Did a mobile order for breakfast on Friday morning, 7/17/26, hoping for a quick curbside pickup. Waited a good 10+ minutes for our food. We were in a bit of a hurry so hubby walked inside to see what was the hold up. The workers were standing around talking and laughing, only to discover our order was sitting on the counter behind them. A tad annoying to say the least, but overall the food was good. read more

What feels like over a decade this place has always got it right. Today they got it wrong. I have always gone through the drive thru but this time I decided to go inside and order. I truly want to love Chick-fil-A. My daughter loves it and every time we go, I hope this will be the visit that changes my mind. Unfortunately, I leave disappointed every single time. The drive-thru is a chaos get through on busy days, so pay attention. The customer service is genuinely excellent. The staff is polite, patient, and professional, and that part absolutely deserves praise. If this review were based on service alone, it would be five stars. But the food just does not live up to the hype. The chicken is often dry or bland, the buns feel underwhelming, and overall it just doesn't feel worth the price. We've tried different items, different meals, even multiple visits thinking maybe it was just an off day. It never is. I don't expect gourmet food from a fast food place, but I do expect flavor and consistency, and this just doesn't deliver for me. I always walk away thinking I could have spent the same money somewhere else and enjoyed it a lot more. I know this place has a loyal following, and I wish I was part of it. I'm just not. Great service can't make up for food that consistently falls. read more

Great service, but missed some salad toppings I usually love ordering through the Chick-fil-A app -- it's super convenient. I got my usual strawberry salad with the spicy filet, but when I got home, I realized the salad toppings were missing, so I didn't get the full flavor and crunch I expected. That said, the service was great. The team member who brought the food out to our car was really friendly and helpful. The app limits how many sauces you can add, but he went back inside and grabbed us extra without hesitation. Super appreciated! Next time I'll double check the bag before leaving, but I'll definitely still be coming back. read more

I've been coming here for a while now. The best thing about Chick-Fil-A is how fast and efficient they are. If you do drive thru it's so easy, and you don't have to wait long. I order door dash quite often from here, I enjoy their market salad, full of fruit and salad and chicken. So fresh too!!! My kids love the chicken nuggets, my wife prefers the salad wrap, also pretty good. Definitely recommend, not too many reasons to complain, they are efficient. read more

Excellent customer service from Ayden and Savannah for our breakfast today! Ayden helped me figure out how to redeem my points.... I have never done this before. He took the time to explain it to me and even though he was super busy didn't make me feel rushed. Savannah handed us our food and was super friendly too! Thought we'd take a break from home-made dinner and do chickfila as a little trear. Super long lines but friendly staff, so that's a plus. However gotta tank the score a bit for the saltiest fries known to man, and the random half melted plastic wrap in the burger we got today. We get enough microplastics day-to-day, I don't necessarily want an extra helping of it in my burger. Waste of $50. read more

Came on a Saturday, terrible service messed up order had to drive back over there from home, forgot a whole sandwhich, Mac n cheese was burnt, was black at the top & person I complained very unapologetic and refused to remake. Called corporate said they would refund never did. The workers get paid more than minimum wage... for what ? I don't know what the hype is about this place. Wont spend a dime here again read more

It's starting to feel like it isn't their pleasure. Read this before visiting this location. Arrival 1105am One person at the register. Parking is a cluster due to location. Seating area is large with a play room. It has solar covered parking which is cool. Door dash people are waiting long times for their orders also. Cars NOT displaying handicap place cards or license plates are in those spots. There's hands free trash cans here. Ceiling tile vents are dusty. Sprinkler heads are dusty. There's SEVEN cameras near the registers. I'm not sure if I feel safe or if I'm under excessive surveillance. Maybe they don't trust workers. It's weird. No support from managers or the owner operator. Nobody is walking the floor to check on customers. I was finally able to order at 1114am. So it took 10 minutes to get to the register for dine in. Food arrived at 1121am. They take Apple Pay. Trash is overflowing all over: Bathrooms and all around the restaurant. Bathroom is average cleanliness. Kids booster seats and high chairs are very filthy. Food tastes amazing. I had nuggets, mac and cheese, pepper mint shake, and spicy chicken sandwich. It was $21.39 Seats at the tables are torn. Poor quality. Tables have real flowers. Cute. Bottom line: the site is poorly maintained. Lines are long inside and outside. The same person changing trash bags handed me my tray of food. read more

Chick-fil-A has ALWAYS been amazing, but let me tell you, their breakfast? NEXT. LEVEL. I came for the chicken minis, and now I'll never be the same. Those little buttery, golden nuggets of pure heaven are so good, I'd legitimately run my boyfriend over to get to them. I'm not even kidding--he knows the risk now. The way the warm, pillowy bread melts in your mouth with the juicy, tender chicken? It's a masterpiece. Honestly, I'd wake up at 4 AM every day just to sit in their drive-thru, because life without those chicken minis isn't worth living. They've raised the bar so high, no other breakfast even compares. Came here before but haven't had the time to properly leave a review, we usually get the spicy chicken sandwich which tastes like a home cooked meal, not greasy and the buns are always fresh and soft. The staff are always excellent and deliver 6/5 service. It is very accommodating, and the drive-through usually moves very fast. Outside of the restaurant is very clean compared to the other fast food places around here. Shout out to Sid & the girls for the 10/10 drive-thru service. read more

Food was ok the new pimiento sandwich is really good. The service was probably the worst out of any chick fil a I been to, the line was long that's fine, but when I finally got to the front they proceeded to tell me my food wasn't ready and helped the 3 cars behind me they then told me to pull the curb and I did, when they got me the food I was missing my fries so I had to get out and go tell them. They said sorry and told me to get back in my car. When I finally got my fries they were unsalted I didn't request them to be. read more

