This seems to be my go-to Jack-in-the-Box when I'm craving their products or I have a coupon to use. Right now they have 2 for $4 breakfast croissants served all day. Well worth the money. I like that they serve breakfast all day. Sometimes I don't get up quite early enough for breakfast at the other fast food places. :-) I was also craving their crunchy tacos. Can't beat them for $.60 each or two for $1.20. Del taco has $.50 tacos on Tuesdays (3/$1.49). Jack-in-the-Box has $.60 tacos every day (2/$1.19) No comparison on quantity, quality and taste! Jack-in-the-Box wins hands-down. Pay that extra $.10. They are worth it. Neither taco is gourmet but you certainly get more bang for your buck from Jack-in-the-Box. I'm just tired of fighting with Del Taco to put some ingredients in their cheap tacos. Helpful and friendly employees at this location... read more

Had a bad experience today I ordered 4 tacos and Cashier Jean M, charged me for an extra churro that I didn't ask for by the way. she didn't tell me that she charged me only after the fact that I got my food, she began to tell me she charged me and when I told her I didn't want it, and wanted my refund for the churro, she gave it to me anyway. I suggest you pull her from the cashier unacceptable. 9/18/2025 at 10:45 am Edit: not coming back here read more

Placed a mobile order for 6 am breakfast. Got there at 6:10am, sat in drive through line with other patron for approx 8 (I have nothing else to do) minutes. Lights are on, no one comes to speaker. I drive up to drive through, no one comes to window. I leave, look back and see someone walk to front counter. I drive back through drive through and proceed to wait at window, woman comes to window and says they are not open. I explained I placed a mobile order to which the website says this location opens at 6 and that's the only way the apps would've taken my order. ODDLY she turns around, grabs my order and hands it to me. SO WTF??? read more

My gripe is the use of coupons. Why are you limiting the use of coupons to 2 items now? In the past I get to use as much coupons that I can redeem without questions asked. Isn't that added income for you guys? What if we stop patronizing you in favor of fast foods who don't limit the use of coupons such as Carl's Jr, etc? Why issue multiple coupons in the mail when you'll limit its use for just 2? It just doesn't make sense. Supermarkets allow unlimited use of its coupons, why not you guys. It's like telling your customers to bring their business somewhere else. I want a response from corporate people and not from a lead crew or store manager telling me it's in fine print in the coupons that states it limits the use of 2 at any given time. That's BS on you and here's hoping you lose customers and business, your products taste TRASH anyways. Hope your brand goes out of business soon! read more

very bad customer service horrible didn't even wanna hear me out on my order telling me it doesn't matter just pull up to the window

Just horrible. Terrible customer service when ordering, then after we pulled up to the window and paid, they asked us to pull up and park in front of the door....I'm guessing to restart their clock and hide the fact that they don't actually have fast service. So, after sitting in the sun for several minutes waiting for them to bring the food out, they gave us the wrong sauces, so she we went back inside to get them and after driving away we revised they left out one of the curly fries for the $13 Sourdough Jack meal we paid for! Incompetent and non-professional workers. read more

Normally good service, today tried to order biscuit special, got to the window they don't have it, you want something else. Okay, ordered two Sausage Breakfast Jacks, easy, right? I am very disappointed with Jack in the box tonight. Normally I enjoy their food but this time they really lost my vote. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me instead 2 pieces of chicken on a sandwich that was so stiff I couldn't bite through which is why I opened the sandwich to check to see what was going on. This sandwich was uneatable and I will never spend another dollar here again!! I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone!! read more

I arrived at 6:00am and waited for 7 minutes until 6:07am with no response in the drive thru. I called an employee with was walking inside if they were open, they're supposed to open at 6:00am, and he looked at me and didn't respond. Poor management. read more

"Due to Covid BS, I can't help you. Like I can't bring you the order, you'll have to go through drive thru again," says the Jack in the box employee. We tried calling the number listed and it leads to voice mail. The employee continues to say, "as you can see the line is long, they won't pick up." I don't know why I keep going back to this fast food chain on this location when I know they don't want to do their job. Our receipt time stamp was at 7:25pm. We checked our food as we drove away to see that we didn't receive our chicken sandwich. And that where we encountered the young man that works here. We went through drive thru again and pulled out at 7:44pm. No apologies or discount. Super disappointed read more

The food I got was good, tasty and crispy. in my opinion, Service wasn't rude or inconsiderate. And the ambiance from the drive thru, I couldn't really tell, lmao. I'm leaving a 5 stars because my mother was being a bitch to the workers. Sorry workers. read more

I currently live in Modesto and worked in Stockton for the past nine years. I've had my share of visits to this Jack-in-the-Box. Their service here has been amazing every single time I have not yet been disappointed one time. the food is always hot. The customer service is always amazing and the employees are very professional and helpful and pleasant to be around. the management and employees are doing an amazing job and deserve recognition. I am definitely surprised at the overall very high customer service this location has been provided over the years!! read more

I love the girl with the red lipstick and bootycall hour shift staff because she/they are always super nice and on top of their game with customer service and politeness. However my complaint is with the other staff who couldn't even correct my order or gave false advertisement and didn't even own up to their own mistake. The nuggets price was placed lower on the drive thru screen and the worker had to come and check. Even after checking (I was right, she was wrong) she then said, "the price on the sign is wrong, we didn't change it yet" and went ahead and tried to charge me full price... Excuse me, it's your job to change the screen to match the price accordingly and that's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. HATE this Jack in the Box, stocking to McDonald's (at least their prices are honest) read more

Disappointed. I'm usually quite patient when it comes to fast food workers, I understand they are very busy at times so I'm okay to wait. This time was an exception for my impatience when I had to wait 40 minutes for a small order that I eventually had to ask for a refund for. I, alongside other customers, were waiting up to even an hour! "Fast food" isn't that fast anymore, especially here. The workers seems to have poor time management skills and priorities especially with attending drive thru customers before the ones that had been waiting for much much longer. Safe to say, I am not returning. read more

Best Jack in the Box. I met my girlfriend here. I LOVEE THIS PLACE!

They have a hard time getting the taco orders correct if you have a special request. I've also watched them toss people's orders on to the counter like they don't care. If you try to call their number to let them know they got the order wrong, good luck because they won't answer. I've had a manager or someone call me back after completing a survey in the past and I specifically had said that a good time to contact me is between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, but she attempted to reach me several times during the middle of the day. Once I spoke with her she sounded like she was busy at home doing other things...very unprofessional. I just filled out a survey again because, surprise, they got my tacos wrong again and they won't answer their phone. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Regardless of value, specifications, quality, taste are my satisfaction

I must agree with my brother here... for the lack of options of kewl restaurants in Stockton... and also for the excess of availability of the Jack in the Box chain... this place gets 4 stars for having the widest selection of stuff for fast food. When I feel like having a coronary artery disease, I just order a Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger here. Curly fries with House ranch.. mmmmm....I love their antenna balls too. read more

Let's just see this place for what it offers ok. They serve FAST food right? And they do just that. The fastest drive thru of all Jack-In-the-Box locations around here.
