I gotta say I know McDonald's is labeled as bad customer service but man I am actually impressed with accountability from the manager and corporate to make sure they are taking care of customers. Kudos to the manager here in the morning and corporate lady for calling me. I would say a fair valuation for review would be 4 stars since McDonald's will always be just fair food for now read more

Worse McDonald's experience ever! Both breakfast and lunch is terrible here. With or without mobile order, this place makes you wait over 30 mins for drive thru then having me park on simple no custom sandwiches. Beware that their breakfast sandwiches come with fresh egg shells on the round egg read more

I always go through the drive thru here so I can't speak to the dining experience but they are mostly efficient through this method. The food is as fresh as you can expect from McDonald's and the cashiers are usually friendly as well. I'm glad to see young people working and making money and that's always a pleasant sight because they could be lazy or in the streets otherwise. Most of the time this is their first job so as long as they're nice I have a lot of grace if something goes wrong. read more

Yet again this store fails. How do you send a delivery without the main entree. I don't know how many bad reviews this store has to get before something changes. I hope when in n out opens this place just goes away. And it will be by their own hand. Proof of ineffective managers and an owner that obviously does not care enough to make meaningful change. read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, this place truly is the worst experience I have ever had at a MacDonalds. I waited 25 mins for my order and when I asked a worker about my order they simply ignored it until I asked another worker about it. read more

The food is good atmosphere is good management is way below poor I've been in there almost everyday and when this one particular woman is very rude on every occasion has gone as far as telling me that the amount of money I spend isn't worth my visits to the facility and has told me to just leave those are her words and it was done in a unprofessional manor as she had done it on the presence of other patrons it left me feeling less then a valued customer and embarrassed I feel strongly that something needs to be done about her to put this McDonald's in a category that the founders worked hard to make it a place families want to visit I've talked to other customer's that have experienced the same treatment granted I'm a homeless person due to life set backs and struggles the money I do make is little more valuable to me then the average person and for me to want to spend it there it is a good place to eat but the treatment me and others have been subjected to has left a very bad taste in my mouth. She is very opinionated and believes everything she thinks is set in some not giving the customer the chance of opportunity to state their side of anything she talks over you and continues to just say just leave your money's no good here read more

Lady in red shirt crazy false lashes decided to give us unnecessary attitude. Her behavior was unacceptable. We told her we had three mobile orders to pick up but she ended the call on us. We had to reverse and pull up again to active the sensor so she would take our order. We pull to the second window and she pushes the guy to the side to be rude when we have been nothing but nice and understanding of her time. She yelled "NEXT TIME COME INSIDE!" We learned that everytime we do come inside, no one ever pays attention to the front desk. There is often a long line waiting for someone to come and let us pay. We have placed multiple mobile orders before (up to 4 in 1 car) but never experienced this attitude before. Food was good. Horrible service. We asked for food not feedback. read more

If I could give this place a negative I would.. on multiple occasions it takes 30 plus minutes to get food...this time multiple people asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. The customer service is rude and just ridiculous how long it takes to get "fast" food! They need to hire more people and train them on customer service skills cuz no one in that place has any!!! read more

This review for the night crew on 2/9/26 These kids need a reality check on how to respect there customers and people in general. Common sense does not work here and can't keep your word unless a computer tells you so. I wanted to add fries to my order last min and I had a coupon for them to be free at first the girl said it was fine and then she said no I had to go all the way around because she started to take an order she said i couldn't wait til she was done because the system would mess her up ... common sense word of mouth tell your coworkers you know teamwork on any quick changes . So at that point I didn't want to bother cus the line was long .. so went to second window I asked nicely if she can do it for me and nope because it would mess up the computer i offered to take my phone inside and scan the we code or give her the 4 digit code acting like there is only one register in the whole building.. lazy af to just walk A couple feet and out the fries in the bag ! And when you ask for extra onions it don't mean no onions teach these kids how to read too .. it's a mess no brains imagine if the computer/ registers went down and their boss wants to keep the buisness running it would be a mess . Customer service sucks here. read more

It stinks, badly stinks smells like the bathroom isnt clean like littersly now I understand why ive usually always used the drive thru this lobby was so bad I didnt want to eat here anymore but my partner said its fine but I am grossed out update: I received my food with no utensils, it was a table order yet somehow they still called my name out while I had already been waiting a while for my food, the muffin taste like it was cooked on the bagel setting very undercooked in a way that only happens when its in bagel from my experience hotcakes where cold around the ends read more

