Ah T4. My usual go to back at Fremont. Except this time, the drinks are properly made and have wonderful customer service. T4 is located in Downtown Tracy next to Barista's. It's a perfect location for teenagers to hang out at and be able to walk around the area sipping some tea. They have a variety of drinks ranging from fresh teas (Honey Peach Royal Tea, Mango Royal Tea), smoothies (honey peach, strawberry, mango), milk teas (classical rose milk tea, earl grey, Jasmine), and sweet/savory snacks. This particular actually has a LOT of food to offer, such as orange chicken plate or chicken wings. Almost all of the menu is available except for a few snacks which is nice. Right now, they have a separate menu near the cashier that gives you recommendations like their new Amber Pearl Milk Tea. When you walk in, the place is vertically long and has plenty of tables for large groups. They also offer games, such as jenga. Overall, the atmosphere is typical of a boba place and a good place to chill with your friends and family. I've visited this place numerous times already, so I have a very good idea on how the place usually runs. Out of the times I've been, there's never been an issue with the wait or the drinks itself. Every time I order a hot milk tea with boba, they never forget to put the boba!! (: The wait is always quick. If you order 3-4 drinks, expect to wait for at least 10-12 minutes. The snacks also don't take super long, which is surprising because they are busy making many people's drinks. A plus for that! My usual drink at T4 is any of their hot drinks, specifically their Hot Rose Milk Tea at 50% sweetness. I don't know why, but T4's milk teas are just full of flavor compared to other places. I recommend getting 50%-75% on their drinks because they run a lil' too sweet (especially for their fruit teas and milk teas). Their boba is always SOFT. It's easy to chew and you can swallow it on accident without feeling like you're choking. I expect this T4 location to last long because of their quick and friendly service. Their drinks match up to the quality boba places should have. If you've never tried boba before, I recommend getting it here and trying their drinks first. read more

Consistently is key and that's what T4 is all about. I know my taste buds are in for a good time when I order ahead and swing by for a quick pick up. What I really appreciate about T4 is that twice they've been courteous of when they cook the wonton soup. My slow poke self takes my sweet time driving over after ordering online. Each time they called saying they didn't want to begin the soup order until I was nearly arriving so it would be fresh. We visit this store every time we are in Mountain House to visit my in-laws. We've always been happy with how our drinks taste as well as the taste and consistency of the boba. Their popcorn chicken is also delicious! They always seem well staffed as well. Prices here were cheaper than their location in Dublin, so we always come here. read more

Boba is slowly making its way across the bay and into the valley. Here we have one of the more popular chains known as T4. Though it's location is rather modest, the inside is quite clean and nice. There's not too much unique to say about this place as it is a standard Boba chain. However, the staff are quite friendly, the price fair, and they do put care into their abundant snack choices and drinks. Other chains have been known to be less than desirable on this front. I would definitely recommend their drinks and snacks here, with the exception of the Flan. It has got to be one at of the worse Flans I've ever had. The staple Basil Popcorn Chicken made a better Flan than the actual Flan. But I can look past that as it is a great place to get some late night drinks and snacks with friends. Good boba shop in Tracy! The store is clean and enforces safe practices during COVID (e.g. all staff were wearing masks, social distancing line markers). I like that you can customize the sweetness and ice for your drinks - I asked for 50% sweetness which turned out to be a little bit sweeter than I expected. I got great service from the cashier. & the gentlemen who was putting the drinks on the counter... he recommended me some sauces for the basil chicken which btw I recommend. I was indecisive about which drink to order but this time I played it safe. Taro no boba. Drink was great no complaints. T4 is one of the many boba places I visit continuously. It is my usual place to get milk teas. I always come here, due to the fact I am a bobaholic. When I do come here, the service is rather quick, and the place seems spotless. In addition, the workers are quite understanding if you take your time choosing. They do help you out if needed. The drinks you order depends on the quantity you buy, but most of the time, it usually takes about 5 minutes, same with the food. The place is aesthetically pleasing to take pictures. I love it :) T4 not only has a variety of milk teas, they have regular teas, along with many toppings to go along with your drinks. If you aren't in the mood of drinks, there is always food. I tend to get different milk teas when I am there. I love how flavorful it is, along with toppings. The cost of it seems fair. I highly recommend T4 to anybody. T4 is a brand I find ever so slightly better than Quickly. Their boba is alright. It is sometimes inconsistent but I came here so often because there used to be not much options in this town for good boba. The location is snug in the middle of downtown so it is perfect for hanging out and socializing as well as gaining business from events on that street occasionally. The drinks are fairly good but I am aware of where the syrups come from so by this technicality it is standard at best. Tea textures are also okay it's not too bad but the fries are the best crispiest textures I have ever had. I always loved their fries with no salt it is absolutely perfect. Ive tried a little bit more stuff on the menu but I believe the taro ice cream rolls were discontinued sadly. Funny enough I used to go here so often, the workers knew my drink order and finished making it when I just opened the door. They are also usually fast with service so this is a pretty standard location. On my tier list this gets a 6/10. read more

They have packing in the back of the store, just need to drive around. Nice, clean and bright. Staffs are nice. Menu is simple. We ordered milk tea with pearl and coffee jelly, classic Thai milk tea with boba and winter melon tea. For snacks, we got popcorn chicken, fried squid and onion rings. I'm a boba-holic and I'm not ashamed to admit it. This is one of the few boba places in the area and is frequented by me. Customer service is on point as they welcome you once you entered their place. The menu board is there (and big enough) for everyone to sample all the drinks they offer. The prices are affordable and you can customize the amount of sweetness and ice level to your liking. Drinks- they offer slushies, milk teas, creama, fruit drinks and hot drinks. They offer two sizes: regular and large. You can add more toppings other than boba to you drinks to your hearts desire. Food- aside from the staple fried food they offer, they started adding other food variety to their menu. They now have ramen and curry and egg puffs, in which I have only tried the latter. I always get their food to-go so I haven't had the opportunity to try their new food menu yet. Lately though, the basil popcorn chicken I always get, starts to dwindle in quantity. They used to be almost to the brim where you can barely close the box, now you'll be lucky to even get half of the amount of the box :( The vibe on this place is very welcoming and the space is very open, they play your regular (english) music and sometimes if I'm lucky I get to hear my fave kpop musicians blasting on this place.
