I can never pass up a nice boba place. I ordered the dirty Thai tea. It's not advertised, but they offer the option for milk substitutes. They were out of almond milk and oat milk that day, so I got the coconut milk. Unfortunately, it did not pair well with my Thai tea. My Thai tornado was delicious. It was swirled with cream brûlée. I also got the Caramel cream. The caramel is hand roasted. I personally did not care for it so much. The service was good. The ambience was nice. They have a big picture of their menu which makes it easy to order.

Just found out they had opened up and replaced the old Kung Fu Tea location. I've had them a couple of times in the past bay so I had high expectations. Their sign is up for the soft opening but they've actually been open already for 2 weeks or so the owner told me. I ordered the Hoji Cookies & Cream milk tea and the Golden Assam Milk Tea. Both were good enough in their own way. The golden assam was pretty light and refreshing while the Hoji was a little less sweet than I had expected. As for the boba I really liked the texture. It was soft but not mushy however I do wish it had some flavor to it. I don't remember if theirs was supposed to be a honey or brown sugar boba; if it's not well I wish that it. The owner was very pleasant and cheery. The place is very clean with plenty of seating. While they weren't quite to the level I expect, I give them the benefit of the doubt during this soft opening time.

Super friendly cashier and was willing to make adjustments to my drink to my preference. There is a self kiosk on the left side of the wall ear the restroom if the cashier is busy. This location is where Kung Fu Tea used to be. Happy to have a Teaspoon local, so I don't have to drink to Modesto for my boba fix.

So happy that Teaspoon is near home. Such a great addition to the Manteca area. My go to is the double matcha with oat milk. It wasn't busy when we came. You can order at the counter or through the kiosk. The only critique I have is to have staff greet and smile at the customers. There was no warm welcome....no hello when we came in or thank you when our drinks were ready. Gotta thank your patrons for supporting their business!

Cozy place I'm glad they're here... and the music is a surprise... Tagalog!

I'm so happy that Manteca is getting so much new boba shops, you def want to make a stop here if you're ever craving milk tea or boba in general! There's a self serve kiosk along with staff taking orders as well. Super roomy and spacious, very cute space.

This place just open and I'm already a big fan since the only one that I know is in Modesto and southern Cali. Place has few seating but very nice interior. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks were just right for our meal across the street. Come by and try this place. You won't regret it. Now check my pics.

First time being here with my daughter. It's a small neat place with a touch screen to place an order. I bought four matcha royale & got 2 more for free with their buy 2 get 1 for free! My daughter love the taro! I will be stopping here whenever I'm nearby.

Everything they have suggested has been good :) I have been on a banana kick right now so their banana cloud matcha has been my go to lately. Their strawberry matcha is also very good. The matcha is not too strong and overpowering and their banana and strawberry flavors are sweet but not too sweet. Their coffees are STRONG and just the pick me up that I need to get through a long day at work. They also offer pastries. They have something called a milk cake which I haven't had before trying the one here. The Oreo cookies and cream milk cake is THE BEST and I highly recommend trying it if they have it available!!! The chocolate beignets are nice and fluffy. They also have a vendor who makes puddings so pick one of those up as well too to support a local small business! The inside of their shop is shared with Habibis intl market (they have great gyro plates!!!!) and there is plenty of seating inside if you and some friends want a cozy place to sit and hang out. There's plenty of parking space out front and out back.

The biscoff cold foam was super good though, I loved the chunks of biscoff on top. I think the biscoff cold foam would go very well with a latte, because the sweetness could balance out the bitter hints of coffee. However, if you have a big sweet tooth, I would recommend this place to you! Just personally didn't fit my tastebuds unfortunately. Service was super super quick though, drink came out in record speed -- almost immediately after we ordered. They have seating inside too!

Everyone here is so sweet and helpful, and from what I've observed, they know many of their customers by name. You can feel the genuine sense of community. That same care carries over into the food. Everything is fresh, wholesome, and intentionally made. You can tell they care about the food they're serving and the people they're serving it to. For the longest time, I couldn't stop ordering the turkey pesto sandwich because it was that good. Once I finally started trying other menu items, I realized it wasn't just one great sandwich. Everything I've had has been delicious. The coffee and tea are exceptional as well. Manteca is so lucky to have a place like Bean & Leaf. Given the multitude of licenses at stake in such enterprises, I wish to share my recent experience at this location. This morning, my husband and I visited, and we were somewhat disappointed with the quality of our orders. He ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, while I ordered an oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso at a temperature of 200 degrees. He also selected a ham, cheese, and egg croissant, and I opted for a bacon and cheese croissant. Regrettably, the items did not meet our expectations. The beverages lacked the desired strength; although the temperature was correct, I was informed after placing our order that they were out of oat milk and had to substitute it with almond milk. Given that we had already paid approximately $30, this was quite disappointing. Despite these concerns, we did not request a discount or refund, and we accepted the substitution that was communicated to us approximately 10 to 15 minutes after placing our order. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous, and the establishment was clean. However, I suspect that the items we ordered may not represent the best offerings on their menu. While the service was commendable, there was a notable wait involved. It would have been preferable to have been informed of the oat milk shortage prior to payment, as we might have chosen to leave at that point. Unfortunately, our dissatisfaction led us to seek alternative options, and we subsequently drove to Stockton to visit Peet's Coffee, where we consistently find lattes prepared to our liking. While we may not return to this location, I do not wish to portray it negatively. It is clear that the establishment has potential, yet our experience did not align with our expectations.

My favorite is the chorizo omelette with a side of strawberries. The omelette is flavorful without being greasy, and the strawberries are always fresh and delicious. The toast is decent, though I think trying a different bread brand could make it even better. The servers are consistently friendly and attentive. Orders come out quickly, and coffee refills are always topped off without having to ask. Overall, Frank's is a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth checking out.
