I mean what not much I can say it's Jack in the Box. I love their Oreo cookie Shake it's been pretty consistent. I don't really go here as often as I used to but I did love their sour Jack. Everything has gotten so expensive these days. I just wanted a sweet treats today. Definitely take advantage of the drive-thru on this day. read more

I visited Jack in the Box in Stockton, CA [1916 E March Ln] on Saturday, 2/1/25, around 2 AM. I decided to get tacos. They were prepared well. The wait time in the drive-thru line was decent. It took about 20 minutes for this visit. The customer service was fine. This Jack in the Box location is pretty standard. It is open 24 hours, which is extremely convenient, especially for a late-night bite. read more

Great customer service employees were really on time and welcoming my food was very fresh will be returning to this jack in the box

I ordered a garden salad and this salad is hardly a salad. I order doble chicken that was okay but this is some kind of joke I hardly write reviews. Would have been much easier to tell me that they had no salads. Because this salad is a joke of a salad with hardly any lettuce. read more

Our food was literally thrown together in the munchies meal box, my burger was thrown together barely put together, my fries were literally burnt. Spicy chicken sandwich was burnt, whoever was in the kitchen cooking needs to get out of that kitchen. The lady that gave us our food, had a bad attitude acted as she didn't like her job. Honestly one of the worst experiences at jack in the box read more

I usually try to overlook the consistently poor service at this location, but today was just unacceptable. The curly fries were disgustingly old, stale, and completely inedible. Actually made me sick. On top of that, the burger they served was cold. How does that even happen? I can't believe food in that condition is being handed to customers. This location seriously needs to be reevaluated for both food quality and safety standards. read more

Horrible service from the short Hispanic girl with the very thin arched eyebrows working today. 03/16/26 10:00am she seemed to be very bothered that I was there to place an order rather to pick up an order as if she did not want to be put on register at all and made it very clear.. this is Stockton after all.. read more

I only gave them a star because the survey wouldn't allow zero. I chipped my tooth on one of tho tacos.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, that's exactly what i'd give them! I just got out of work. I work in Bay Area, so you already know the traffic from there to Stockton is 1h 45m in a car. I decide I don't want to cook dinner today.. so I chose jack in the box. I arrived at 5:31pm and wasn't able to order at the window til 6:11 got my food by 6:37pm I sat in the drive through for 1h & 6m!!! It's called FAST FOOD for a reason. There is no reason I should sit in a drive through line for 1h & 6 fucking minutes. I know what most people reading this will say... "Then go home & cook and you won't have this problem." Well sometimes you just are too tired. Also I know some of you may say "why didn't you just leave I was already blocked in by too many people and apparently people don't know what reverse lights look like or how to back up when you ask. So I was stuck. Cause believe me I thought of leaving after 15 mins in line. Anyways, back to ordering. Once I get to the sign thingy, takes them 3 mins to even say "Welcome can I take your order" no apologies for wait.. I start ordering, lady doesn't understand me, barely speaks good english, keeps saying hold on. Took me 7 mins just to order 2 meals!!! 2 meals!!!!! Then another 15 mins to get from ordering window to the pay window! This place is complete garbage from customer service to quality of food. Cause let me tell you. They forgot napkins, sauces. Food was not even room temperature it was COLD. I will not be returning & I do not recommend anyone to come. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!! read more

Unprofessional. Waited in line just for them to have me wait out front for 20 minutes for one order. Smdh than to top it off I had to go in to get my food because they forgot I was waiting. Took my whole lunch period. And they gave me no sauce. Don't waste time going here 35 minutes for a 12 piece. read more

About the worst/ghetto jack in the box I've ever been to. Never had an experience when coming here where the workers never give you an attitude. Surprisingly it's always the older ones. Every time i order something, it's almost always over cooked to the point where it's hard, dry, and tasteless. Sometimes they just toss it together like a mess, like they don't even try. And some of these people expect to be paid higher wages in the fast food industry when they can't even fry fries without over cooking them. Their only saving grace that they're open 24/7. Otherwise, avoid at all cost if you have too. read more

Food was fast but they forgot about the tacos that's was paid for !!! Would not recommend this hood spot

