Very welcome, the service, interaction with all employees was excellent. We enjoyed sitting outside under umbrellas. I will say Filipino food/flavor is not for everyone. I did love the spaghetti. It is nothing like traditional Italian spaghetti. It's sweet very interesting. If you've never had Filipino cooking before, going with an open mind and no expectation and you'll have a great time. read more

They have never gotten my order right. There's always something missing or something I didn't order. It's very annoying because there is no phone number to call them to let them know. Today I was missing my large coleslaw and large adobo rice. Instead they just gave me tons of gravy. The chicken is very good and it's the only fried chicken my son likes. So that's why we keep going back. read more

I came back, and they finally had the Spicy Chickenjoy in stock...WAHOO!! I initially got in the drive-thru line, but it was ridiculously long, so I bailed and went inside instead. The staff was friendly, but I do think the ordering line inside could be managed better. The layout makes it hard to tell where the line begins and ends. A woman accidentally tried to cut in front of half the line because she thought I was next to order, when I was actually the last person in line. It wasn't really her fault, it was just confusing. Maybe some tape on the floor with arrows or a better queue setup would help. They have the rope barriers, but they don't seem to be doing the trick. One thing I was a little disappointed by was that this location doesn't offer the Chicken joy combo with sides **and** a pie. The Concord location has that meal, and it's a much better value than the standard combo with just the sides. I was hoping this location would have it too, but maybe it'll be added to the menu in the future. As for the food, everything was delicious! The Spicy Chickenjoy was actually spicier than I remembered, which I enjoyed. The fries were just okay, but the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were both really good. My husband also ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with spicy mayo and jalapeño coins to try (in addition to our go-to spicy chicken joy) and he actually preferred the sandwich over the Spicy Chickenjoy we usually get. And don't skip the mango peach pies, they were so good! The only downside is that the drive-thru gets incredibly backed up, but the food definitely hit the spot, and I'm glad I finally got to enjoy the Spicy Chickenjoy again. read more

I absolutely could not wait for Jollibee to reopen and apparently all of Stockton felt the same way. Whew!!! We had to wait about a month after the grand opening and it was still really busy but we finally made it in. The inside of the store is pretty tiny. Not much seating, there are some outside tables but it was cold so we decided to take our food to go. Since it was our first visit we had questions and the cashier was very patient with us which I appreciated. We tried the chicken, mashed potatoes, spaghetti, biscuits and mango pies. We all thought the chicken was pretty good. Crispy and juicy, I just wished it wasn't only dark meat. The mashed potatoes were a little lumpy and definitely tasted like instant-we weren't a fan but the gravy is lit! Dip your chicken in it and thank me later. We also enjoyed the spaghetti which is on the sweet side but also had a smoky taste. Very different to what most people are used to but it's good. The biscuits are fast food standard. I didn't try the pies but my son and bf thought they were good. Overall we enjoyed it and have already gone back once more. If it is busy just be prepared for a little wait. read more

Just wow. Again a bunch lazy kids that don't care about the business they're working for bc it's just fast food. Jollibee's entire brand was brought up by the pleasant atmosphere and bomb food they provide. Chicken was dry with zero flavor, palabok was also dry and had a piece of an egg on top barely any seasoning on top. Mac and cheese was disgusting! We tossed the whole container out. Mashed potatoes were watery and the rice was old and hard. You can't make this stuff up. The new location has really hurt their reputation. Food has ZERO flavor. Wasn't fresh at all. Kid at the register didn't know the answer to not one of my easy questions. Food doesn't taste the same at all. And it's insane bc Jollibee's in the Bay Area cook and care for their food in a whole different way and it shows. Especially for those prices. Do better! Worst $95 on some fast food fried chicken I've ever spent. read more

Jollibee is still a mess with cones everywhere with no signage indicating where the drive thru is. My 3rd time here and they never have chicken ready to go. I'm afraid this location won't survive because it's seriously mismanaged. read more

Heard Jollibbe was opening up in Stockton. I went with some co-workers as none of us have tried Jollibee but have heard of them. The students at our school rave about it. The service was fast and the server was welcoming. There was seating inside as well as outside. Enough seating for everyone to enjoy there lunch. I ordersd the spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich. It was good, crispy sandwich and moist and tender chicken. The jalapeno wasbto slices which i wish they put more than that on the sandwich. My other co work also got the same sandwich with some mac and cheese, that mac was nothing spectacular. My other Co worker ordered the regular chicken sandwich with a mango peach pie and said it was great! Overall a great experience. read more

