So it was kinda hot in Lodi today and I wanted something cold. Since there isn't a Jamba Juice in Lodi, I thought I'd try Juice It Up. I wish I hadn't! This is a cheap knock-off version of Jamba Juice, More expensive and a lot less tasty. I got a mango smoothie hoping it would taste like my fav Mango A Go Go from Jamba. YUCK! I couldn't even taste anything resembling mango at all. They also sell pretzels and other stuff (just like Jamba) but there stuff looked sad and gross! Next time, I will save my $$ and stop at Jamba on my way home from work. read more

Went here recently, looking for a fresh fruity drink. I've never been to Juice it Up, I usually go to Jamba. I will not be returning. Their smoothies taste like nothing but sugary, sticky, candy. They are neither fruity nor refreshing. I bought two because I didn't like the first, and the second ended up being even worse. read more

Rude service. Every time I come in here I get the same response: I don't want to be here so what's your stupid order going to be? So now I call in to avoid dealing with that energy for to long. Horrible customer service given by what I am assuming is the manager, Kara. Can you smile once? I have given this place a chance many times due to the fact that Lodi has no real juice bar but the service is just too horrible. You're hardly greeted them scowled at while you choose a drink. Someone who I assume is the owner and the rude manager sat in the back doing inventory while I waited for FIFTEEN minutes to get a SMALL juice. I feel bad for any high school teen under the management of those horrible examples of customer service. read more

Love Juice it Up in Lodi.... I start my mornings with a regular visit to Juice it up to get my wheatgrass shot and specially made fresh veggie and fruit juice! Always delicious! Cara is so very accommodating and I enjoy our visits. Nice way to start my day before heading into work!!! read more

Great people and service, they don't skimp on the details. They always take care of us and always go above and beyond on their juices, they even let you pick your own ingredients to add to their juices while not juicing your wallet, like Jamba. Great peeps, great juices, hitem up. read more

I've been a long time customer at juice it up but quite frankly feel the need to speak up about their service.One girl in particular Bri always looks like my being there is an inconvenience to her and that taking my order is annoying and a waste of her time. I see all of these reviews saying the customer service is bad, but that was not my experience at all! It was my first time there on Saturday (05/30/15). A small girl with shorter hair, I didn't catch her name, greeted me at the register with a smile. She was very helpful in suggesting good drinks. I ordered 3 smoothies and the girls making them, there were two, got them made very quickly. They put my drinks in a cup carrier with straws and napkins which was great. They were also very friendly- smiled and told me to have a good day. I don't usually tip places like this, but I tipped these girls! I used to go to Jamba Juice, but not anymore. As a fan of Jamba Juice, Robecks (So Cal) and Lanikai Juice (Oahu, HI), I am very impressed with selection and variety of smoothies and juices this place has to offer. I was also very happy to discover this place has Acai bowls and smoothies! I make my own Acai bowls and smoothies and when I don't feel like making one, I sometimes will drive all the way from Stockton just to have one! Jamba Juice fans who just know Jamba Juice, will more than likely not appreciate all of the varieties of flavors (I must admit, I used to think this way). As far as customer service and friendliness of the staff, I usually deal with Cara. She is very accomadating. She is able to special order products and make special smoothies or requests. One review said the staff was not all that freindly, but it gets pretty loud in there and with all the blenders going at once, so being chatty can turn into a shouting match. I am not impressed with this place at all. The first time I went, I asked if they could make my smoothie thick and not watery, I was told "well its a smoothie. so it's thick". I wasn't a fan of the drink I chose, but figured I just ordered something that didn't match my liking. So fast forward to 6 months later. My son begs me all the time to try this place, but I didn't have a good first experience, so I always said no. Well I finally give in and take him, we walked in and stood there for a good 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were in there. There was no line. Just 3 people waiting for their drinks. Finally a young girl comes and takes our order, she was friendly. My son ordered the strawberry craze, with no banana. He gets it, and he did not like it, it was super sweet and when I tasted it, I swear I tasted banana. So i ask the older lady that was making the smoothie if there was banana in it. And she rudely told me "no the ticket said no banana. So there's no bananas". We will not be coming back to Juice it up. Not because the smoothies are not that great, but for the simple fact that their staff is right out rude! Greet your customers when they come in, and ask if you can fix their order if they clearly aren't happy with one of your products. read more

This Juice It Up really sucks now. They use to be okay, but the new change to the menu and maybe the new workers has really made this place suck. The drinks taste like candy and it seems like they secretly poured a cup of sugar when I wasn't looking. read more

RUDE EMPLOYEE. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I walked in, I was greeted with a monotone "hello" as if she was like "oh great another customer." She made no eye contact and at the register I handed her my money and was about to give her my rewards card when she abruptly stated "oh I can't do that anymore. You have to give me that before you pay." I have been coming here for years and never have they told me that they needed the rewards card before the payment. I love their drinks here especially the big berry combo but their customer service is garbage. read more

I walked into juice it up and it was not busy. I was the only one in the store. Cara was at the register and I told her I had never been there before and that i was ordering a smoothy for my friend and one for myself. She was very rude and did not offer any help. I ordered my friends drink and then started to order my drink off the deLIGHT menu. I asked which deLIGHT smoothy was best and she said all the smoothies are the same. Everytime I've gone there, the smoothies are ok. I would much rather drive the distance down to Jamba Juice down in Stockton than to subject myself to the continual impatience shown to me and other customers by Cara. She's known by many locals as the "eye roller"; and you get the eye roll with an exasperated and forced smile when you dare ask any questions about the menu items. Just read and figure it out, and hurry the @#! up is the vibe at Juice it up! Everyone is so friendly at Jamba and it's good customer service that keeps bringing me back! read more

I started coming here a few months ago and when I came in the line was a bit long and I looked to see how many ladies were working and I spotted out one woman with glasses on her phone and as soon as more customers came in she went to the back and didn't even look up once. Now, in my perspective that's awful. You have these young ladies working hard and then that woman just doing nothing to help cut the line down? That's just wrong. The next time I came in she was actually doing something (shockingly) but with an attitude as though she didn't even want me to come in the store. She's unfriendly unlike all the other girls I've encountered (actually doing what they get paid for). If you're going to have a job like this you've got to be on the move and have a positive attitude to make the customers want to come back. This woman shouldn't even be working there if she's going to be the only one being rude and hostile. I love the smoothies here so I hope the next time I come I'll be helped by one of the young ladies that actually look like they're having fun and want their job and have a friendly attitude towards clientele. read more
