Employee was very nice but my açaí bowl was soupy and barely even the consistency of what an açaí bowl is supposed to be . I thought maybe it was just the top but it only got slightly thinking at the bottom. I took it to go so I can't even get a refund. Disappointing for an $11 bowl read more

I love love this place! I can't say enough good things about this place.. For years I was bummed out that there was no Jamba Jucie, but like one of the previous Yelpers said this place is way better and better for you too! My favorites.. Try the ultimate acai smoothie w/ fresh squeezed apples or regular way is good too! I also recommend the ultimate Acai bowl (original and Mayan, my favs). I have also ordered cases of the Sambazon energy drinks from Kim (owner), at the same price she gets it for... Delicious, no crash, no artificial flavoring, and helpful throughout the day... With the colder weather I have tried and love the merry int mocha add an energy shot and they have coffee shops beat! The staff, Kim, and Cara are awesome And they really try to get to know their customers and their community! They have a mobile truck that they have attended events with... Woohoo.. They are awesome.. It's too bad the one in Stockton closed" :( read more

Their juices and smoothies are great....but hot damn their customer service is severely lacking!! It's not even just one person it's all of them for the most part. It makes the ordering and waiting process really uncomfortable, there's no feeling of "welcome to our business we want you to spend your money here!" It also seems a bit pricier than Jamba Juice but I don't frequent JJ that much so I could be wrong on that end. Alas, it seems like it's the only juice bar in Lodi so I'll have to deal with it until I get my own juicer at home. read more

There a bit racist be careful when you come here . Very rude workers working the cash register

Horrible customer service. I am in the food industry as well so I'm always respectful. I am a paying customer and don't fucking expect such attitude just because I just place an order. You usually expect old ladies to be more respectful read more

The young woman in the front never wore her mask properly and would often bring it down to talk. Even walked to the back with it half on

I love juice it up, I really do prefer it over Jamba Juice they have much more variety and friendly faces! Free boosts too! I use their smoothies as meal supplements every once in awhile when food shockingly doesn't sound good. The owner is great and has done a swell job training her staff. Like any business there is always the few bad apples, that lack good customer service, and take their sweet time making drinks or else this review would be a solid five stars. Practice makes perfect though. Clean location, consistently delicious smoothies, good staff I always come back! read more

Juice It Up! - Yummmm raspberry craze, delicious I just hate seeds -_- - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lodi, California

Ordered the acai bowl and it was pretty filling. It was alright but I don't think I would go back. The employees were just eh haha. I didn't feel the friendly vibe but it's okay. While I was waiting, I got to listen to the employee's stories about a guy having another girl on his Snapchat Lolol it was entertaining tho! read more

Juice It Up! - Acai bowl! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lodi, California

awful customer service...the cashier that "helped" me was so rude for no reason. From the moment we walked in she had an attitude. I tried to use a stamp card that was "too old"...and she wouldn't even try to check my "gift card" claiming she thought it was a rewards card and if we wanted to see if it was a gift card we needed to call. The cashier had pink hair strips and said she was a shift lead. She talked with unnecessary attitude. When I asked for clarification, little was given and no attempt to try to help me. I asked for her name and wouldn't tell me it. This shift lead is setting a horrible example for the two employees that were watching next to her. Maybe don't teach new employees to speak rudely to customers... read more

Highly recommended!! - I've been going to this location since I was in high school and always had a great experience! Friendly and helpful employees; owner is there helping and serving with a smile. I recently had a Protein Açaí bowl with the works and it was the best I've had! 5 stars hands down! read more

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?! One star for Haley , I was super disappointed when I visited this location after not being here for about 5 years. I tried ordering an old item (papaya passion) with mango juice instead of the papaya juice and she was repeatedly telling me you guys never had that on the menu as well as your old menu and I was trying to explain to her that it hadn't been on the menu for awhile but she insisted on being right. Idk how this business is ran or if it's even ran by the same Husband and wife but I have worked my fair share of food places and have always been taught that no matter what the customers are right. Now regardless if you guys ever had that smoothie or not it was the point that she was not trying to hear me out at all. Which is super unacceptable! I will take my business across the street to Jamba Juice. Side Note: Haley needs some customer service training, little miss was walking around like she owned the place... you just can't give that kind of responsibility to a girl who isn't even 20 yet. read more

owner is grouchie never Smiles takes sooo long to get a juice juiced. I seen them take grapes out of the bag and we're not washed. Never an upbeat friendly environment. I wish there was another juice bar in town . read more

Best place in town for fresh juice! Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely live the fresh greens and wheatgrass!

Juice is good. The servers can be a bit rude!! They make me feel like I am bothering them by asking for a juice.

I was super excited to go and try this juice it because i have one in my hometown and love it. I ordered the blue smoothie bowl. It tasted amazing super yummy but was definitely more like a smoothie than the thick consistency of a smoothie bowl. A little disappointed. Next time I'll just get the smoothie instead. I feel like this place is also a little over priced and doesn't make as good bowl as other juice places. read more

Service terrible. Unfriendly experience. Did not want to explain their products. Loud blenders, wearing masks snd would not speak up. I will not be back. read more

Said closed at 9 was there at 8:30 on a Saturday and they were closed. Also the menu says they have bottled drinks but the location doesn't get the bottles. read more

So disappointed in this business. It's a small area and they allowed four people in there without a mask, plus one employee was speaking to a customer without a mask. They clearly don't care or value costumer safety and therefore I no longer value their business. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

