I love love this place! I can't say enough good things about this place.. For years I was bummed out that there was no Jamba Jucie, but like one of the previous Yelpers said this place is way better and better for you too! My favorites.. Try the ultimate acai smoothie w/ fresh squeezed apples or regular way is good too! I also recommend the ultimate Acai bowl (original and Mayan, my favs). I have also ordered cases of the Sambazon energy drinks from Kim (owner), at the same price she gets it for... Delicious, no crash, no artificial flavoring, and helpful throughout the day... With the colder weather I have tried and love the merry int mocha add an energy shot and they have coffee shops beat! The staff, Kim, and Cara are awesome And they really try to get to know their customers and their community! They have a mobile truck that they have attended events with... Woohoo.. Their juices and smoothies are great....but hot damn their customer service is severely lacking!! It's not even just one person it's all of them for the most part. It makes the ordering and waiting process really uncomfortable, there's no feeling of "welcome to our business we want you to spend your money here!" It also seems a bit pricier than Jamba Juice but I don't frequent JJ that much so I could be wrong on that end. Alas, it seems like it's the only juice bar in Lodi so I'll have to deal with it until I get my own juicer at home. read more

awful customer service...the cashier that "helped" me was so rude for no reason. From the moment we walked in she had an attitude. I tried to use a stamp card that was "too old"...and she wouldn't even try to check my "gift card" claiming she thought it was a rewards card and if we wanted to see if it was a gift card we needed to call. The cashier had pink hair strips and said she was a shift lead. She talked with unnecessary attitude. When I asked for clarification, little was given and no attempt to try to help me. I asked for her name and wouldn't tell me it. This shift lead is setting a horrible example for the two employees that were watching next to her. I love juice it up, I really do prefer it over Jamba Juice they have much more variety and friendly faces! Free boosts too! I use their smoothies as meal supplements every once in awhile when food shockingly doesn't sound good. The owner is great and has done a swell job training her staff. Like any business there is always the few bad apples, that lack good customer service, and take their sweet time making drinks or else this review would be a solid five stars. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?! One star for Haley , I was super disappointed when I visited this location after not being here for about 5 years. I tried ordering an old item (papaya passion) with mango juice instead of the papaya juice and she was repeatedly telling me you guys never had that on the menu as well as your old menu and I was trying to explain to her that it hadn't been on the menu for awhile but she insisted on being right. Idk how this business is ran or if it's even ran by the same Husband and wife but I have worked my fair share of food places and have always been taught that no matter what the customers are right. Now regardless if you guys ever had that smoothie or not it was the point that she was not trying to hear me out at all. Which is super unacceptable! I will take my business across the street to Jamba Juice. I was super excited to go and try this juice it because i have one in my hometown and love it. I ordered the blue smoothie bowl. It tasted amazing super yummy but was definitely more like a smoothie than the thick consistency of a smoothie bowl. A little disappointed. Next time I'll just get the smoothie instead. I feel like this place is also a little over priced and doesn't make as good bowl as other juice places. read more

I have loved going to juice it up for forever however lately our experience has been even better than normal. I went in on Sunday unsure of what to get and Haley helped me pick out some new drinks for my husband, my daughter and I and since then we have been back 2 other times because we loved them. She was also super sweet to my daughter and that made me very happy. She helped us again on Tuesday and today it was the owner who was also very nice and told me Haley's name so I could give her some praise. I love the workers and of course the smoothies are always so yummy! Definitely the best place to get drinks! read more

I've been here a few times. The smoothies are really good and comparable to Jamba. I feel like the real flaw of the establishment is customer service. The owner really needs to enforce friendliness and positive attitudes. A lot of the time I go there and no one smiles, no one greets me. Just, "what can i get you?". Last time I was in here was Monday (7/2/2012). Cara was at the register. I was in there with my Mom and little sister. We ordered 3 smoothies in total, but within 2 seperate orders. On the board is says smoothies come with one free boost. She never asked me what kind of boost I would like or even implied that I could get one for free. She didn't ask my Mom or sister, either. It wasn't till after getting my smoothie, that I realized I wasn't asked. I think every customer should be asked if they would like a free boost with their smoothie, if that is what you are offering. I know that at Jamba, they always ask you. So in short, smoothies are great. Customer Service needs some work. Maybe the energy stems from management or from the owners own energy. But I think with more upbeat attitudes, it could be great alternative to better known smoothie places. read more

I love this Juice It Up Lodi! I have been coming here for years and I have never once been disappointed. The environment is clean, the staff is friendly, and the juice is always fresh. I always make substitutions and the staff is willing to accommodate. My order has never been wrong. I prefer this over Jamba Juice any day! First time trying this place, although i have had raw juice before. Drove to Lodi from Stockton this morning since i didnt see something similar in Stockton. Place was empty when we got there. Didnt feel a welcoming or friendly vibe from the 2 girls working there. Oh well. Placed our order. 2 of the 3 items were good, didnt really care for the other drink tastewise. We drove 20 minutes on our lunch hour from Galt to try this place since we have no healthy choices close to us. We reviewed the menu on our way there so that we could have our choice ready as soon as we arrived. There's no real sense of urgency or star personalities with the staff. It took a while for them to make and deliver our drinks. However, as we walked out the door and each took a sip of our drink we were Mezmerize with the flavor. The taste was amazing! One of the girls that works here gave my mother a small amount of strawberrys in her drink(my mother is allergic to them) she had a slight reaction but nothing to bad. She didn't taste it in there but knew it was. We went some days later and the woman said to my mother "oh your looking good, I put a little strawberry in your drink last time, you can have alitte bit of it. This place makes good smoothies. It is a little different then Jamba. Jamba tends to be more creamy. This place has more of a fruit filled flavor. I enjoy getting a smoothie here every now and again, what keeps me from coming back more frequently is the service. The staff is young, and not very customer service friendly.
