I visited Baskin-Robbins in Stockton, CA [10742 Trinity Pkwy] on Thursday, 01/29/26, around 9:45 PM. From the freezer, I grabbed pre-packed quarts of Rocky Road, Pralines 'N Cream, and Oreo Cookies 'N Cream. At the counter, the associate, Savannah, was super pleasant and helpful. She grabbed a cute, thoughtfully made heart-shaped cake from the back of the store for me and also prepared and blended the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough milkshake to perfection. The inside of the store was clean, and the service was quick and friendly. The price points for everything were decent. Baskin-Robbins is definitely a go-to ice cream parlor for tasty treats when craving something sweet. I recommend coming here. read more

Tuesday nights are what we call family ice cream nights. Simply because they use to offer the 1.50 scoops. This is our usual location of choice. Walked in and was helped right away. I chomped down a brownie 2 scoop sundae with chopped bananas. Mm mm delicious. Once we paid at the register, I noticed the sign that said "enjoy sour slime" next time on your scoop. Looks like real slime! The cake freezer was back in business too. Clean store but still no indoor seating. read more

5/30/23 - I wasn't suppose to come in here, but I could not resist temptation; I was hoping they had lemon custard, it is so good!! I didn't see it, so I asked the server and she looked and said she didn't think they had lemon. So since I was undecided between getting a milkshake or two-scoops, I stirred around a little scanning the various flavors. I decided on the two-scoops of vanilla and pralines 'n cream. My server was in training, but service was quick and I was on my way out with my delicious temptation. Lol!!! My two scoops of luscious, velvety ice cream was $5.78 and worth every spoon full. I didn't realize that I was in on a family night. But please take advantage of some of the daily deals they have, like family night discounts. First off, I placed a mobile order and stood where the mobile order pick up was at. We stood there patiently and not even ONE worker acknowledged us at all. They just looked at us and ignored us. Our go to Baskin Robbins location. Staff is welcoming and attentive. We come to this Spanos shopping center quite a bit so it's a frequent stop here for ice cream and smoothies. My favorite smoothie is the mango one and the kids love the ice cream. Then we walk around the shopping center for a bit. Job well done by staff and management. read more

As I've said before, I'm not usually a fan of chain establishments but it's Baskin Robbins. And it is pretty hard to beat their ice cream, especially the variety and specialty flavors they have. GO Baseball Nut, my absolute all-time favorite which is only available during spring. I seem to frequent this location because it's where I do a lot of my weekly shopping. Went for Mother's Day and was pretty empty inside. Got peanut butter and chocolate ice cream sunday. Was told that it had a big chunk of peanut butter in it... what I did not realize when they told me that, that was the entire scoop was 95% peanut butter. Asked for another scoop after 2 or 3 bites and was told no because I was warned beforehand. Ended up throwing away my 5$ scoop of peanut butter. read more

I've beem to this location one a couple of times. Once just to crab some cones and walk the strip. The other time we sat in and enjoyed the show. This Baskin and Robbins, is pretty small and can fill up really quick. Maybe 10 or so people can sit inside. I didn't notice anything spectacular on limited edition -special edition and artificially enhanced ice cream here. Just the basics that you see everywhere else. The staff is pretty cool, one of the girls working was complimenting both daughter's hair. My youngest has her hair dyed and my eldest just graduated from cosmetology school at that time. Came in to get 2 hand-packed quarts of ice cream tonight...when I told the girl behind the counter that I wanted two quarts she pointed to the prepacked ones in the freezer... I know it was about 30 minutes before closing but I explained that the ones in the freezer are measured by volume and the hand-packed ones by weight so you actually get more when you buy hand-packed she just gave me a nasty look. Then to top it all off it turns out that they charged me 2 dollars more than the Baskin Robbins right down the street. At the Baskin Robbins on Pacific Ave you get two hand-packed quarts for 11.99 (three pounds of ice cream total) and here at this one they charged me 14 bucks for the same thing. We called right after and were told that they are owned by someone different and therefore have different prices. When I go into a chain place like Baskin Robbins I expect somewhat of the same prices...when we called to inquire about the price difference the girl was unable to explain why. I know for a fact the manager helped me, so someone there should have been able to explain why. Save yourself a couple bucks, go to the other Baskin Robbins in town... :0) read more

Cons: - bring your credit card as a couple scoops will cost as much as a meal at a fast food restaurant -the scoops are TINY. Disappointing.... Over priced! I went here a few times because we live in the neighborhood. But every time I have gone the service was inconsistent. My kids wanted waffle cone so we ordered that. Employee cracked the whole waffle cone and was really going to serve it to us like that. When you pay a premium just for the ice cream alone then extra for a waffle cone. You expect to get what you pay for. Annoyed more that I was almost handed something so sloppy. They are great with clients of all ages, including large families and children. They create special order birthday cakes--two large catalogues illustrates some of the styles/themes available. Friendly, fast, CLEAN. They keep it spotless unlike many baskins I have been too. A little stingy on the ice cream, but they are also cheaper than some locations I think by a couple cents. My issue is the waffle cones. WHY WHY WHY is there cinnamon in the waffle cones? Or at least it tastes like it, I don't like it. Don't do that it's horrid.
