If you're going to get Jamba Juice, this place is ok. The business is newer and clean and there is ample parking but the area is busy so it can still sometimes be difficult to find a spot. Our last visit was ok but I would prefer to be able to just make an order and pick it up; if you use gift cards or coupons that is basically impossible. Hubby loves the "White Gummi", and why wouldn't he..it tastes like a drinkable orange sherbet with jellies. So i get "The Go Getter" which is OK but if it were up to me, I would drive across the street to Panera and get their green juice which is much more tasty. This company REALLY needs to improve/upgrade their app and make it user friendly to decrease wait times and unnecessary contact. read more

Ordered 3 drinks 2 medium 1 small. Received 2 small and 1 medium. Employee shut the door as soon as my hand touched the drinks, had to wait for her to acknowledge me sitting there. Informed the employee at the window that this was incorrect, she takes it with attitude and hands me back what I assume is my same drink with a bunch of ice to fill up the cup (there's huge chunks of ice in it and tastes watered down, not like it normally does) employee then slams the window after handing me back the medium ice filled drink. Just wanted to warn any parents out there to always test their kids drinks for "poison" thankfully we did before feeding a kid sized blast off smoothie to my 2 yr old and discovered 8/9 chunks of plastics blended into the smoothie. Had we not tested the drink we could have ended up at a doctors office or urgent care during a worldwide pandemic. Every parents nightmare. I recently moved to Lodi and been to the Jamba Juice a couple times and my drink was made well. I use the drive thru where Hello welcome to Jamba and a bunch of other words are said to me that I can't understand then I'm told order when I'm ready. After a long evening I convinced the group I was with to use the drive thru. It was 30 minutes before closing but we only ordered two smoothies. They were horrible. My Vanilla blue sky had literally no flavor. My friend's vanilla blue sky tasted different then usual and had huge chunks of I blended pineapple. I know it was close to closing but they weren't busy and have a recipe for consistency. There is no reason for huge chunks of pineapple and flavorless smoothies. So moral of the story: The drive thru speaker is lame and if it's past 9:00PM don't go to Jamba in Lodi. The app is also having a lot of issues but that's corporates fault. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Jamba Juice for years now. Well, they just made some modifications to their menu and took away Great Greens. This is the only reason I would desire to go to Jamba Juice because it is the healthier option I enjoy. I have two other friends that are disappointed they took this option away as well. I'm sure there is a reason for it...I'm a business gal and if something on the menu isn't making a good profit, then perhaps remove it, but I will now be getting my juice elsewhere; right across the street actually; Juice It Up. They have such a wonderful rewards system! Super impressed with the easy points to earn. Definitely recommend downloading the app. Love many of their smoothies including Peach Perfection, Caribbean Passion and their Açaí one. My one issue is that sometimes they don't blend all the fruits completely. These smoothies have worked WONDERS for my grandparents with COVID. They have more energy, higher oxygen levels and better digestion. There must be an association. It is easy to get a wheatgrass shot with their little prepared bottles. The drive through staff when we went last weekend was rude. They didn't speak to us only to their coworkers. They were speaking about dating. The girl shoved my mango bowl out of the window and the spoon fell and she had the nerve to sigh loudly and roll her eyes. I didn't put the spoon on top of the bowl. I didn't practically throw it out the window. Definitely will go to the one in Stockton when I go before work. I came here during my 30 minute lunch break after grabbing a sandwich from panera bread hoping to get something refreshing to drink. I quickly noticed the drive thru! This is the first time seeing a Jamba Juice with drive thru so I was excited to just try it. There were three cars ahead of me with only 10 minutes left of lunch. I thought I was going to be late, but was too late to leave as there was another car that just pulled right behind me. I only had to wait around 3 minutes before it was my turn, and by the time I finished ordering, there was only one car waiting for their order. Within seconds, it was my turn to pay. After handing the cashier my card, she handed me my drinks back before my card! I am very pleased with their service and how quick they got my three orders ready! After I told my coworkers about my experience here, she told me that this location also takes phone and online orders. The only great thing about this place is the convenience and the drive thru. Unfortunately every time they take our order, they try to memorize it I instead of either writing it down or putting into their computer and by the time you get to the window, you have to repeat yourself and your entire order. This Jamba Juice is the rudest employees ever. We went in the drive through and we asking if they have something to make a drink. They told us politely that they no longer had the drink we wanted as soon as we decided we no longer wanted a drink from there anymore. The girl in the window said " whatever in the rudest tone ever and immediately closed the window. Also as we were waiting for the answer for the drink was called and they no longer carried it, the blond girl in the back washing dishes yelled "No" as soon as we even mentioned the drink. The first thing in customer service that you learn is if you want to say something regarding what happened you keep it to yourself or you say whatever you had to say when the customer isnt there. I probably have a Jamba Juice once weekly. Recently I placed my yummy Pumpkin Smoothie on the roof of my car as i was opening the door. Well the darn thing fell through my open window and splattered everywhere! In a rental car! It was one of those days! Went in with my broken dripping cup. Stopped by to get my favorite drink Orange Dream Machine. I didnt try it until i got home. When i did try it, it tasted like they added maple syrup in it. For more than twenty minutes with no other customers the poor employees struggled to make orange juice with the machine. It was pretty gross after awhile. I tried to call in an order at about 9:00 pm before closing time so I could go in and quickly pay before they closed but the phone line seemed to be disconnected. When I got there I noticed the workers cleaning the orange juicing machine before closing time and I asked to order an orange carrot karma twist and they said they were out of oranges and carrots. How do you run out of both of them??? Don't you have to order them ahead of time when you know they are low?!?! Love this place! I went through the drive thru about a week after they opened and asked for a "butterfinger" which is on their secret menu. I could tell the girl taking my order had no clue what that was but she never said a thing she just told me if I could wait for a sec and then came back on and asked me if that would complete my order.. I told them how I haven't had jamba in years (I'm a truck driver, we never have convenient health food on the road), but I got a wheat grass shot and a kale smoothie (don't remember the name, but it had pumpkin seeds in it).
