Went in today and got a mango tea, the tea was sweet at 80% sweetness but I love the fact that we can adjust it. Next time I will get 70%, it took a little bit because they were busy but it was worth it. I loved my drink so much I got one for later. Let me tell you that when I asked for the ice on the side I expected eyes rolled and attitude but it was quite the opposite. The sweet girl even suggested to get the boba on the side so it didn't harden in the refrigerator and let me tell you that I was able to actually enjoy it when I got to it because it tasted fresh and the boba was perfect. I'm very impressed with the customer service, I was not able to tip at the moment but the least I can do is leave a review and show my appreciation. Don't even get me started. This is the best place ever, such a fun place to chill and have fun while drinking a delicious drink. The staff gave me my drink and I don't know how they made it but I could never. I got the chocolate smoothie and it's the best. I also got the taro with boba in it. Came here during the weekend. It wasnt busy. Facility was clean, incurring the bathrooms. Was able to order right away from the kiosk. I like that they have the option to customize the drinks, sweetness and ice level. Drinks came out quick. Staff was polite. Not sure why there are low reviews. This place was nice. Loving this spot! Second time here!! Immediately upon entering I was greeted not once but twice by the employees! A warm welcome really does go a long ways. You can either order with an employee, or skip the wait and order on the kiosk provided. We ordered via kiosk and it was pretty quick. I ordered the Mango Strawberry Smoothie with Strawberry Popping Boba and my friend ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea with pearl boba! Honestly it was a 10/10 for the both os us. The Strawberry Smoothie was soooo refreshing and the popping boba was a nice addition. Okay can we talk about the snacks?! We wanted something small before heading to our church service and the Takoyaki Curly Fries were absolutely perfect!!! The pictures don't do it justice. I love a good curly fry but the sauces really made it top tier. It was fun eating them with the sticks provided too. Thinking about the fries now if we are being honest. Yummy!! Fairly clean. The tables did need some love as there was some small hair pieces and crumbs on the table we initially sat at. Wiped it down, and continued to live. What can you do really. Thank you T4! It's been a while since I had boba tea and decided to swing by after having dinner next door at the new dumpling restaurant. It's been several years since I've visited T4 and since then, they have changed some things to like interior decor & their menu. I was grateful that they still had the green tea with mango ice cream and it was still as good as I last remembered. The only thing that was not my favorite was the boba. It wasn't warm and soft but more hard and chewy, not fresh like other places I've been. They do have plenty of seating for people to come and hangout which is nice. They have a quick self order thing along with the cashier to help you with your order which was nice and I'm sure very helpful for busy days. Service was ok. Nothing that stood out. Everything! We did a DoorDash every item w disgusting dry & cheap! The wonton were dry from the grave! The lobster rolled were were bumpy & texture weird! W in the world is goin on? Not edible yucky! So like.. I do a mobile order, go to gas station, then go to pick up. I'm told 15 mins so I think no problem, perfect timing right? Nope. I get there 12 mins later. There is one couple sitting in this empty ass lobby. They tell me my order "just printed" and it's going to be 15-20 mins. I don't understand how I was able to go and get gas, then drive over to the T4, find parking, park, then walk into the store, all before their system printed. Even if that were true, why am I still then told to wait, when there is nobody on the store? If I had walked up and prdered they would have made it, but because I ordered online, now 20 mins past, I have to wait in the online order line? So here I am 30 mins after ordering my order, writing this rediculous reciew, still waiting for a 15min order. Still gave 3 stars cuz drinks are fire, but like freal? Wtf are we doing here.. Awful. I got taro milk tea and it was absolutely bland. Either that, or they messed up my order. I asked for 80% sweet but it tasted like nothing. I mentioned it to them and they said they would make it 100% sweet but they didn't get that I was saying they must've not put anything in it at all because it tasted like absolutely nothing. I visit often. While drinks were mostly consistent, I recently got milk teas that tasted like water or milk. I usually order the regular milk tea, which is highly consistent, so I was surprised to get a watered down drink. My friends and I got popcorn chicken the other day, and sadly the serving size has gotten smaller. Usually we'd be full with a few bites, but this time the chicken was gone before we got our fill. Weill, my Boba tea mango fantastic was probably a really good Boba drink and I really appreciated my drink. Service was probably not the most ideal while the board said that the drink was 575. They were charging me 650 for the drink I was questioning why the board was different than what they were charging me. She couldn't really tell me so then I asked them to rectify The charge in which he did not, but she said she would add extra Boba into the drink, charging me the $.75 difference, which I really didn't need but I was kind of in a hurry and just let it be. I did give her an extra dollar a tip because well he gotta be nice but Management should really look into the pricing and making sure that the price on their sales machine is the correct price according to the board that is up on top. read more