This restuarant management needs to step in. This is the 2nd time we ordered here, first time they missed a sandwich and fries. This time i ordered a lettuce wrap no bun and this is what i got. And guess what half way eating this so called lettuce wrap chicken sandwich and found a hair in that. Horrible! Worst place i ever ate. read more

Horrible , ghetto , unprofessional. I am in shock at how your staff treats people. I pull up and hear the worker yelling at a customer at the drive thru. While waiting for my mobile order the staff is screaming at ppl ahead of me. I get to the window and the workers was so unprofessional. My food was disgusting ,burnt ,hard and missing meat. I could have called back to complain but after seeing how they treat customers for just ordering I don't feel like arguing with people like that. read more

Do yourself a favor check your food before leaving ... As you can see my sandwich looks like it's been sitting on the beach taking a tan pretty sure all they did was warm it up from a previous order or so. I called spoke to the manager said she would personally redo my order but my order schould not have to be redone Especially when I'm almost half way home ..Jack in the box schould be shamed if it was not for the customers the business would not be standing get it together.... Start taking customers seriously make the food as if your family member was about to eat that meal... Worst Jack in Box ever been the same for years. The slowest service possible. Definitely gotta have patience.

How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon ultimate cheeseburger? I didn't notice until I got home so I was pretty upset

Whatever happened to cook to order. Wasn't this the place that said food wasn't cooked until you ordered it? Bull Crap! I had the nerve to crave chicken strips and fries. This was the closest to me and I wish I would have just took the ride elsewhere. That little Munchie box they got was perfect ON THE MENU. They sold me a box with some old ass shit in it. Chicken strips was doughy. Ugh! My husband and I was going to share a snack before dinner. He said that was the worse snack ever. I swear I almost broke my tooth on a onion ring. It was hard like it was fried 3 times 5 days ago. How could they even do that s***. Selling old s*** to save a dollar is stupid. We're done with this location. PERIOD read more

ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!!!!! This establishment allows their employees to STEAL and charge customer's credit cards for their own meals meals. My husband went through the drive through today and was not given his card back after it was charged. When he went to look for it we checked the bank while he went looking for it in the car. The bank showed that there were two separate charges for today and my husband only used his card once. When I asked did he remembered if they returned it, he did not, so he went back. When he got there, they made him walk from the front over to the drive thru window where the cars are to talk to someone. The person at the window looked and found his card, but told him he could not do the refund and he would have to call corp. Then the manager stepped in and said she could do the refund. And that was it. My problem is I dont know if my husband's card was copied or not, but that is unauthorized and it is theft, so you can best believe We will be filing a formal complaint and someone better have an answer how they will deal with this issue. Totally disgusted with this location!!! read more

I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!! This is one of the worst locations to order at. The service is so slow, the fries are usually stale and barely warm among other reasons (missing condiments, etc.). I don't think I've ever had a really satisfying meal from here. And just recently, while I was waiting patiently (what else can you do?) for my order at the drive thru, as I finally received my order and got home to eat, to my dismay and utter frustration, I bit into my Jumbo Jack burger and found to my shocking disbelief the absence of the burger patty itself. I don't usually post negative reviews because I try to be a patient person and I don't like hating on establishments but this is unacceptable and inexcusable. They have to step up their service game specially since their prices are going up and up and people are hard up financially nowadays and are very choosy on how to spend their hard earned money on food. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!!! Even if this is the closest one to my house. read more

You gotta have patience. They often have one person working. 4 cars in the drive thru could be an hour wait. Nice staff tho.

Drive thru couldn't be any slower if they tried , I can drive across town and get food before a few car line here .

This has got to be the worse Jack in the Box In the area. Was in the drive through for 30 mins after ordering my food. I've noticed this every time I come to this place. Today was the last day for me. No one seemed to be in a rush to make the kind shorter or to get people out. It's crazy! Definitely don't ever come on your lunch break. read more

Bring a book to read or watch YouTube while you wait in this drive thru line. Got here about 11:30 pm and had about 5 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. Didn't end up getting my food until 12:49. The kid that's taking the drive thru orders has no clue what he's doing. The food is cold by the time you get it, once again cause the kid working the drive thru takes forever to take your order and also doesn't know how to make change fast enough. Horrible experience, probably would never go back to this jack again. I knew I should have just went to another location after reading the comments but had to try it for myself. read more
