I didn't know what I was missing! I just found this place and already I have been back twice this week. My favorite sandwich is their brisket and cheddar but they have multiple that I really enjoy. There is so much meat in every sandwich and the flavors are unique and tasty. The bread is fresh and delicious and I love the crisp pickle spear too! I feel like there are a lot of sandwich places but the quality and quantity at Firehouse so far surpasses most of the other sandwich houses we have tried. They are not even on the same level. That being said it can be pricy for a sandwich here but it is totally worth it!

    Just some more mold

We just door dashed a sandwich and it was delivered at 11:15am so I'm guessing we are one of the customers during lunch hours. The sandwich was dropped off and my wife opened it up and 2 good size pieces of mold just chilling on the top of the bread. After reading other reviews it looks like I'm not the first. With minimum wage going up for fast food workers maybe management needs to be blown out and bring someone new in to tech the workers what the hell mold is and that it should be thrown away. Unbelievable you guys are still in business smh If you're gonna give us last week bread at least give a 50% discount lol I guess maximizing profits is what's it's all about during inflation.

Good customer service and delicious foods. People working here were very nice and made the sandwich exactly like the pictures. The sandwich was hot, and soft. Perfect with a bag of crunchy chips and cold chill soda Coca Cola. There's a drive thru and plenty of parking spaces to park the car and go inside and pick up the online order.

I be ordered delivery today from here and I'm very happy with the order. 1st of all the process was easy. It also helped that on the 3rd party app I was offered a free item if I ordered $25 of food. Plus I had a 40% off coupon that I was able to use. I didn't think I'd get to use 2 coupons but it basically did it all for me. I ordered 3 subs and my total price (including a $4.54 tip on the app, plus I always give a cash tip of $5 when the food arrives because where I live can be difficult to find if the driver doesn't read my directions. So if they arrive to my door that means they read the directions and that makes me happy.) Anyways the total for todays delivery was $30.38 on card and $5 cash for the extra tip, which seems about right for 3 smaller subs if ordered in person, but 3 bigger subs being delivered by a 3rd party app usually would be close to at least $40 and then add the tip, and I think I'm even still stating a lower dollar amount. Anyways I order a CLUB ON A SUB (this was the free sub that I was offered), ENGINEER, and SMOKEHOUSE BEEF & CHEDDAR BRISKET. All 3 subs were amazing. The bread was so soft. All were on rolls, the ENGINEER was on wheat and the other 2 white. They were considered hot subs. The SMOKEHOUSE was definitely a hot sub, they all arrived warm but they were perfect. You can tell they were toasted subs I guess is what I'm trying to say, not just the SMOKEHOUSE but all 3 were. I typically would have asked for no lettuce if they were hot subs but the way they toast their sandwiches is just perfect. The lettuce isn't wilted but yet the cheese is melted and everything blended together perfectly. I posted a picture of what each of our sandwiches had on it so you can see since the names don't explain it always. Anyways this is definitely one of my 1st choices now for sandwiches and I will most definitely be going back there again soon with or without a coupon. It was like a breath of fresh air for me, receiving a delivery order at such a great price and the food tasted amazing. It doesn't get any better then that! I know I had been curious about this place for a while and if it wasn't for the coupon I may not have tried it so I'm happy I did try it and you've been like me and wondering if you should try this place then now you know, YES you should give it a try because I promise you it was amazing. I wish I would have taken more pictures of our food but I honestly ate it too fast. Enjoy! Bon Appétit

Delicious fresh sub with real meat not processed meat. Also it is not on a hot dog size bread bun.

I ordered a combo sandwich with turkey, hot salami, and jalapeño/cayenne cheddar and all the fixins and it was delicious! The Dutch crunch roll was tasty and it was a hearty sandwich! Everything tasted great. Overall, I can see why this is a Stockton staple. For $11 you get a damn good sandwich that's very filling. I would definitely return.

They really brought a fresh taste to Stockton and it sure needs a little Italian culture there lol. I have been to both New York and Italy so I have a lot to compare to and I really loved this place. Lots of fresh meat and the sandwiches are so good, the cannoli is also fresh and really good as well. Definitely going to go back again. Service was a little slow but in fairness they did have a long line, ambiance was very old Italian deli vibe. I wouldn't say Italy but I would say it's more leaving towards Brooklyn vibes.

This is with dash pass. The restaurant missed this order completely and didn't even give us our fries we added a combo to this sandwich which was sourdough bread and was cut in two no photo taken. Where my old photo had 4 sandwiches could be choice or bread. However to say the least paying almost $40 for a sandwich seems crazy only for them to forget our fries. We called the restaurant and they didn't resend our fries since door dash said no at least they tried. In the restaurant this is $11.99 and $4.99 for a combo of that is still not even half the price we paid how is that even fair. Will never order from here.

The double-fried steak fries were also a standout--crispy and perfectly seasoned. If you're passing through or in the area, definitely give this local deli a try--and don't forget to say hi to Drew! We also got The Angela with Croissant, Roast Beef, Pepper Jack Cheese, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Pepperoncini Peppers, Sprouts, Tomato, Red Onion. Both sandwiches were delicious. We also ordered two zombie sandwiches for a light dinner later that night. They are like bread buns stuffed with sandwich meat and cheese. Very good! You can have them heat the zombies for you.