I will say that I am a fan of Chick-fil-A and they typically are quick when I go through the drive thru or order in person. Their rewards program is what keeps me going back as I can always find a discount or deal with my points. Food is tasty and the service is always friendly. They do need to find a solution for when their employees take their breaks though. Many times do staff sit in a majority of the restaurant tables at various points of the day. Sometimes it can be one person to a big booth or multiple people chatting it up all throughout the restaurant. It makes it hard for customers to also sit and eat when dining in. Don't they have a break room? I know breaks are well deserved but the space is already packed enough when it's full of employees. This is my true only complaint. I'll keep coming back. read more

Amazing service!! This has to be the best Chick-fill-A in the country for service. 4 people interacted with me while I was giving my order, all with a very friendly smile. Then the food came in record time. And while I was at my table eating my food, I got asked by three different people. If there was anything they could do for me and one got me a refill. All were very friendly and kind servers. They don't even accept tips at this place and the Service was extra extraordinary. I had the Cobb salad and it was amazing. The place even had its own little special decorations, put in by the manager and pictures of happy customers that come to the restaurant. I asked for the manager to let her know how good the service was and gave her much praise and told her how seven people interacted with me and were all kind and friendly and gave exceptional service. She had this little black-and-white cowbell and rang it and gave a big Attaboy to all the employees and they all yelled out and accepted their praise. A very special Chick-fil-A for sure! I'll bet there's none like it in the country. They have bingo night on Tuesday nights and I guess all the locals come and they give away free food for bingo prizes. When I walked in the door, the manager was holding a little baby and I knew there was something special about this place. Extraordinary for sure. All for $12.52! Exceptional price as well. I ate at fancy Italian restaurant last night with my wife and it cost $125 with tip. The food wasn't as good and service was terrible. I wish all restaurants gave Service like this Chick-fill-A. The manager gave me a hug when I left, and I felt like family by the time I left. Love this place! read more

This Chick-fil-A fast food eatery can be found off of March Lane, right next door to Carl's Jr with both a drive thru and curb side pick up option. My husband and I decided to stop by here this past Thursday, around 5 pm. Being lazy we decided to do the drive thru. Even though there was a long line, we didn't wait too long to order and get our food. We ended up just ordering: Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich, $8.19 prior to tax- This sandwich is a limited offering on the menu right now. When we got back to our Airbnb (about 25 minutes later), I cut about 1/5 of this to try it and my husband ended up taking the rest with him to work the next day for breakfast. I thought the grilled chicken had a smokey taste that I thought went well with the Colby jack cheese and bacon. The bacon was sweet because the bacon is made with brown sugar. But I'm not a fan of barbecue sauce so I thought this sandwich was just okay. My husband liked the sandwich though. ----------------------------- (Total= $8.93 after tax) When an employee took our order with her tablet, I was just surprised that she didn't seem very friendly. At my local Chick-fil-A, those employees are always very friendly and in good spirits. The girl at the window was a little better but also not very friendly. Not a big deal but just surprised. Ate inside today. Always busy here inside or drive thru. Ordered bowl of soup, side salad, Mac n cheese and nuggets. Mistakingly gave us strips instead of nuggets. Glad we are inside so this was fixed quickly. Chicken noodle Soup is on point. Best fast food soup you can get! It's flavorful and tastes so good. Nuggets are hard to get wrong here. Side salad is a nice size serving add some chicken and you got a nice lil chicken salad. Inside the place is always clean. Mac and cheese is alright, not the best not the worst. I ordered 2 small chicken mini trays from the catering menu. After waiting for the manager to find time to assist Luis, she "showed" him how to do it. Instead of getting the trays as I ordered, I was charged for 4 of the 10 piece version of the chicken minis. After I pointed out the price discrepancy and the error, I was told they do not have a catering menu nor the chicken minions in the 20 or 40 piece versions. This Chick-fil-A must be different than all the others I frequent daily. read more

I wonder why they don't taste the food they are making. The sweet tea today was extremely diluted. The tea was more like iced water with a splash of tea. It's disappointing when you're ordering from a franchise and they can't be consistent in the food quality - why else would I be ordering from a fast food franchise? Where's the quality control? Hit and miss with the curb side take out. It always seems to take longer than it should. I have done it several times and it is usually quicker to just go inside or even drive thru. The food is consistent and the sauces are all unique. It is crazy how empty the parking lot is on Sunday when they are closed. I have visited this Chick-fil-a a couple times with my grandsons. They love the indoor play area. It makes for a nice incentive to get them to eat. I ordered using the online app, which is convenient in that we don't have to stand in line. The only thing was that I ordered a kids meal with a soft serve ice cream cone and the server brought out the ice cream with the food. She cheerfully took it back when I asked if the ice cream could be served after the boys ate their food. read more

I love chick-fil-A, I love the food just didn't appreciate the response I received from them. I ordered my food at the drive through and was getting ready to pay when I asked for a discount that was offered to me but however could not received it because I was not the proper dress attire. I was confused and brought this up to management and they confirmed that I had to pay full price even though a discount should have been offered to me according to Chick-Fil-A policy. The food is always great, and the customer service is speedy and polite. The ambiance can range from very busy with a lot of customers to a decent amount of customers. Only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is every time I order anything related to drinks, they always fill the cup to the brim with ice. I even ordered a drink with light ice, and my cup was still almost filled with ice. I highly recommend going to this chick fil a, however whenever you order a drink make sure to be extremely specific about how much ice you want, I even recommend asking no ice at all as well. read more
