Not only were the smoothies here perfect smoothie consistency (not too liquid-y and not too frozen), the taste was exquisite and the price was within the range it should be for a smoothie ($7.85 for a large Classic Smoothie!). It comes with Apple/Strawberry Juice Blend, Strawberry, Non-Fat Yogurt, and Banana. I request the smoothie to be prepared thick every time. It is always blended to perfection and the fruity flavor is refreshingly tasty. The customer service is consistently friendly. The inside of the shop is clean. It has been almost a decade since I last reviewed this location and in that review I stated I would not be returning. Therefore, it has been almost a decade since I have patronized this location. However, I was in the area with a friend who wanted to try their new lavender drink, so I agreed to stop in. I think 10 years is long enough. We ordered the Lavender drink and a green drink and headed out. The person who ordered the lavender took one sip and said it was overwhelming and almost tased like soap. They did not want it. My drink on the other hand was much more sour than I had hoped. We ended up swapping and to me the lavender was very bold but I enjoyed it. They stated that they found the sourness of my original choice tasty as well, so it all worked out just fine. The service was fast, but the price to value ratio is no longer as good as it once was. I frequently get a green juice at Panera just a few doors down from this location, which is larger and much tastier for the price but I would now be willing to stop in here for seasonal or unique offerings. I also see that the comment posted below my original review by "Customer Service" has been removed at some point and that was a good move on their part. The comment was unhelpful and unnecessary and further ensured no desire to return on my part. Hopefully, this is all a sign of better management and an increased desire to listen to customers and I am open to trying more of their offerings. All in all it was time for an update. read more

The customer service is very lacking here these young ladies need to have a refresh on how to talk to customers as they are very rude and unprofessional. A simple question about what milk options there are, was answered with a weird response as to why it is illegal to have other milk options in store. The ladies working here seemed to have no joy in what they are doing which made it an uncomfortable experience, and unpleasant to ask questions about the food/drink items. They don't use real ingredients anymore. I walked in and got ignored several minutes. One employee walked to the back. The other kept doing some task putting something together while whistling (that's annoying AF) didn't even acknowledge me. I was exhausted and having a rough day. I didn't feel like going yet another place while I had a 30 min drive home. Finally a girl came back up and asked me what I wanted. She wasn't very friendly nor had much rapport . I asked for almond milk instead of soy after she struggled to tell me what's in it. Then I received what I realized while driving was a watery bland mess. It was awful. I currently go to Juice It Up! in Lodi every day at least twice a day I get the same smoothie every visit and I will probably continue to go as long as they are open they have amazing customer service, and the quality of their smoothies and the food that goes into them are flawless can't say anything about the decor because it's pretty basic there is no available seating inside, but there are two small tables with two chairs, each in front of the business but other than that I look forward to this smoothie every single day to start my day. The owner is there at least five days a week every morning opening up the business which is exactly how I think, a business should be run. If you want things to be done right you always have to be involved and that's exactly how the owner treats this business. As far as the price point goes, it's in line with every other similar business and honestly, I feel like they could probably charge more, and I would not even care because the quality and the customer service are perfect if you're looking for a healthy alternative and a great way to start your day this is the business to do that at. read more

Please update your business hours if you're not going to stay open until closing time (8pm). A couple of weeks ago I went in around 7pm to get a smoothie and a couple of raw juices, just for them to tell me that they stop making raw juices around 6:30pm due to clean up.
