My gripe is the use of coupons. Why are you limiting the use of coupons to 2 items now? In the past I get to use as much coupons that I can redeem without questions asked. Isn't that added income for you guys? What if we stop patronizing you in favor of fast foods who don't limit the use of coupons such as Carl's Jr, etc? Why issue multiple coupons in the mail when you'll limit its use for just 2? It just doesn't make sense. Supermarkets allow unlimited use of its coupons, why not you guys. It's like telling your customers to bring their business somewhere else. I want a response from corporate people and not from a lead crew or store manager telling me it's in fine print in the coupons that states it limits the use of 2 at any given time. Placed a mobile order for 6 am breakfast. Got there at 6:10am, sat in drive through line with other patron for approx 8 (I have nothing else to do) minutes. Lights are on, no one comes to speaker. I drive up to drive through, no one comes to window. I leave, look back and see someone walk to front counter. I drive back through drive through and proceed to wait at window, woman comes to window and says they are not open. I explained I placed a mobile order to which the website says this location opens at 6 and that's the only way the apps would've taken my order. I am very disappointed with Jack in the box tonight. Normally I enjoy their food but this time they really lost my vote. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me instead 2 pieces of chicken on a sandwich that was so stiff I couldn't bite through which is why I opened the sandwich to check to see what was going on. We tried calling the number listed and it leads to voice mail. The employee continues to say, "as you can see the line is long, they won't pick up." Their service here has been amazing every single time I have not yet been disappointed one time. the food is always hot. The customer service is always amazing and the employees are very professional and helpful and pleasant to be around. the management and employees are doing an amazing job and deserve recognition. This seems to be my go-to Jack-in-the-Box when I'm craving their products or I have a coupon to use. Right now they have 2 for $4 breakfast croissants served all day. Well worth the money. I like that they serve breakfast all day. Sometimes I don't get up quite early enough for breakfast at the other fast food places. :-) I was also craving their crunchy tacos. Can't beat them for $.60 each or two for $1.20. Del taco has $.50 tacos on Tuesdays (3/$1.49). Jack-in-the-Box has $.60 tacos every day (2/$1.19) No comparison on quantity, quality and taste! Jack-in-the-Box wins hands-down. Pay that extra $.10. They are worth it. Neither taco is gourmet but you certainly get more bang for your buck from Jack-in-the-Box. I love the girl with the red lipstick and bootycall hour shift staff because she/they are always super nice and on top of their game with customer service and politeness. However my complaint is with the other staff who couldn't even correct my order or gave false advertisement and didn't even own up to their own mistake. The nuggets price was placed lower on the drive thru screen and the worker had to come and check. Even after checking (I was right, she was wrong) she then said, "the price on the sign is wrong, we didn't change it yet" and went ahead and tried to charge me full price... They have a hard time getting the taco orders correct if you have a special request. I've also watched them toss people's orders on to the counter like they don't care. If you try to call their number to let them know they got the order wrong, good luck because they won't answer. I've had a manager or someone call me back after completing a survey in the past and I specifically had said that a good time to contact me is between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, but she attempted to reach me several times during the middle of the day. Once I spoke with her she sounded like she was busy at home doing other things...very unprofessional.
