T4 is hands down my favorite tea snack place ever! Every time I come here, I already know I'm leaving happy and probably way too full. I love pretty much ALL their drinks and snacks, but the popcorn chicken is THE BOMB! Crispy, flavorful, and seriously addictive. Their tofu with sweet and sour sauce is also top-notch. And the fries?! Oh my goodness... to die for! I also had their wonton soup, though the soup taste good but the noodles is so saggy, which thats the only imperfection. T4 has been me and my family's go-to boba spot for many years. And watching it open in Lathdrop too, I cant believe I havent made a review until now.. Dropped by to get my family some tea and my wife some popcorn chicken. My son loves the chicken potstickers so I ordered that too. This place is always crowded with a bunch of kids, especially towards the evening. Never a silent moment here, and no, thats not bad thing, but those who are seeking calm environment. This place is not for you. I appreciate the always scorching food, never had to experience lukewarm or cold food here. The tea is good as usual too, lots of variety of drinks to choose from. There's something for everyone in that drink menu. My only gripe is that the cup sizes have changed. They are smaller, way smaller in comparison to 5 years ago. Prior to Covid. The tea itself was absolutely delicious Definitely the highlight of my visit and something I'd come back for. The Parmesan fries were really good too, and the popcorn chicken was tasty and satisfying. The wonton soup, unfortunately, wasn't my favorite. The noodles were pretty soggy and just didn't have the texture I was hoping for. The tofu also wasn't really for me. The space is bright & always kept clean and I love how there's games available for customers to sit and use while they enjoy! The menu is large with options for everyone that include all different flavors of drinks as well as a lot of food menu options. Some of my favorites are the basil popcorn chicken, fried tofu, crab Rangoons, and chicken wings - but I always get the honey peach royal teal 30/30! It's soooo good! I was passing through the area and wanted something like finger food and good? So this place popped up and I decided to give it a shot! The map directions was weird because it had me pass the front of the building and go through an alley to park in the back !? Anyway I was hungry so I still went through with it. It had been a long time since I'd had boba, but I was craving it and decided to stop by. They have an extensive drink menu, which was nice because there were a lot of options to choose from. The guy who took our order was friendly and answered our questions, which I appreciated. I ordered one of the drinks they were advertising, the strawberry matcha, which comes with strawberry purée. Unfortunately, the matcha tasted really off and kind of weird. I couldn't drink it. I let the employee know, and he was nice enough to remake the drink and offered to make me something different instead. The replacement drink was definitely better and more palatable, though it tasted a little watered down. Overall, it seems like a nice spot to hang out with friends and catch up, and they also have free street parking, which is convenient. read more

Our latest visit was on Sunday the 27th when we were enjoying some much needed time off. It's got a pretty good flow of customers each time I typically stop in, there's plenty of booth style tables to sit at, and people seem to like to gather here. The menu here is vast, it's got tons of options, pretty much any type of boba you can think or want to create they can do. They've also got tons of food options, like popcorn chicken, wings, the bubble waffles that have become popular, & more. The service at this location is friendly and fast, a very good feature, they also stay open later than a lot of other businesses in Tracy, which is a plus, my guess is they do pretty well in their last few hours open because of that. Fast service & friendly staff! T4 is almost always reliable. First visit at the Tracy location with my cousins. The space has plenty of indoor seating. They offer plenty of drinks and snack choices! Eats: *Oreo Potted Plant Milk Tea + Grass Jelly *Honey Peach Royal Tea + Boba *Fried Tofu I could've easily gotten a whole meal consisting of all the crispy eats: popcorn chicken, takoyaki, Pandan coconut waffle, eggrolls, etc. There's something for everyone to try. It was 90° out so I was in the mood for a large iced Oreo milk tea and my drink hit the spot. My cousin got the honey peach tea and that's my go-to fruit tea here! Fried tofu was tasty and they have so many sauce options. I got classic sweet chili. Gotta try the popcorn chicken next time. This has been here for awhile and they have a good amount of space, great for families, especially since they have games on the side to use. Their service is usually, always great, so no complains here. Decided to take advantage during their anniversary bogo, so I got these 4 drinks! *I prefer my drinks slightly in the sweeter side, usually always get 80% or 100%, also depending on topping. MILK TEAS, large, no ice, 80% sweetness Okinawa - it's missing a bit more depth than I'm used to, it's usually a more sweeter drink especially since it's supposed to have a brown sugar/light caramel taste. 3/5, I recommend egg pudding, so then it'll bump up with toppings. Honey dew - I'm not sure how to rate this one, since I haven't tried a lot of HDMT from other places, but this is pretty good. It doesn't have a powder taste/texture. It's one of their newest drinks for spring, it's a MUST TRY. I will say that it's overly sweet. I'd recommend 50% sweetness, especially if you get a topping with it. Maybe even consider 30% sweetness. I'M NOT KIDDING ABOUT THE SWEETNESS. In conclusion, I like how you can actually taste the honey dew, so 4.3/5. Winter melon - this should be in the sweeter side as well, but it's not. It's not the best, but it's pretty decent compared to other places and the drinks here. It has a brighter taste than the okinawa. 3.5/4, but maybe at 100% or with grass jelly, easy 4.2/5. Green thai tea - another spring special. I was excited for this one, because I love GTT. Um buuuut this one does need work. The other places I get this drink from, I also sample first, because how it tastes honestly depends on the day, at least in my experience. It is what I expected for taste, except it gives a dry taste in the mouth and has less body (gives watery instead of a thick milk feel). Again, this may just depend how's its brewed for the day. Honestly it's a decent drink too. I'm torn, so I'd say it can easily be between 3-4/5. Toppings make a difference, my go to for this are grass jelly or coffee jelly (cuz I'm weird). read more