Disappointed! We ordered the Dragon Fruit Passion Bowl and the Super Fusion Bowl. Sadly both bowls were soupy - it wasn't even warm outside. Each bowl came with the choice of three toppings. We have eaten açaí bowls all over the west coast including Hawaii and every bowl has come with a variety of toppings which included fruits, coconut, nuts, granola, and honey. Moving on. Best smoothie place ever! Way better than jamba juice it is nice that the one closest to me is in lodi so its nice to get one every once in awhile if u have one near u and u have not been there GO THERE! and you'll be happy read more

Cashier was leaning in on the cash register when talking to customers. I felt very uncomfortable, especially because there wasn't any clear screen between us. She continue to touch her mask, and wore it under her nose when talking to customers. Also, I would appreciate it if she showed some good customer service. read more

Great place with Fresh Raw Products & Fresh Squeezed Juice. I love there Pineapple Punch. Just awesome during a hot summer day. The Owner is really great and friendly, and so is her staff. read more

I have loved going to juice it up for forever however lately our experience has been even better than normal. I went in on Sunday unsure of what to get and Haley helped me pick out some new drinks for my husband, my daughter and I and since then we have been back 2 other times because we loved them. She was also super sweet to my daughter and that made me very happy. She helped us again on Tuesday and today it was the owner who was also very nice and told me Haley's name so I could give her some praise. I love the workers and of course the smoothies are always so yummy! Definitely the best place to get drinks! read more

I've been here a few times. The smoothies are really good and comparable to Jamba. I feel like the real flaw of the establishment is customer service. The owner really needs to enforce friendliness and positive attitudes. A lot of the time I go there and no one smiles, no one greets me. Just, "what can i get you?". Last time I was in here was Monday (7/2/2012). Cara was at the register. I was in there with my Mom and little sister. We ordered 3 smoothies in total, but within 2 seperate orders. On the board is says smoothies come with one free boost. She never asked me what kind of boost I would like or even implied that I could get one for free. She didn't ask my Mom or sister, either. It wasn't till after getting my smoothie, that I realized I wasn't asked. I think every customer should be asked if they would like a free boost with their smoothie, if that is what you are offering. I know that at Jamba, they always ask you. So in short, smoothies are great. Customer Service needs some work. Maybe the energy stems from management or from the owners own energy. But I think with more upbeat attitudes, it could be great alternative to better known smoothie places. read more

This is the only place I've been to in Lodi for quite a while where not one employee was wearing a mask. I really wanted to just leave but of course my kids were with me. We were wearing ours. Instead of ordering something for myself as planned, I begrudgingly ordered theirs. read more

Horrible service. The girls that work there have bad attitudes, and are very disrespectful. Have not returned here since, Jamba Juice is my go-to place now. read more

I love this Juice It Up Lodi! I have been coming here for years and I have never once been disappointed. The environment is clean, the staff is friendly, and the juice is always fresh. I always make substitutions and the staff is willing to accommodate. My order has never been wrong. I prefer this over Jamba Juice any day! I highly recommend checking them out for fresh juices and fruit smoothies/bowls. read more

the worst customer service ever! staff is not welcoming at all and the vibes are just off , no hi or anything . the boy working had a attitude and i've gone there before with a older lady there and she was also rude . so sad to see such a good place to down hill. this used to be my favorite stop . read more

We always get fresh pineapple juice & apple juice. Super fresh & the customer service is superb.

Way better than jamba. They are always super quick, great customer service and piña colada is my fave

JAMBA JUICE HAS FOUND THEIR MATCH. My family went to Jamba about two times a week, and we have fell in love with Juice It Up. Juice It Up is healthier, mixed with more fruit and blended better. I wish they had milk alternatives such as (out milk, almond milk, soy, etc). But I still love it here! read more

My daughter went in this week and was treated very poorly by staff. This isn't the first time this has happened. I spoke to the owner once before regarding the lack of respect and customer service. I spoke to her this week again with the same issues as before. . You would think she would offer a Smoothie or something to keep my business, NOPE only cared about the post on Facebook regarding the incident this week. I let her know I have given Juice it up more than enough opportunity for her staff to be respectful. Now, I'll be going to JAMBA JUICE. ...I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know on social medias.. read more

Love this place. In my opinion it's better than Jamba Juice. They have more energy shots and stuff of that nature. The açaí bowls are delicious too. When you walk into the store you smell the fresh fruit juice; something you oddly don't smell when walking into a Jamba. read more

First time trying this place, although i have had raw juice before. Drove to Lodi from Stockton this morning since i didnt see something similar in Stockton. Place was empty when we got there. Didnt feel a welcoming or friendly vibe from the 2 girls working there. Oh well. Placed our order. 2 of the 3 items were good, didnt really care for the other drink tastewise. Not sure if ill be back, nothing about the service or taste of that particular drink makes me eager to give it another try. This visit was disappointing :/ read more

One of the girls that works here gave my mother a small amount of strawberrys in her drink(my mother is allergic to them) she had a slight reaction but nothing to bad. She didn't taste it in there but knew it was. You must not be that allergic" let's just say we will never go back to this place ever again. EVER! read more

got to go with four stars here, lady who runs the place is super nice and they produce a good quality drink at a decent price.

Smoothies are awesome .... Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Word of advice to whom I assume was the manager serving me today ... Believe her name was Cara... When the blender turns off POUR THE DRINK instead of continuing to talk about tattoos with other staff!!!! Oh and a "hello" or smile couldn't hurt.... Luckily the smoothies are good or I wouldn't go anymore. read more

This place makes good smoothies. It is a little different then Jamba. Jamba tends to be more creamy. This place has more of a fruit filled flavor. I enjoy getting a smoothie here every now and again, what keeps me from coming back more frequently is the service. The staff is young, and not very customer service friendly. A smile here and there would be nice! But like I said, decent smoothies! read more
