Açaí Dream bowl was . Super fresh with a good balance of sweet and tart. The fruit tasted fresh (bananas, strawberries, blueberries all hit), and the granola gave it that nice crunch. I added peanut butter drizzle on top and that took it to the next level lol made it extra rich and satisfying without being too heavy. Perfect quick treat, especially on a warm day. Superrrr filling too! read more

This place is so delicious! I went in there not knowing what I wanted and I asked them what they recommend and the girl and the counter was so very sweet and she gave me such a good recommendation of strawberry blueberry with half Greek yogurt and half coconut base with honey on top and their waffle was so delicious inside of that. It did not disappoint! Her service was absolutely wonderful definitely had a great experience! There's cute designs around the place and a little tables outside day sit and eat your yummy healthy treats! read more

I went to this location around easter. I was kind of shocked that they were open being that so many businesses are closed on this date. But thankfully they were open and I was able to get my smoothie at 50% off. When you join the Rewards Club you get a 50% off any size drink. I must say, they have become quite expensive, the lowest price smoothie you can get is $9. My opinion that's a bit high when I can go buy all the items I need to make numerous smoothies for $9. Nonetheless that's why I'm pushing joining the rewards club. Anyway smoothie was very tasty and staff was very nice. He held conversation with me. I was also pleasantly surprised that now I haven't been inside a Jamba Juice in a while. So I was surprised to see that they sold food items now and extended amounts of drinks outside of smoothies so. That was cool to see. I should check my rewards and return soon. read more

Worst jamba juice dont go here. Slowest staff took so long to get my drink no workers! Just horrible

The owner needs to hire more staff! 20 minutes waiting for 1 smoothie is unacceptable! The 2 girls were working very hard but they had a large order and you have 6 other customers waiting a long time! Get it together owner! read more

Unfortunately this establishment isn't very professional. They don't wear gloves when handling your fruit only when you order a bowl they will put gloves on. Overall I did not enjoy my visit to this Jamba Juice hoping for better results next time I go and that's even if I go back there... read more

Horrible service. Mobile ordered for pick up 2 waffle bowls and added some things to the bowls. Got to work and the bowls had no waffle in it and missing items. Gave them a call and they said I can come and pick up the waffle pieces!! What a joke. Sent my friend back to the store to have them remake the order and they were saying rude comments like" this is going to be a long shift". And when she got to the store they hadn't even started the remake. This is ridiculous and horrible service. read more

I've had juice here a few times and it's always tasty. The store is kind of strange but I think because of covid. It's wide open when u walk in. No tables or anything in middle. It's always somewhat busy. So I'd say don't expect to rush through here. But if you are in the area and want a juice it's a safe choice, read more

If you are the type to spend $10 or more on a smoothie, you might be the type to frequent Jamba Juice. This location provides the same menu as all the others. However, this is the filthiest Jamba Juice I've ever seen. Even considering the location in a really dirty shopping center located right off the exit from I-5, this store is not being cleaned often enough. It's not just the doors and counters that are filthy, the floors look like people have been tracking in mud all day. Even if that's the case, this JJ needs to do some serious cleaning. Yuck! read more

this location is definitely hit or miss when it comes to the service that you receive here . the last two times i frequented this place has been hit or miss . which is a little disappointing -- the time i came in previously before wednesday , the girl made the drinks really good ! had a good consistency & texture of a smoothie . not too runny & not to thick when it came to the drinks . this time around -- when i came in on wednesday , the girl who made the drinks was very underwhelming to say the least . i ordered 3 drinks & they were all super runny & the consistency was thin . tasted more of juice than an actual smoothie . i'm going to have to check out other locations in the area . because this last time i was in i was just not satisfied with the product . as always the establishment is clean so that's a plus . read more

This is for the lady that kicked us out because my toddler wasn't wearing a mask. She's only 2. Be informed before giving customers attitude. California mandate is for children to wear a mask for any child above the age of 2. My daughter wouldn't let us put a mask on her even if I forced her. I'm not going to go into on Yelp, but know masks for infants and toddlers do more harm than good. Let us pick up our damn smoothie and be out of there in less than 2 minutes. You expect for me to just leave my baby in the car in 100 degree weather while I grab her smoothie? Trippin. read more