Service here is horrible. No one is ever at the front/register greeting customers or ensuring everyone is getting taken care of. Seems like everyone is running around and stressed in the kitchen and prioritizing only the drive through. Do not recommend to dine in or do mobile pick up. read more

This McDonald's SUCKED. I came in very hungry, as I just got off a 12 hour graveyard shift. I asked for a breakfast burrito for my son, and the lady working the drive thru began to laugh saying that they don't serve it, something which I viewed as very disrespectful. I said it was fine and just got my Big Mac meal, and when I picked it up, they were already taking FOREVER for my meal! After waiting for around 3 minutes, I checked the bag, and the ketchup packet was open and got everywhere! Never coming back here again, you just lost a customer Ronald McDonald. read more

The service at this place is AWFUL!! Don't come here if you want food. Ordered breakfast food before 10:30 arrived a little after and was told we wouldn't be receiving the food and had our orders cancelled! On the app it didn't indicate anywhere that you must get the food exactly before 10:30 we assumed they packaged and prepared it prior. The worker was very rude and laughed in our face even though we remained respectful and understanding. She was very unprofessional and demeaning. 0/10 Do not recommend. read more

The food is satisfactory, even giving plenty of napkins and very delicious French fries, however they lied about the fact that they put barbecue sauce in the bag THREE times. I requested barbecue sauce at the speaker, they said okay. I repeated again to make sure that they will put the barbecue sauce (because last time they didn't). The drive thru worker said to wait in the parking stall for my food. They said that they will put the BBQ sauce in the bag. So I wait in the stall, I receive my food, and I ask the drive thru worker if they did put the sauce in the bag, and they said yes it is in the bag. And I got home and there's no barbecue sauce, whaaat? read more

Husband was in restroom with our son while we waited for our order. Watched an employee using the restroom and walk right out of the stall and walked past the sinks without even washing his hands. Husband proceeded to follow employee out the bathroom and watch him walk right to the back and start handling food. Husband made sure to voice this complaint to a manager but I mean how many times has this employee been doing this and not being caught. read more

Let's face it nobody really wants to eat at McDonalds in the first place. I went there bc it was last minute and I was legit hungry. Just ordering some breakfast with a small OJ and bounce. I go thru the drive thru, order, pay, get my food, and go to take a bite of my hash brown and it is legit frozen! I look at my sandwich and it's the wrong one. Ok now I'm like "not cool" and I'm going inside. I go inside, the cashier takes one looks at me and tells out to the workers in the back, "it's the guy in the truck"! In other words she knew she served me uncooked food and tossed it in the bag anyway. Cashier said "im sorry". I was like "if you knew the hash brown was frozen why serve it"? Plus they gave me the wrong cold breakfast. worst service. Will never go back there read more

McDonald's is a huge disappointment. In my last visit, I was given cold, old and nasty fries. A lot of sauces are being charged now. Even the customer service is not the greatest here. Support local burger joints instead like Five Star Burger, Flip's Burgers, or just go to In-N-Out at this point. Food is hot & fresh and customer service is a million times better! I won't be returning here ever again. read more

Came to McDonald's at 5am. Waited at the drive through for 10 mins and no one said anything. Noticed a worker spraying the drive through but didn't acknowledge me at the order screen so I drove up to first window. Lady opened the window with attitude and said they open at 0530 when Yelp states 5 am and all other McDonald's open at 5am. So I proceed to leave since she wouldn't take my order but the other worker spraying the drive through blocks my way. Not once did he lift his head to acknowledge me even as I was trying to leave. Horrible experience and one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Thanks for wasting my time read more

Was ignored for about 20 minutes until I yelled hello multiple times. Gentlemen ordered in restaurant and had been waiting for 30 minutes with no food. My food was cold by the time I received it. I am stating right off that I am not a regular customer: I am an out of towner. My experience was on Thanksgiving going through the drive thru in the early afternoon. McD's was the only game open. This location is off the freeway I-5 and in its own building in front of Walmart. With that said, the drive thru crew was awesome. They had pleasant attitudes. I ordered food and a bunch of drinks, some McCafé and some not. They apologized for the wait. I asked "what wait?", I told them they are actually quicker than my neighborhood McD's and even Starbucks. Overall I did appreciate them and they provided excellent customer service on a major holiday. read more
