I visited Juice It Up! in Stockton, CA [1117 W March Ln] on Saturday, 05/23/26, around 5 PM. I came back here because due to a recent experience with the execution of the smoothie not meeting expectations as anticipated. I was invited back for a complimentary smoothie. I ordered the same beverage just like the last time: the Large Strawberry Wave smoothie prepared thick in consistency. The staff member who assisted me at the front was super kind and also blended the drink to perfection. Every sip was super enjoyable! Thank you to the management team for making it right. I will continue to return for more delicious smoothies, especially during the hot summer months. read more

I came here with my son and there was a girl who has an EarPod in one ear. There was no customer, and when we walked in she didn't greet us or welcome us. It's actually our first time in here and went walked up to the register where she met us STILL without a word . No hi no nothing, once she was ready she looked up at us and I just simply said "Oh you're ready? I didn't know, you didn't even say hi." She just said oh. Then we ordered and once we paid, no effort to redeem customers interaction or service. Did it say thank you or anything. Just silent and went on. Idk what it is, but just the bare minimum of customer service simply as greeting your customers isn't a thing anymore. She need some serious training if she thinks that's ok . read more

I enjoyed my drink. Nice to see JIU has made it to Stockton. Cute inside with lots of places to sit. Big menu. Hopefully they'll offer deals one day like the one in Lodi. read more

So recently went here by chance, and they have a good assortment of shakes, smoothies and bowls. Prices were very reasonable, I got two medium Strawberry Waves for less than $14. Service at the counter was nice, but the place itself was a little dirty. Counters weren't wiped down, the table I sat at was sticky. Looked like it could definitely use a clean. Happy with my drink, but just wish the cleanliness was better. read more

Very clean place with good customer service. The Ever Green drink was good, but I noticed a slight freezer burn taste from the fruit, which took away from the freshness a bit. The berry toast was good. The strawberries were tart, and overall the flavor wasn't overly sweet. Otherwise, it was a good experience. read more

Came here for a quick drink when I had a pretty sensitive stomach and wanted a healthy drink. This was a great treat for me. Service was helpful in assisting me in picking the right juice. I said I wanted something just a bit sweet. ( This is sweet for a detox drink but not sweet by regular sweet standards by any means) Was clean inside and also pretty empty when I went! read more

Clean modern ambiance, enough room to enjoy your açaí bowl inside (and they keep it warm enough on a cold day... unlike many places that barely heat the restaurant). The service was excellent - warm and friendly and he offered me a sample of the Evergreen. And then I had to add an Evergreen to my bowl order because it is AMAZING! So delicious and complex and it somehow goes the flavors of the kale and spinach in there! Açaí bowls include a nice selection, fresh fruit toppings and gluten-free granola. A step up from Jamba Juice, and still affordable - great value! read more

So, I go in there today and I ordered a large smoothie bowl. There was 1 lady working by herself at the front counter, and only 1 other customer was inside. when I arrived. I would say another person didn't walk in the store for about 10 minutes. Shortly after that, 3 or 4 more people walked in making it a bit busy but I didn't mind waiting. However, 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes turned into 30 and then before I knew it i was waiting there for my smoothie bowl for 40 minutes. Now I understand that places like this can get a bit busy and you can have an unexpected rush as I work at a restaurant myself, but the fact that I was seeing other people's orders being handed out before mine is ridiculous considering the amount of time I was waiting for. Below I have attached a picture of exactly what my smoothie bowl looked like when the woman gave it to me. It was watered down and looked absolutely disgusting. I also had ordered Nutella drizzle on the top of the bowl but as you can see it's nowhere to be found except for that little squirt on the side. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone stick to jamba juice y'all. Customer service is 0/10. read more

This isn't necessarily a bad review but I've came to this juice it up twice and ordered the acai bowl and both times I was disappointed because it was too thick. Today I decided to give them another try and let them know I would like it more blended because it's been to thick in the past. She let me know they don't blend their acai bowls. From what I know acai bowls are blended but I guess I will be sticking to the Lodi location where they do blend their acai bowls! read more

Fresh healthy smoothies with no added sugars and they have healthy food options. Love this place

I love juice it up but this location is terrible. I have always gone to the one in Lodi so I was excited to see a location open in Stockton. Multiple times I've ordered smoothies and their juices have been out but they made the smoothies anyways and didn't bother replacing the empty juice distributor. The smoothies had no flavor, It was basically water blended with fruit and yogurt, it was terrible. This has happened more than once and I will not be returning to this location. read more

This juice business was horrible. We first wanted to pay with $100 bill we were told we could not pay with $100 employee then stated there was a sign on it saying that they don't accept anything larger than a $20 bill which is a lie there is no sign, we ordered two juice drinks. It took them literally 30 minutes to complete our order. read more
