Decided to come get Icecream for my kitties when I got back into town they have many Icecream cake pizzas and Icecream sandwiches with any flavors and they are stocked. I went in last week to purchase a quart of the lemon custard ice cream. The young man who served me was very enthusiastic!!! I don't know if that was his personality or he was glad a customer came in after a few quiet minutes. Anyway, I couldn't wait to get home and have some of this seasonal goodness. It is always hard to choose which flavor to get. My faves are: vanilla, old-fashioned butter pecan & pralines & cream. I love the lemon custard but it is seasonal and they did not have it at all last year, I checked twice. There were two ladies in their getting their weekly ice cream cone. The daughter got mixed-up and thought it was Tuesday but it was only Monday. The daughter told the mom that they would have to come back again tomorrow and the older lady said great!!!! I didn't know that Tuesday's were family days and you can save a little bit of cash. I have to remember that so I will bring my grandchildren for an after school treat. One mid-eve I stopped there to gift my wife a couple pints of rocky road, pre packaged from the freezer. It was locked so I asked if someone could help and was told of the 4 employees nobody was available due to them serving free spoons of many selections to 4 people at the glass counter with 4 persons in line behind them and me. Felt like having a milk shake, so I stopped in here for the first time. I was a little confused because it "looked" like there was a waiting line area...but there was also a crowd of people waiting at the counter. To add to the confusion was a digital customer serving sign...displaying they were now serving number XX. I looked around but didn't see were to get a number...so I waited in line. After a short wait I was called to the counter where I ordered a medium mint chocolate chip shaking...adding Oreo cookies. It was good and they didn't charge me extra for the Oreos. Out the door, it cost $5.69...a bit pricey but when you got the urge, you buy it! Besides ice cream they also sell sherbet. Years ago, the chain was called, BK 31 Flavors." Nowadays, there are more than 31 flavors to choose from and just called Baskin Robbins. I didn't see it but they apparently sell yogurt here too. Besides the standard cones you can get a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. They also have pre-made ice cream birthday cakes...in case you need something quick. Parking is so so as this place is on a busy street...easy access if you're southbound...not so easy if you're northbound in traffic. You can also get into the parking lot from the side street...just be careful of westbound traffic. No real complaints to stopping in here again in the future. read more

I treat my kids to BR once in a while. We mainly come to this location in Stockton. Today after we ate dinner the munchkins wanted ice cream. We always have a wonderful time here. Service was excellent today, so mad respect to Aidee who works front counter. Who's super nice and complemented me on buying a ice cream for a gentleman who didn't have enough money for his own ice cream. It felt good because she went out of her way to help me and praise me for the deed I done. I didn't buy a ice cream for the Man, to be cool, I just felt compelled to do so. Consistently good... over six bucks for their largest milkshake. But WHAT a shake it is. Omg it has SIX scoops of ice cream in it. Tonight, had the large with three scoops of mint chocolate chip and three scoops of fudge ice cream. Soooo thick and rich. Couldn't finish it all in one setting. So the 'left-overs' are in the freezer. Maybe finish it during the game tomorrow. Next time I will try four scoops of the mint chocolate chip and two scoops of the fudge. This is definitely the cleanest, largest, friendliest, and has the most flavors of any BR that I have been to. I am glad they only sell ice cream and not to Togos here like some of the newer stores. My fav flavors are the coconut pineapple, piña colada ice, and the sugar free flavors are so good with no after taste. Great cake selection as well which taste fresh. I admit I am biased as I worked for the owner over 20 years ago as my first high school job. He still owns this store and you can tell the pride of ownership and his involvement in the store. read more

Went to pick up my sons b-day cake today and was told I must of ordered from a different store, after showing the lady my e-mail she goes to the back and comes back 5 minutes later and said I just spoke with my Manager and we don't have your cake our system must of been messed up but you can pick from the pre-made one. So I got a cake for the same price I paid online, but it's the wrong flavor, wrong style, and nothing like what I wanted :(. Update: The owner has called me twice, I missed his call both times but he left me messages apologizing over and over! I come here often because it's the close by one however I have witness then stop taking clients at 8:45 when I understand now the close at 9:00 due to Covid . My husband and I went there last night August 23 in the evening for a treat and boy we got a treat we ordered two cups with two scoops of ice cream each and they gave my husband an extra in his first spoon there was a long hair so discussing I immediately took back inside and asked for a refund. The employee said that they are not allowed to give refund only the manager and of course she wasn't there they said I had to fill out a form and she would call next the next day well it's the next day no call. I ordered a cake on 12/27 for 12/30. I wanted a Spongebob image printed on the cake and wanted to make sure that they would be able to print it (copyright issues & what not). The employee taking my cake ordered wasn't sure, so she asked another employee and they said it would be fine. Come 12/20 at 9am, I get a call from an employee named Jennifer stating that they could not print the image because of the reasons I anticipated. Not being able to print it is one thing, but not letting me know with enough time to go elsewhere and try to get it done is another thing. BR. First of all I'm here because this is the only branch that I know of in Stockton that carries the chocolate fudge flavor. So that, right there, and the nice staff who doesn't keep you waiting is where most of my stars go.. the 5th start could have gone to a clean restroom... but, they DO NOT have a restroom for customers! Last few times I've been here it is always close and "out of order".
