I visited Juice It Up! in Stockton, CA [1117 W March Ln] on Saturday, 05/23/26, around 5 PM. I came back here because due to a recent experience with the execution of the smoothie not meeting expectations as anticipated. I was invited back for a complimentary smoothie. I ordered the same beverage just like the last time: the Large Strawberry Wave smoothie prepared thick in consistency. The staff member who assisted me at the front was super kind and also blended the drink to perfection. Every sip was super enjoyable! Thank you to the management team for making it right. Service at the counter was nice, but the place itself was a little dirty. Counters weren't wiped down, the table I sat at was sticky. Looked like it could definitely use a clean. Very clean place with good customer service. The Ever Green drink was good, but I noticed a slight freezer burn taste from the fruit, which took away from the freshness a bit. The berry toast was good. The strawberries were tart, and overall the flavor wasn't overly sweet. Otherwise, it was a good experience. read more

So, I go in there today and I ordered a large smoothie bowl. There was 1 lady working by herself at the front counter, and only 1 other customer was inside. when I arrived. I would say another person didn't walk in the store for about 10 minutes. Shortly after that, 3 or 4 more people walked in making it a bit busy but I didn't mind waiting. However, 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes turned into 30 and then before I knew it i was waiting there for my smoothie bowl for 40 minutes. Now I understand that places like this can get a bit busy and you can have an unexpected rush as I work at a restaurant myself, but the fact that I was seeing other people's orders being handed out before mine is ridiculous considering the amount of time I was waiting for. Below I have attached a picture of exactly what my smoothie bowl looked like when the woman gave it to me. It was watered down and looked absolutely disgusting. I also had ordered Nutella drizzle on the top of the bowl but as you can see it's nowhere to be found except for that little squirt on the side. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone stick to jamba juice y'all. Customer service is 0/10. read more

Today I decided to give them another try and let them know I would like it more blended because it's been to thick in the past. She let me know they don't blend their acai bowls. From what I know acai bowls are blended but I guess I will be sticking to the Lodi location where they do blend their acai bowls! read more

I love juice it up but this location is terrible. I have always gone to the one in Lodi so I was excited to see a location open in Stockton. Multiple times I've ordered smoothies and their juices have been out but they made the smoothies anyways and didn't bother replacing the empty juice distributor. The smoothies had no flavor, It was basically water blended with fruit and yogurt, it was terrible. This has happened more than once and I will not be returning to this location. read more

We first wanted to pay with $100 bill we were told we could not pay with $100 employee then stated there was a sign on it saying that they don't accept anything larger than a $20 bill which is a lie there is no sign, we ordered two juice drinks.