Writing this review to remind myself not to go to this location. The food just sucks here. Today I ordered a PB+Banana protein and they forgot the peanut butter (or just put in so little that there was almost no flavor. Would not recommend. read more

The service this time was horrible. I don't understand why they don't take $100 bills when your total is over $50. Also if they don't take cash why not allow Apple Pay like they use 2? The food and drinks were made correct and tasted good. But the lady also messed up the order. I am also not a fan of the new loyalty program. It was so easy before with my phone number but they changed that too. Stockton has other choices and if this place doesn't step up a little more - people will be gone. I know I am not coming back for a minute and would rather frequent another place read more

They are great at the service they provide, also their drinks are pretty amazing. The only suggestions I would make is: 1: Customer service needs a little more work. 2: Pay more attention to detail to the orders. Unprofessional staff in its entirety. The girls on Sunday afternoon on Easter were cussing, saying fuck every other word, rude to guests and just genuinely did not give a shit that they were at work. Rude and expressionless. 0/10 would not frequent this establishment again. Super surprising for Brookside to hire such trash. Don't like your job? Go get a different one. Try that, instead of being miserable ghetto trash. read more

I have visited this establishment fairly recently. In terms of service, my server was quick to take and serve my order. I got a large Mango-a-go-go and their Belgian waffle. In terms of my smoothie, it was nice and refreshing. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my waffle. In all my years getting Jamba at other locations, I have never been given a warm waffle, making my experience more enjoyable. Overall, this location has given me the best service. read more

Hmmm...here is my first experience at this jamba. I come in and I ordered six jamba juices and I advised the cashier that I also have a bogo card that I'd like to use. She said okay and took my order. I then sit down and review the receipt and only see one of the drinks removed. I followed up with the cashier and she said, "oh, you wanted a bogo on more than one?" Hmmm...um yeah, I ordered six... So cashier #2 comes over and tells cashier #1 in front of me, "okay, we just will do the order separately." Then, cashier #1 tells me, "yeah I couldn't do it because you have to do it separately, so do you want to do that?" Okay, first, I literally heard cashier #2, she is standing directly in front me. So, why would you repeat the information you JUST learned as if cashier #1 is invisible?? Second, um, yes, let's move to the more proactive approach and complete the transaction...that I thought I made clear... Cashier #2, she did great. She completely understood what I was saying and was on it. Cashier #1, um not so much. She was so confused, she was confusing me... read more

Not a regular customer but the couple times I've been the drinks were delish!! Nice clean store with a couple of bar stools around and outside seating available. Was greeted upon entry. There's was a mini line but service was fast and friendly. I ordered the peanut butter moo on one of my visits and it is just divine!!! So rich, thick and creamy! This location in Stockton is not as busy and crowded as the one on Pacific & Ben Holt in the Lincoln Center. And it's right by the I-5, next to In N Out and Krispy Kreme. This plaza is like my comfort food go-to place. However, the downside is that the servers here are not as friendly. Also, this store is apparently a guinea pig in Jamba's new experiment "let's not give customers any free boosts anymore". Jamba Juice has a secret menu, so if you've tried everything that you can see in the store, make sure to ask about it! read more

I had a terrible experience with the shift lead. I ordered a chunky strawberry açaí bowl, but the cashier misunderstood me, which isn't a problem due to face masks and acrylic shields. When I asked the shift lead for a replacement bowl, she claimed that's what I ordered and that she heard me order a primo açaí bowl. She tired to argue with me, but eventually she replaced it. As I received my chunky strawberry bowl, Joseph (I believe) apologized for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. As me and my buddy were walking out, the shift lead tells Joseph that there's no need to apologize. Unbelievable. Shift leads should be setting the example of great customer service. Great service from the cashier and Joseph! Nothing great to say about the shift lead . read more

They don't have or don't know how to use Apple Pay. Annoying, clean it up Jamba Juice you're a big chain.

Nothing to complain about here You get what you order and the service is good. . . .

Came in during my school break for a large "Great Greens" juice with ginger. Michelle was in the back when I walked in and greeted me right away even though I couldn't see her lol. She took my order and didn't rush me. She asked if I wanted it over ice which never even crossed my mind so that was appreciated, and then she asked if I wanted to add an oatmeal for $.99 so of course I said yes. I left this location satisfied with my experience and satisfied with my order, thank you Michelle! read more