Order one drink for myself. Order through the kiosk. Took them 40mins. As customers keep coming in, they keep telling customers is about 30-40 mins. That they are behind on orders and short staff. There was two working the front counter and like 3 in the back. They are always short staff knowing is in a busy location and college area. There this one guy that was passing out drinks. This is probably one of the nicer looking T4 locations. My group went around 9pm in the night. The one thing I have to knock on is that they ran out of boba. And almost everyone in my group wanted boba. I just think it's a bummer when a boba shop runs out of its main topping. Thankfully other choices were available, but still. Another thing is they didn't do a great job of wiping the drinks after sealing. When holding my drink, I could feel milk tea on my hands, which is not preferable. This is the only T4 location in Stockton unfortunately. Love this place and love the remodel. I love that every time I order from here, the taste is consistent and so good. Such a cute little boba place. I got the matcha latte while my cousin got the peppermint milk tea! We both enjoyed our drinks while playing one of the games the place has! This T4 is located in the College Square plaza. This was one of the first out of the many boba shops that are in the area now. This spot used to be better, but the quality of the drinks has gone down by a lot, as well as the vibe. They never look open nowadays because their lights are always off in the day for some reason, but they are open and I could only tell by the people sitting inside. The interior is a bit more modern now. I got my usual here, which is the Green Tea Topped with Cream (and of course boba). The drink tasted a bit off - it was not even cold with regular ice, which killed the taste of the drink. It also was not as creamy or refreshing as usual. read more

First off, hats off to the baristas who make the drinks--they're fantastic. I usually get the brown sugar with milk and a bit of boba, and it always delivers. However, my main criticism of this place is the staff. The girl at the counter had an attitude with almost every single customer in front of us in line. While we weren't directly affected, it's still rude behavior, and you should be kinder to the people who come to support you. We usually don't get snacks from here, but we decided to try a midday mini meal. Unfortunately, the seafood balls were just mediocre and tasted like they were pulled out of a bag and reheated, with no flavor or texture at all. Definitely one of my T4 locations I've gone too. Store is pretty clean overall and staff are always nice. Sometimes it can be pretty slow when it gets busy which is pretty often since it is also right next to Ssong's hotdogs and lots of customers ordering from there come in to this T4 while waiting. The quality of the drinks have always been good in my experience. I love their matcha milk tea and also their almond milk tea. So good. I also always have to get the curly fries even if my order takes longer because of them. They're very crispy and the seasoning on the curly fries are perfect and pair amazingly with the sweetness of the boba. read more

I come solely for their Okinawa Milk tea! Iced in the summer and hot in the winter - both with boba! I've tried other places, but T4 remains my go-to place to get an Okinawa milk tea. 100% sweetness is not too sweet for me and sometimes I order it with no ice if I want to save it for the next morning. I believe this T4 is one of the original locations with the Alhambra location opening up after a good amount of success in Stockton. After spending the night in Sacramento and getting some food for the road home, we were in search of a decent boba joint - drinks for the ride home is a must! Seeing that T4 has a good amount of other locations, we figured this location couldn't be too bad. And I know several friends from UoP and nearby universities mention T4 and their popcorn chicken, so I had high hopes. T4 is located in a fairly big plaza, so ton of parking; however, plaza can get busy due to Planet Fitness sharing parking spots. Location is pretty nice and clean - they had lots of decorations up, making the place feel energetic and welcoming. A good amount of tables if you want to sit and study as well. Lots of drinks - classics, specialties, milk teas, snacks etc. You can adjust ice and sweetness level as well. Ordered a large regular boba milk tea ($3.50 plus the upgrade to a large). Drink was pretty good! Better than what you'd get at a Quickly's, but tea quality is not as good as places that specialize in teas. I would say you get a good medium of the two - drink was on the sweeter side, could taste more milk than tea but all in all a very pleasant tasting drink. Boba was cooked well and super chewy. Also ordered a honey green tea with boba ($3.25 plus $0.50 for boba). I wouldn't say this tea is the best tea, but I appreciated the flavor. Taste probably rivals the green tea you get at Boiling Point when you get a free lunch drink. Quality is not the best, but I liked that it wasn't too sweet after I adjusted to 50% sweetness. This is the type of tea you can drink and not worry about having insomnia. Boba was a nice addition to the drink as well. tl;dr - Workers were friendly and helpful. Drinks came out fairly quickly. Many tables/chairs were already put up either due to social distancing or staff getting ready for closing. The remaining tables were dirty and the floors were sticky. It's located in college square shopping center so it gets busy during certain times of the day such as lunch, after school and also in in the evenings. Also, parking can be a challenge when it gets busy. The staff is friendly for the most part. Expect a bit of a wait with the food. I've experienced it a few times when ordering the basil popcorn chicken which is really good. I always order the black potted milk tea (oolong milk tea with crushed Oreo on top). I've also had the French pudding milk tea and winter melon which are all good but I find myself going back to the black potted milk. They have recreational board games and free wi-fi. it's a cool spot to hang out with friends and even bring your kids here. read more