This is my first time going to a jolly Bean there's things that I liked about it and there's things that I feel like they can improve on the best thing I liked was those pies I think she said it was a custard pie and the other one was peach mango the chicken was good the fries were good and so it was good and they need to improve on the restrooms like I know they just opened up but I will try them again read more

First things first! Stand in line, dont wait in the drive thru. We were in and out in about 20 minutes compared to most likely an hour plus in the drive thru. As for the food. It was phenomenal. Super crispy, moist , and well seasoned chicken. The fries were cooked well and had the perfect amount of salt! And the sleeper of the meal was definitely the biscuit. It was fluffy and had so much flavor. Dont wait 2 or 3 hours like some people but definitely do yourself a favor andn visit jollibees in Stockton. You wont regret it! read more

Me and my boyfriend went on Monday the 28th at 7 pm and ordered Forgotten Island meals on the app & also purchased the bracelet add-ons so that we could wear the charms. Went through drive thru to pick it up and they gave me the bag and did not see the bracelets. We went inside and they told us they sold out. I asked for a refund on them, they offered to give us pies instead. As we were in the parking lot about to leave, I changed my mind about the pies because they already come in the meal and I honestly didn't want more pies. My boyfriend asked them if we could get fries instead and they said no. I would've sufficed with just getting a refund on the bracelets in the first place. read more

I finally tried the new location! Welcome back, Jollibee. On a Wednesday night, the drive thru was not that busy. We were in and out in a flash. The chicken was flavorful and what made the meal amazing is the gravy. So delicious. Friendly service and decent pricing. We want to try the mango or ube pies next time. Get the pineapple drink as you won't be disappointed! read more

Love Jollibee! The food didn't disappoint as usual but honestly the 3 stars is just for the location. This is such a huge shopping center and they squished Jollibee into the corner with a weird drive thru angle, and the tiniest indoor seating I've ever seen. There was no room to wait around let alone barely any tables to actually eat. They had more table seating outside but it's actually near the dumpster so there wasn't a nice smell outside to say the least. Luckily they give you a pager so you don't need to be waiting like sardines inside, but it wasn't super ideal. The wait was also extremely long just for two combo meals! Seems like they're still figuring things out here at this location. read more

I've enjoyed Jollibee in Sacramento. This one is just starting up but it's just not there yet. The customer service seemed to lack passion. They went through the motions but it didn't seem genuine. The chicken was fresh. Superb. My only complaint is that spicy wasn't available. I love their spicy chicken but by the time I discovered they didn't have it, I was locked into the drive thru with no way to leave but forward. The fries didn't seem as fresh as they've been in the past and the mashed potatoes seemed to lack seasoning. Overall, really good fresh chicken but not available in Spicy. read more

This was my first experience any Jollibee. Overall, a good experience. Our order was take out. The restaurant was clean. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out where the line started. A manager had to direct people a couple times while we were there. The wait time from ordering to receiving our food was normal/acceptable for fast food. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outside of the chicken was crispy and the inside was moist which, according to their website, is the goal. A 6 piece bucket coat is $18.99+tax. For me, the value isn't there when I can get an 8 piece of Cleo's for $9.99. read more

Friday, May 1st, 2026 Approx. 1PM OVERVIEW: Get your chicken and GTFO. PROS: 1) Despite other comments on this thread to the contrary, I think their chicken taste stands up to other Jollibee restaurants in the US and abroad. 2) Convenient location CONS: 1) This location was probably designed by some corporate numbskulls who were only thinking profit on their investment and not about pleasing the customer. That is why there is almost no seating space on the establishment. So the unspoken message from management/ownership is, "Get your chicken and GO HOME! Don't even bother trying to eat here." 2) Further to the above regarding corporate profits, the pricing scheme at the Stockton location seems to be the same as that of locations in other major cities. So it seems that management doesn't care about the economic demographics of Stockton, and are all about taking in as much as possible. If the corporate marketing people did their jobs, they would find a way to promote discounts like the 12 piece Chickenjoy Meal Deal that other locations offer. 3) Like other people have commented on this thread, there were like at least twenty (20) personnel working behind the counter during my visit, but it took almost twenty (20) minutes for me to get my order. Total inefficiency. It appears that the staff hasn't been really trained in functioning as a high-performance/high-output team. I mean, does it REALLY require twenty people, at any given time, to make fried chicken? If your main product is making fried chicken, the management should focus on doing this quickly at a high-volume pace. That's it. SUMMARY: If you want some yummy fried chicken, and are willing to pay a couple bucks extra for it, use the DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW to order. Don't bother trying to order inside. Otherwise, in this era of high inflation, if you want yummy fried chicken at a cheaper price, Google some Chinese restaurants in Stockton which do fried chicken as well. read more

