Even under a difficult ordering situation with my coworkers both Aidan and Ajah were able to defuse the stress and got the orders down!! I think there is certain people that should be working at fast paced services and others that should not. I couldn't properly read the employees name tag since she had her back towards me but I believe it was nikee. I placed a mobile order around 10:45, I headed over to Starbucks as soon as I was notified that my order was ready which was at 10:52. When you walk in I didn't see any orders so I walked up to the lady behind the desk and asked her where to go for a mobile pickup, she stated that I have to wait because they are calling names out and then they place your order on the area in front of her. I waited and waited, mind you still standing there, I think about 6 new people got their order before me so I went back up to try and ask her how much longer since 15 minutes had already passed and she turned away but then another lady came up and she asked her if she needed any help. After feeling like I was bothering her I asked a gentleman and he looked on his pad and gave me my order which had been sitting on the other side of the store. I just walked out with my order after waiting for 25 minutes. I completely understand that this place is busy and that there was a lot going on but there was no need for this employee to have a bad attitude when I was just trying to ask for my order considering that when I told her that I had a mobile order she did not ask for my name all she said was to wait but when others approached her she asked them what the name was for the order. read more

This is most likely my favorite Starbucks location even though I live in Tracy! I work in Lincoln Center & frequently use the mobile app whenever I have time. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. The only downside is how small the inside is and how it feels a bit cramped, but it's beautiful outside with the available seating they have. I would recommend coming here, just sit outside for some space! read more

I've yet to encounter the snotty counter help, so yeah, I like this place. Everybody gets the impression that this Starbucks is little and has no seating so ironically I always get a table when I'm here on weekend mornings. + Always stocked on the items/cups I want (whereas other Starbucks in Stockton run out of everything. Ridiculous) + Fun location with all the best places in the same plaza (Noah's bagels, papapavlo's!) + Seats. I know, I must be so lucky :D + Small, so less people talking inside Those who like to talk sit at the outside tables so the only sounds in the store are the coffee machines and the line that tends to lengthen. Ordered a hit tea and grande hot latte, yet when I got the latte I could tell it wasn't a full cup bc of where the heat stopped on the cup (literally was a HALF full cup). So I opened it to see the other half of the cup was full of whipped cream. Had already left and was in the car or would of went back. Maybe the staff needs more training. I really like this Starbucks, I've been in when it's busy and when it's quiet and always had great service. The baristas are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk up to the counter and they don't rush you even when they're at their busiest. Just adding my two cents for Ms. Lisa who works here. Last week I was in a mood after waiting forever at Noah's and decided to stop next door and grab a Coffee. She is so dang friendly it's infectious. So today after waiting 40 minutes at Walgreens pharmacy and still not checked in I decided to stop in and see if I could get cheered up again. My phone was acting funny and took a while to load the Starbucks app and the worker told me not to rush and that it happens all the time. This is one of the worst Starbucks in town. Orders disappear, the male barista has a super bad attitude when trying to figure out where my order is. And just in general doesn't seem to care. Recently saw a BIG Safety issue there. Tons of boxes blocking the bathroom, almost caused a man in a walker to fall. Because the pathway to get to the bathroom was way too narrow to navigate. It violated the clearance necessary to be a handicap accessible bathroom. I told the barista and he ignored me. I told him again thinking he just didn't understand or hear me, and he got rude! Yelled at me that it wasn't his problem. So supervisor came out and she was better, but still didn't fix it. Everyone here seems to think it's someone else's problem. Love the crew here; all the baristas have great energy & have your coffee ready stat so you can be on your merry way! Obviously there are peak hours to avoid (high school lunch hour, first thing in the morning), but otherwise this is probably my favorite location in town. The outside seating shared with Noah's is nice for business meetings, working on homework, or just meeting up with friends. I thought getting a drip coffee for my Dad would be painless after doing a little shopping at Podesto's but 15 minutes, later we had our drip coffee in hand and were frustrated as heck. Don't think you're gonna run up in this Starbucks with your laptop and camp out for hours. It's not happening here. This Starbucks is hecka small. Oversized closet small. One table and a long, thin 'bar' type table at the front. The times I have visited, this table has been occupied. Yes it serves cappuccinos, fraps, and pastries, but the patio area is where its at. The Lincoln center location seems to be run by corporate. On three different visits, I got the same response every time. NO! - can I get a refill on my green tea lemonade. No, we can only give refills on non flavored tea. - can I split my venti frappacino into two smaller drinks. No, you would have to buy another drink. - when buying two drinks with my rewards card can you do two separate transactions. No, I can only put it on one and quickly swipe my card before I changed my mind. I never have the same problem at other locations, just this particular one. read more

Lately the regular house drip coffee has been weak. It lacks body and flavor. A few of the employees are rude and are usually gossiping loudly while customers are waiting for their coffees. It's very annoying to pay the better part of $5 for a coffee and have a non morning person wait on you first thing in the morning. It sort of sets the tone for the day. read more
