I love their kale juices (especially when I feel like being healthy)! I think that most Jamba places are pretty consistent with their drinks, which I'm satisfied with. My friend and I tried their acai bowls today since it was 50% off. I thought they were a little pricey for the size, but the taste was decent. They could have added more toppings but overall it was yummy. My friend, however, is from SoCal and said that the acai bowls from there are incomparable. She said the ones here are more tart-y and liquidy rather than having a thicker consistency. Not sure if we would buy them again at full price, but we are always down for a drink here! read more

I usually go to the Lincoln Plaza location, but today I decided to go here instead. This will be the last time I go to this location. Staff/service was truly terrible. My friend and I walked into the empty store and found 3 workers behind the counter. One of them said "hi" immediately, and then we were pretty much ignored for the next five minutes while they did who knows what. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE. This is a business. If you don't serve your customers, why is it open? Poor poor training. Finally a girl comes over and takes my order. Okay, thank goodness for that. I went and sat down, only to realize that after she had taken my order, she'd once more disappeared off to who knows where, and my friend was left standing there awkwardly by the counter for yet another five minutes until she once more emerged from the back. No explanation whatsoever. In the meantime the other two workers failed to acknowledge that we were in the store at all. I believe they were attending to the ultra important business of wiping the counter (which by the way, looked pristine. Like I said, empty store) Because obviously if that counter was not wiped immediately, it would have run off or something. *rolls eyes* Word to the wise...counters can wait. A new location! I am usually skeptical of new locations because it often takes them awhile to get menu items right because the staff is most likely newly trained. However, I was near this one today and decided to give it a go. This location was kept very clean and has ample parking outside. The staff was also friendly and catered to my request of a smoothie being "extra thick." The girl finished blending the smoothie, popped the top off and flipped it over asking me, "Is this thick enough?" :) And not one drop spilled out. My picks: 1) The Berry Fulfilling when I care. 2) The Citrus Squeeze when I should care. 3) The Matcha Green Tea Blast when I obviously don't care. The service of this place is quite fast and attentive. The workers will help suggest items as well as prepare your drinks/food in a timely manner. This might be their downside also, as I ordered a Watermelon Splash Fruit refesher and somehow ended up with a bunch of strawberry seeds in my drink. There are so many jamba juices, but this one really stood out to me because of the customer service. I went it and used my coupon for my free birthday smoothie. The lady working the register was so nice and talked to me and told me happy birthday multiple times. Then when I went to pick up my smoothie from the counter, that girl was really nice, and the guy working more towards the back yelled to tell me to have a good day, then the girl working the register took the time to tell me happy birthday again. Drink was great, service was quick but one of the employees MAKING DRINKS (I think he was doing mobile orders cause there was a lady doing all the in person orders) wasn't wearing his mask correctly. I understand it can get hard to breathe wearing one but if your employee isn't wearing it right they might as well not wear one at all. I commend the rest of the staff for wearing theirs properly to ensure their customers are protected. I have visited this location before and it's a hit or miss. I went in on Saturday and had my re-usable cup and handed it to the cashier who was overly sweet, but I told her that I had water in it and if she could just rinse it, then things changed and she said no they don't do that even for water...I have used my cup elsewhere and only one other time had water in it and Livermore never gave me an issue. So she comes back and says we can throw the water out if that is what you say is in there....Really! Jamaba Juice is beyond overrated. They don't ever blend the smoothies enough, it's a chore to get it through the straw. It's marketed as "healthy" and everyone seems to think it is but most of their offerings are terrible for you. Flavorwise again they fail. The fruit may look amazing on the shelf and it may smell amazing but it's not good quality fruit. It's not fully ripe which shows in the flavor of the smoothies. read more

About a month ago after about an hour long bike ride to work I came in with the intention to order a smoothie as a pick me up before my shift. I'm an avid costumer at Jamba Juice so I'm well versed in what their menu has to offer. I wanted to try something different on the secret menu but as a disclaimer the secret menu sites say not all locations offer all secret recipes. Anyway, there was one person in front of me and no one behind me, but their employee who was working the cash register, Bryana, had the audacity to give a me, a bystanding costumer, a dose of fiery attitude as an unwanted smoothie boost free of charge. I politely asked if they could make a Pacific Passion (basically a Caribbean Passion with pineapple sherbet) off of the secret menu anticipating the team members not knowing how to make it. The cashier quickly cuts me off mid sentence while speaking to me in a condescending tone and sharply shifting her head saying "What is that? We don't have that here. (5 seconds later trying to correct her distasteful attitude) Do you know what's in it?" As I contemplate on telling her the recipe but quickly perceiving that her time is more important than mine, I cut her off and just tell her to order me a large Peach Pleasure immediately asking for my receipt and change so I can take my leave. Her attitude was disgusting and uncalled for. They weren't even busy @ 5pm on a Saturday. Bryana was unhelpful, grossly impatient, and rude. I'd be back again if it wasn't for the deplorable customer service. Probably the other locations in town are better. Half a star for the decent smoothie and another half a star for the other employee who was somewhat polite while producing and delivering my drink. While my daughter and husband purchased Razzmatazz. Yummy! They were delicious. The girls working there were friendly and the place seemed cleaned. The a/c was on and it felt very comfortable.