Tried Jollibee yesterday and was surprised it wasn't too busy--there wasn't much of a wait. The inside is pretty small, especially the ordering area, so it makes sense why lines can form outside. There's no real indoor dining, just a small seating area while you wait, plus a few tables outside. The chicken was good--crispy and flavorful. But the adobo rice was a miss for me--it was mushy and didn't have much flavor, almost like plain rice with a gravy texture. Not really sure what the hype is about--nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either. It just felt like another fast food spot. read more

For all the hype that this place gets, I wasn't overly impressed. I'm inclined to give them a little grace since this location has only been open for a week or so but for me it's a no. The food was average at best. I had the original chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was very disappointing, not hot at all and very lacking in flavor. The fries were good. A little crispy(which I like) but could have been saltier. The store itself was clean and the Customer service was polite and professional . For a place that prides itself in chicken, it was a letdown. read more

A Huge Thank You to Jollibee's and Manager Fatima! I'm the Program Manager at Central Valley Training Center (CVTC) in Stockton, CA, an Adult Day Program dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities. During the week of August 3-7, 2026, I stopped by Jollibee's to share information about our CVTC Open House, which was held on Friday, August 7, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While there, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jollibee's Manager, Fatima. I gave her a brief overview of what we do at CVTC and left her my business card. To make a long story short, Fatima contacted me on Thursday, August 6, and shared that she wanted to provide lunch for our 80+ volunteers, including staff and managers, who would be supporting our Open House. We were absolutely blown away when Fatima arrived with lunch for 100+ volunteers, all while wearing the biggest smile! Her generosity and kindness truly blessed our entire CVTC team. On behalf of CVTC, our staff, managers, and everyone who helped make our Open House a success, THANK YOU, Jollibee's and Manager Fatima, for supporting and serving our community! Your generosity means more than you know, and we are incredibly grateful for your kindness and partnership. Thank you for blessing CVTC! read more

I was SO excited to see Jollibee finally open back up in Stockton on Pacific Ave! There used to be one here years ago, so this felt like a full-circle moment for me. Me and my husband decided to go get some today. First off.. yes, the drive-thru took about 35 minutes, but honestly... it just opened, so that's expected. The hype is real, and people are showing up! All these negative reviews I've been seeing are honestly over the top. If you know Jollibee, you KNOW, it's darn good! Now let's talk about the food: The chicken? As always, absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, super juicy and tender on the inside, with that crispy, golden, crunchy coating on the outside that hits every time. Too plain? Add some gravy! Still, it's good to me The peach mango pie? SO good. Sweet, warm, and crispy...definitely one of my favorites. I really wanted the ube pie, but they didn't have it yet. Hopefully soon! The Yum Burger was about a 6/10 for me. It wasn't bad at all, just a little too small & plain for my liking. I also wish they had the Aloha burgers available, but since they just opened, I get that the full menu isn't ready yet. Mashed potatoes and gravy? OMG. 10/10. No notes. Creamy, flavorful, and just straight-up comfort food. Fries were pretty standard, but definitely NOT cold like some people are saying. Mine were fresh and hot. And the pineapple quencher?? WOW. So refreshing and perfect for this hot weather. I would go back just for that alone. Overall, I'm super happy they're back in Stockton. Once they roll out more menu items, it's going to be even better. I already know I'll be coming here a lot more often! Give them a little grace...they just opened. The food is worth it! read more

The food is ok, nothing special but not terrible. I wish I could rate the building itself. I would give one star. This restaurant was built from a plot of land, they could have built it exactly like they wanted. Why wouldn't you build a dining room for inside dining? Stockton has very hot summers and come winter time, who wants to sit under an umbrella outside? I cannot believe that whomever decided to build this restaurant didn't have the sense to have indoors dining. read more

