up my order it was not included and they proceeded to show me my grubhub order on the tablet and said "It's not on there. It's extra". I wasn't gonna argue with someone over some avo and crema. The burrito consisted majority of egg, which looked like they used eggs from a carton. Found this place because I doordashed it previously. I've never heard of it nor did I know where it was. (Note: you know a place is good when you doordash it and it's still hot and well put together). My boyfriend and I were trying to find something to eat and Royal T came to mind. I suggested it because of the weeks prior positive experience. He loved it and I'm ecstatic because Manteca doesn't have very many great spots to eat. We were greeted by a lovely woman at the counter who I assume owns the place because she also prepared our food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it looked JUST like the picture. Uniform chicken, bacon, and avocado. My boyfriend got the chorizo burrito and potatoes. It was piping hot and had a ton of melted cheese in it. For drinks we just had water and a pineapple tea but it didn't disappoint. We'll for sure be coming back. We ordered the following: Entree 1 - breakfast burrito, add avocado and substitute the cheddar cheese to pepper jack. I love how they grilled the edges, it added that extra crunch I was looking for. Entree 2 - Ham croissant, simple and delicious. Not overly buttery and what you'd expect. They come with sides and we opted for the fruit. Mango and pineapple, happened to be my two favorite fruits.
