I would recommend using the kiosk instead of talking to the servers since they were unclear about the different milks they had they do have soy milk/alternative milk at the place. They are quick with service even when they are busy. My husband and I decided to check out Arteasg after seeing it on social media & the shop is just as cute in person. The inside is super aesthetic and inviting! The area is a bit sketchy especially at night though! The workers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu & I really appreciated that they gave honest opinions instead of just trying to upsell. I ordered the avocado pomelo sago at 50% sweetness. I loved the texture overall BUT I probably wouldn't order it again since some of the pomelo pieces were a bit bitter. I've tried Mango and Strawberry pomelo sago, avocado yogurt with almond, cloudy oriental jasmine milk tea and Ceylon boba milk tea. Nothing failed so far. I was a little doubtful about it being good, since I read on an advertised sign in their shop, zero trans fat, zero creamer, and zero of basically anything that makes a drink good lol.