One of my favorite spots in Tracy! For context, I was never a fan of T4 prior to moving to Tracy, but I truly feel that this T4 is different from others. The owner is super friendly and treats customers like family, always looking out for things to improve. Not only is the staff very patient and friendly, but the environment is very welcoming and it's a great place to hangout with friends or treat yourself! Even during rush hour, they never fail to maintain quality control and get orders out asap. My go-to drink is a jasmine milk tea 50 sugar 30 ice with white pearls or a passionfruit royal tea, and it always hits the spot, especially on a hot day. My family loves to come here! Hello, I was in the area after getting my hair done. I saw their signed outside selling pumpkin spice milk tea. Immediately sold lol I learned that not all T4's are the same. I feel like this location had a lot more of snackie options on their menu and man did the pictures looked bomb. Service was friendly and fast. I got my milk tea in less than 4 minutes or so. Got me a Thai tea blended with pop corn chicken it wasn't too busy but I got me food promptly and good amount of popcorn chicken they have multiple dipping sauce store front is ample and clean you can look right in the neighbors barista coffee shop and grab a cofffee after boba. This is our go to place for boba but everything can go wrong at this place at anytime. A few years back we ordered for delivery. My son's sealed boba drink had a metal cap that fell in his drink from one of their pumps and they failed to see it. If you get points there, their points- stamp system is always wrong. Ambiance is ok- lots of tables to hang out. Basil popcorn chicken that we always order is good, as well as the mozzarella sticks that my daughter likes. For the amount of people that work there, service is still a bit slow. Staff is friendly though, just maybe unexperienced so this place isn't a place to go if you're in a hurry. read more

Food is always great and the Boba drinks are on point. It's hard to find a good spot outside the Bay Area, but Tracy T4 steps up. They have a large variety of drinks and foods. The popcorn chicken is bomb, wish they had more basil though. Bamboo pandan waffles are good. My go-to snacks would be their popcorn chicken. Their portions are generous and their chicken isn't all batter. Some places have thick batters - but this one is just right. Just be aware to add some salt and pepper to it as they sometimes lack seasoning. Drinks are not bad. They're your typical boba drinks you can find at any other boba place. My go-to would be their blended matcha. Some places have it taste too watery, but this one is pretty good. Service is quick - even when it gets busy. Staff was so kind. We came in on BOGO day, and all of the staff was so patient and efficient! The cacheir was so polite and seemed very noligable about the menu. I've never had the snacks but would give them a try because it always smells good when I walk in. I always get the Taro Milk Tea with Lychee and Boba Pearls. The food and drinks are pretty good but even better is the service! The guy who helped us (curly haired asian dude with tatted arms) remembered my friend and I from last week. He remembered we came in after work and asked us about it today when we came in around the same time. And he remembered what food we had ordered and asked how we had liked it!