Chicken - 3/5. (Didn't have spicy as an option) Regular is bland. The chicken itself is juicy. Gravy is what makes it. Adobo Rice - 3/5 Great smell. Needs way more salt. Mushy but decent. Mashed - 4/5 Good for fast food. A bit above KFC . Texture is good. Mac and Cheese - 4/5 same as the Mash. Better than most Fast Food ones. Spaghetti - 4/5 not your traditional spaghetti. Sweet. Very unique. Fries - 2/5 Cold. No salt. No crunch. Worst of all the items we had. Gravy - 4/5 you pretty much need to dip everything already not covered in it to get some flavor going. They didn't have spicy. Which is a joke. It blows away the original. Messed up the order and left stuff out. First word that comes to mind after finishing. Bland. read more

The Angus Aloha Yumburger was good, and my husband enjoyed the pineapple touch. I ordered the Palabok and was expecting it to come with shrimp and lemon slices, but it did not. It was okay, but not something I would order again. The Jolly Spaghetti was disappointing. It was quite dry, with some of the pasta ends hard and only a small dollop of sauce in the center, it went to waste. Next time, we'll try the chicken and adobo rice, although I've read several reviews saying the adobo flavor is pretty mild. The service was okay. The staff seemed very busy, which honestly surprised me. The restaurant itself is quite small inside, with only a small outdoor eating area. Overall, it was an average experience, but we'll give a few more menu items a try before making a final judgment. read more

First time coming and it was worth the wait until the crowds settled down. I got the Spicy Avocado Chicken Sandwich meal. The sandwich was a good size and the I loved the fact there's fresh jalapeño on it! It is a spicy sandwich for sure not unbearable for just enough to get a kick. The fries are disappointing they are basic Sysco fries you get at any other restaurant where Sysco delivers. For the drink I got the pineapple quencher which was a great surprise! That drink was delicious! The drive-thru line was not long but I did have to wait at the numbered parking spots because the chicken was still being cooked! Which honestly I am not complaining about because the chicken was fresh, piping hot and delicious! The store itself is small, and there seems to be limited indoor seating, not a deal breaker for me but it might be for some. There is outdoor seating but with the afternoon heat it's not the most comfortable. read more

This is not our first time ordering from this location, this time we ordered delivery via Door Dash. Driver was quick and prompt, chicken was underwhelming, size are small compared to to previous order, not to mention I ordered 12 pieces chicken joy, only got 11 pieces and one bucket suppose to be original flavor and got spicy flavor!! Did these employees failed their food product training or don't know how to count to 12 ? Definitely disappointed with their food this time. I couldn't recommend this place read more

This was my first time trying Jollibee, and I'm honestly so glad I did. I was in town visiting before heading back down south and wanted to grab a good meal before my road trip. I remembered I had never tried Jollibee before and had heard it just opened, so l figured it was the perfect time to give it a shot. Right away, I noticed how easy it was to get to and how much parking was available, which made the whole experience stress-free. The restaurant itself was super clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and attentive. They were ready to help before I even had to ask, which made everything feel really welcoming. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with jalapeños and spicy sriracha mayo, and it was So good. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor really stood out. I've had a lot of spicy chicken sandwiches from places like KFC and Chick-fil-A, but this one honestly tasted fresher and lighter in comparison. Today was pancit palabok day. No waiting in line at 2 pm. Lots of people, waiting for their orders. All dining tables filled. I love the palabok but it can do with a little bit more sauce and chicharon topping. My main question is what happened to the calamansi packet that used to come with the palabok? Bring your own calamansi, I guess. Service was polite and helpful. All the dining tables were occupied, indoor and outdoor. When the full summer heat hovering in the 100's descend on Stockton, what happens to the outdoor dining? There are only 3 tables for indoor dining. The intent probably was to use this outlet mainly for take out. read more

I am never one to sit down and write a yelp review, but I experienced THE WORST food poisoning from my meal Sunday night. I would proceed with caution as, yes, this is a very new location, but as a 209 local, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food I received, having had an unpleasant 8-12 hours after eating the meal around 8:30pm. Seasoning on the Chickenjoy has been lacking last few times I have gone, & with this incident something tasted fairly off. Spaghetti and gravy tasted completely fine, I will say. I'm disheartened because the crispy chicken quality is just not there anymore. I will be skipping my Jollibee cravings, after this traumatic restaurant experience. read more

