Updating my review because I go here so often that the friendly folks behind the counter know me and my order. Not to be biased about the excellent service and always on-point drinks I get, I have observed that they are all friendly and welcoming. One time, a guy brought a dessert back up because it was still a bit cold/frozen. The nice young man apologized and fixed it. I'm glad we have a friendly neighborhood boba place that is always consistent. The halo halo is not even close to the Filipino halo halo, similar but sad to say, it's not it. I would believe that anyone that has never had the real dessert would like this though. First time visiting here & I must say it's very good! Everything taste delicious. I tried the chicken wings Parmesan & lemon pepper and they are cooked right & not too much on the salt flavor. The sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside just the early I like it! Yummy! Then to finish it off I had the taro with Bobba and let me tell you the Bobbas are so fresh & delicious! My daughter had cinnamon rolls sticks and also very delicious. This is going to be the place after school hang out to cool off during summer. read more

Passed by the area and was craving some boba. I've been to several T4 locations and menu is basically the same. But what made this location stand out was its variations to the typical T4 menu. They have so many food items!! That's a plus for me because I always like a snack with my boba drinks. Service was quick even with us ordering some food. Saw their sign in front of Costco and had to come by and try them out. We haven't had T4 since we came from the Bay. We ordered a few drinks; Taro Milkshake being one of them. I love how they can substitute milk options compared to other establishments. They are also decently affordable. They have a huge food menu but we didn't try any this time but we look forward to trying as much as possible. The cashier was so nice and kind. Swung by T4 as my wife was craving some milk tea on the commute back to San Jose. The location is conveniently less than 2 mins from the free way. The shop was bright and clean compared to other locations I've been to. Staff was friendly while balancing the load of customers and orders that needed to go out. I got the elegant rose royal tea which was packed with rose flavor that my wife loves. She got the brown sugar boba which was also very good, boba texture was on point. I went spend $30 for drinks when I got home I realized my drink don't have Boba and pearl boba so I called and speak to Jenyn who told me that they didn't charge for boba ok that's fine but I don't want my drink since it didn't boba it is 8:40 I am in Stockton she want me to go back by 9am to get a drink which is gonna happen so I told her not tonight she just keep saying I'm sorry miss. T4 Tea is located in a fairy busy strip mall with plenty of parking. I have been to this location a few times now and have never had an unpleasant experience. In all honesty, I am a huge fan of boba tea's with 20% of sweeteners is usually what I stick too for milk tea or passion fruit. I do also think there plain Jasmine or Oolong tea is refreshing along with some basil popcorn chicken to keep the hunger pains away! If you're looking for a fun refreshing treat for you and the kids, give this spot a try! This place is very amazing with a delectable menu, and versatile staff. The interior is well-decorated and well-presented. I believe they have board games to have fun with, while enjoying your food and/or drinks. So far, I have tried their Thai Milk Tea, Classic Rose Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, and their Crème Brûlée Milk Tea- all delicious; I always top my drinks with sea salt foam topping and makes a great difference in taste for the best. My friends and I frequent here for our lunch dates. The foods are sharing size and drinks never disappoint. I usually get an order of calamari to share and Okinawa milk tea. Their basil popcorn chicken is the best all-around taste+texture in the valley, my friend has done the taste test tour and can confirm. Besides that, the staff is attentive and kind. This location finally opened and is now closer to me than the one in Tracy. This place is bigger, brighter and cleaner. They offer the same food fare they have in their other location (they also own the Tracy one). I like getting their popcorn chicken and pair it usually with wintermelon topped cream with grass jelly. But this time, I got the matcha milk tea with boba and added cream cheese topping on it. They have different cream toppings now so your drink can up the flavor game. It was creamier and the cream cheese flavor goes well with my matcha adding a bit of sweet, bitter and saltiness to my drink. They, for now, give out a lot of food so I am keeping watch on that as the one in their other locations not only made their container smaller but the food and quantity dwindled. This is a family owned business that is owned by the friendliest couple. I know them to be extremely hard working and kind. I waited a few days before coming and was glad I did. The line was to the door but I still got great service within ten minutes! Quick and friendly staff! Make sure to say a warm thank you as they hard at work to meet the demand. Lathrop needed a boba place and it's finally here! BTW the boba was made to perfection, not mushy or hard . I ordered the cookies and cream snow and an almond milk tea. Both 50% sweetness and delicious! Also, ordered the popcorn chicken and it was so HOT . Always a good sign of freshly (made to order) yummy food . I heard there was a new tea place in Lathrop so I wanted to check it out, especially since I'm in town often because my son plays soccer here. I was happy to see that you could adjust sweetness and they have almond or soy milk. Lots of items on the menu as far as drinks and snacks/food. I hear the basil chicken is really good and the food just smelled really good. I didn't have any food yet, as I had just eaten but will definitely check it out next time. The place is clean, staff is fast and friendly. They have the digital stamp card system which is good too. It is easily accessible from the freeway and the frontage road, with ample parking. T4 is now open in Lathrop! We came the evening of opening day and the line was super long. We waited about two hours for our food and drinks. We were tempted to leave the line, but we wanted to support our new local boba spot! We ordered popcorn chicken, matcha fresh milk tea, and oolong tea cream foam-which is now one of my favs! I'm a big fan of the T4 in Tracy so when I heard they were opening one in Lathrop, I had to go and try it out! The wait took a bit longer, but that's completely understandable since I went grand opening weekend. They were doing a buy one, get one 50% off on drinks so people were just lining up. The wait was worth it though! My passionfruit smoothie and popcorn chicken were perfect! My brothers got their usual roasted oolong milk tea and Thai milk tea and they had no complaints. Everything was super delicious. The girls working in the front were very friendly and provided excellent service. They did a great job working with so many customers in this recent extreme heat. I'm glad that Lathrop finally has a boba spot and I highly recommend it to everyone who lives around here. read more

I've been coming here since they've had their soft opening and thought that it's time to give them some love. They always have their boba on point. Along with their variety of foods on the menu which has something for everyone and plenty of drinks to chose from depending on what your feeling for the day, this place is a great place to stop by whether near or far. Service has never been a problem, if you order food then of course you'll have to wait a while, but they have some fun claw machines and games provided to keep you entertained. I have known T4 very well and everytime I come to T4, I always get Jasmine milktea with boba and cheese foam or Taro milktea with boba or Thai Tea with crystal boba. First of all, this place is very nice and clean with simple design. I ordered thai tea with crystal boba and YES, they always make me happy. I also ordered takoyaki fries and popcorn chicken, the food in here tastes very good.
