This wasn't my normal Jamba Juice but we were in the neighborhood today, and it was hot, so we needed some quenching! Was impressed with the friendly and helpful cashier today and how quickly my smoothies were prepared. I used a reward and there were no hiccups, yay! (Often I don't like using rewards since inevitably something goes wrong!). Bonus: I was able to order a large smoothie and have it put into two cups with no issues, and no extra fees! (I've done this at other Jamba Juice locations in the Bay Area and they charge 50 cents extra to do this.) This location is worth checking out the next time you're in town (note: it's near Great Wolf Lodge and Costco and the Manteca Big League Dreams Sports Complex)! read more

It's always great to order ahead and just come pick up. The many times I get in line to order will tell you it's way better to order ahead. My star off definitely goes to the inconsistency of the bowls. Most times it taste more sour. There was one time I noticed how neatly prepared my one time ordering in was and it tasted sweet. I almost want the girl that did my order that day to be the one to always make it. That definitely shouldn't be the case. They are fast and friendly staffed here and I like that they take your phone number to enter in for the rewards. Great service, friendly staff, clean store, clean restroom, clean parking lot and right next to the freeway. Location is fantastic and plenty of parking. I ordered a seasonal drink strawberry breeze which was delicious. I also have the app downloaded so every time I order I get points. I was able to get double points for this order and sometimes you get $3 off. Make sure to download the app to get benefits. Love grabbing a refreshing drink! Especially in the hot Central Valley days The service is great, simple order up at the register. And they are pretty quick, 5-10 min wait for smoothie. If you come a few times a year, I recommend getting the app to get some Jamba rewards. I usually order my drink thick and helps when it's super hot it won't melt as fast. My husband and I love Jamba Juice and whenever we are in Manteca, if we have time, we stop by the one located on Daniels because we really like the friendly atmosphere, the cleanliness of the store, the drinks made to perfection, and the excellent service we receive from the employees!! We get greeted and thanked for coming in every time we enter the building, which is a nice touch. It is nice that they make you feel like a valued customer. All of the employees are great at that location, but to name two that stand out in particular by name, I have had the best experience and service by the manager, Jessica, who has helped me with issues with gift cards or fundraising cards, even when I received no help from the corporate customer service, thank you!! That is why I have become a loyal customer to that location. We have also received great service from Gabriel. He is very friendly and makes a good drink!! Ordered piÑa colada as the Starbucks nearby was closed for renovations. It was okay so fruity.

It's not what it used to be. I live nearby and I would stop in regularly, usually the staff are quite nice and welcoming. With the introduction of their new ordering system, things have changed. It makes many previously simple orders basically impossible. For example, an order with certain food allergies that require substitutions would have easily been taken care of by a human cashier. Instead or being greeted and helped immediately by a person I am now faced with a computer- and this is something I've experienced across Jamba locations, not just this one. They also made multiple mistakes on my last order - missing the substitutions I had to pay extra for (thanks to the computer), so they ended up having to remake it (because I have allergies). I don't know if it's because of lower staffing, new systems, or just a lack of customer service but the quality and experience has diminished significantly. It's not worth the new prices either- at these ridiculous prices I'm better off making a smoothie at home where I know the food is safe. It's sad, because Jamba was a favorite of mine for years as a place I knew I could eat and get great service. read more

Customer service is pretty bad. Used to be my favorite spot in 2017 but I've seen a huge downfall since then, used to be very welcoming and clean. Different staff now and they all seem to have an attitude when approached/ orderingand the location itself looks dirty and not maintained. Shoutout to the girl with the glasses with black hair (sorry I didn't get her name) who was working today (7/12). I accidentally made an online order to the wrong location and she solved the problem quickly, tried to cancel my order at the other store for me, and then when that didn't work she just got me out the door with the drinks I needed without worrying about refunding and charging me again. I live in Tracy CA, however, I enjoy the employees, drinks, and the service I receive at the Jamba Juice located on Daniels St. in Manteca. Whenever I am in Manteca, I stop there. The employees are extremely friendly, professional, and make every effort to make your experience great and your products are to your liking. The minute you enter the store, you are greeted and made to feel like a valued customer. The business is always clean and inviting. I have had the pleasure to be assisted with my beverages by Jessica, Lydia and Lauren and my drinks have always been perfect, (special orders don't upset them). Just visited the Jumba juice location in Manteca near Costco. I want to support businesses during this time our nation is struggling with the corona virus pandemic but there is NO WAY I will order any food or drinks when the establishment does not require their employees to wear PPE (face masks) the store is small and doors were kept shut even though it was hot inside the store. Not one employee was wearing a face mask .. well no Thankyou. I did not stay quarantined for weeks to have a minimum wage teen worker possibly cough or sneeze on my food without a mask on while they prepare it. Too bad Jumba Juice needs to get their corporate rules up to date because I will not be continuing my business here unless they change.