Took 20 mins waiting in drive thru line to order. They dont currently have tenders and don't serve chicken breast in their chicken meals, only legs and thighs. The sandwich is chicken breast. Ordered mashed potato's peach mango pie, spicy and original chicken sandwich with fries, last a pineapple drink. They had us wait for our chicken sandwiches. Waited 10-15mins for our food. The fries were cold and sucked because they were cold. Complete waste of money. The mashed potato's did taste good but again COLD, so didn't eat them. The biscuit was barely warm and had to use to scoop up the mashed as they failed to add utensils even when I specifically asked before I left the window to wait. Also didn't get the ketchup I also asked for, but would have been a waste as the fries were inedible because they were served COLD! The chicken sandwich was the only item we received hot. It was a good sandwich but for the wait we could go across the street and get hot fries or elsewhere. Disappointed in the cold food. Will be a while before I come back here. Workers were "jolly" but couldn't make up for the cold food served. read more

Love love love the spaghetti and pineapple quencher! The chicken is always crunchy and flavorful. Staff is welcoming and friendly.

Jollibee is for people who don't know how to cook chicken well and or are just lazy. The chicken is fried to the perfect point, just not much flavor in the batter, also don't have a spicy option yet. Fries are decent but cold by the time we got home. Didn't order any other sides cause I have no reason to get dirty rice & spaghetti from a chicken spot. I can wholeheartedly say the gravy was the highlight of the meal by far. Most hyped part was easily the pies, they need some cinnamon or something but the sweetness of peach & mango just wasn't for me. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely not worth the time or money. read more

So... this is the second Jollibees.. after the first location off west lane and hammer closed in 2018 and here we are again 7 years later. I've actually had Jollibees before a number of times (first time around 2002) being your Bay Area locations and sometimes safe. I've heard the first Jollibee closure was due to high building rent costs of course it's shared building space... but now I've seen their social media posts regarding the new Stockton location (and another NYC somewhere) about first 50 customers this and that drive through or online order or in line for pickup... Not mentioning dine in like their other grand opening in NYC.. so hmmm and this Stockton location is small. So thought to myself is this the first non dine in Jollibee... ever?... Like how I went to the McDonalds downtown one time to wait and and eat in while having my car worked on across the street but came to find out you got a tall and short table but no chairs and a timed limit?? So I actually had a chance to speak with a higher up working there like a week before this new location opening when I just parked and wanted to check it out and seeing a car approached coming out he said that they're obviously not opened yet; nice guy named Dave. We chatted and yes there is no dine in but it may just be temporary but they're going to setup an outdoor dining area. Id assume maybe rent costs is lesser this time as to why the first location is closed but he said the first location was in a bad area and bad crime. Hmm. Plus there isn't going to be much staff because .. well it's small. He said it could be booming soon for just these small Togo/ drive through type locations though there will be a small seating area but that's where revenue will be a bit more. So I frankly think this will be a drive thru/ to go only and just eat in the car or parking lot - I'd think a dine in area would be nice but depends if there are going to be ppl loitering or just hanging around and being sketchy but since this is part of the mall I'd imagine there's a good security presence as well as police presence as they can stop by the mall sometimes especially with some of the reserved police parking spots out there. I came through coming from the gym on opening day on Good Friday and blew it eating meat.. arrived 7:30pm and the line was slowly moving. The store manager's family came thru out of town and congratulated her on the new location and so I wish her well in running this place for years to come. And so it was an hour and a half wait and I had a 3pc burger steak gravy patties with rice for myself which was delicious.. and got palabok to bring home to the fam along with 5 mango pies. They had a temp outside dining area with 4-5 tables with chairs and several umbrellas for shade and that's where I ate. I'd imagine it'll still be busy like this for maybe another two weeks until it dies down but then again their flyer has promos starting after 4/10 until end of June if you buy a certain amount of food you get a free chicken sammich.. $3 off any $15 or more purchase. I will come back again for sure which they should have ube pies this time (they ran out when I went so just had mango). read more

Food was Great! Gave me nostalgia. Picking up food was not so great. Watched about 5 orders get picked up before mine. Asked the person who dispatches the food what's taking so long, Told me "they're still making the burger" really?!?! 2 burgers!?!?!? Are they processing the patties back there too? 2 mins later all of a sudden my order is ready. My goodness, They have probably over 20 staff members on shift and still couldn't get the order out promptly. Pro Tip: Don't be discouraged to park your non EV vehicle in the EV parking spot.
