Stopped in on a whim because the shaved ice place we wanted had a very long line. We already told our son we were getting ice cream, so alas we ended up here! This was probably the busiest I've ever seen a Baskin Robbins or maybe I don't come enough. Line took a little bit to get through but wasn't too bad. I had a soda float with Oreo ice cream + Pepsi and then they blend it all together. It was delicious! My husband's Oreo cappuccino blast was also super tasty. Our son enjoyed the cotton candy ice cream too. My husband and I actually thought it tasted pretty good too. Wish they had a smaller kids scoop option though! I've I never tried one of the ice cream pizzas however it is on my bucket list. I have tried their cakes and they are delicious. Today I got the flavor of the month. Both of them actually! I've coconut and wrapped up. Every Tuesday from 5pm- close you can get ice cream for only $1.69 a scoop. This is the perfect dessert after Taco Tuesday dinner! Also kids sized scoops are even cheaper! The only huge issue at this Location is the parking. This location is located on the popular miracle mile in Stockton and the entire miracle mile has a parking challenge/issue. If parking was better this would be five stars. I try ordering a birthday cake online you have to order it 24 hours in advance and for some reason I was having issues online trying to get it together so the next day I went in needing a cake that day to pick up after work for my son's birthday and went to a couple of places another Baskin and Robbins they weren't able to help me out because like they said 24 hours and I understood that so on my way back to work I was going down one street and I noticed Pacific I was like oh okay that's why I tried to put in that but it didn't go through of course so I called spoke with the manager didn't know I was speaking with the manager she was very kind she understood what I was going through and she had a lot of orders to feel that day and she couldn't make any promises but she said she can see what she can do and I can pick it up after 5:00 that same day and that she will call me she went beyond the call of duty and I really really appreciate that, and the ice cream cake was done right I would definitely recommend this place at this location and with people like that be kind and leave a nice tip thank you again. read more

The food here is mostly ice cream related products, but they are all really good. I would always get either their coffee Frappuccinos or coffee drinks or get their brownie sundaes. They're the best with the sundaes. The service is really fast, polite, and accurate as well. The ambiance can range from a small amount of people to a bunch, but a nice and relaxed environment. It's the one that my mom took me to when I was a kid, I worked there in high school and it's on the Miracle Mile, one of my favorite Stockton locales. I heart this place... The Carmel is praline's Carmel. The staff is always ready to help w/ a smile. And even if people stand on wrong side of where the line is supposed to start, the staff isnt rude about the confused mouth watering ice cream lovers. This is the location we used to go to in HS. Just three words necessary here: Peanut Butter & Chocolate. It's really all you need to know. Plus it's on the AVE and what's not cool about that? Since Baskin Robins on Hammer Lane decided they did not have time to make my brothers birthday cake (which was ordered in advance) I decided to come to this location to pick up a last minute cake. Before I headed to this location, I called & was put on hold for 19 minutes & then the young lady hung up on me. Still headed there. Upon arrival I shared my experience with Brian, a young guy who apologized & provided me with the managers contact info. After he wrote a message on the cake I picked out, we noticed a hair on the cake. He said I could still purchase it full price or pick out another cake, but he would have to throw that one away if I didn't pay full price. Brian apologized again & I reassured him it was not his fault. He tried to handle things to the best of his ability ( apparently Baskin Robins does not have a manager/supervisor there at all times-TERRIBLE. Maybe they should for situations like this.) Picked out another cake, walked out an unhappy customer & paid $40 for a cake. Terrible experience at 2 different Baskin Robins locations in one day. I really wanted to leave a good review.
