Honey peach royal - no sweetener 80% ice
Kerith H.

This T4 location is consistently great - not only on the drinks, but also the food and always the service! The space is bright & always kept clean and I love how there's games available for customers to sit and use while they enjoy! The menu is large with options for everyone that include all different flavors of drinks as well as a lot of food menu options. Some of my favorites are the basil popcorn chicken, fried tofu, crab Rangoons, and chicken wings - but I always get the honey peach royal teal 30/30! It's soooo good! I love that they make some of their sauces in house also. Always love stopping by when I can to get T4 love!

Some menu options

The tea itself was absolutely delicious Definitely the highlight of my visit and something I'd come back for. The Parmesan fries were really good too, and the popcorn chicken was tasty and satisfying. The wonton soup, unfortunately, wasn't my favorite. The noodles were pretty soggy and just didn't have the texture I was hoping for. The tofu also wasn't really for me. Overall, there were some hits and misses with the food, but the tea definitely made the visit worthwhile. I'd come back for sure, especially for the tea! the service was great and they did not take too long to prepare our order

Mango strawberry

It had been a long time since I'd had boba, but I was craving it and decided to stop by. They have an extensive drink menu, which was nice because there were a lot of options to choose from. The guy who took our order was friendly and answered our questions, which I appreciated. I ordered one of the drinks they were advertising, the strawberry matcha, which comes with strawberry purée. Unfortunately, the matcha tasted really off and kind of weird. I couldn't drink it. I let the employee know, and he was nice enough to remake the drink and offered to make me something different instead. The replacement drink was definitely better and more palatable, though it tasted a little watered down. Overall, it seems like a nice spot to hang out with friends and catch up, and they also have free street parking, which is convenient.

Review #975 Posted on 12.30.25 (Final Review of 2025) We've came to this T4 location many times. It's located right in the downtown area of Tracy across the street from B of A and other businesses. Our latest visit was on Sunday the 27th when we were enjoying some much needed time off. It's got a pretty good flow of customers each time I typically stop in, there's plenty of booth style tables to sit at, and people seem to like to gather here. The menu here is vast, it's got tons of options, pretty much any type of boba you can think or want to create they can do. They've also got tons of food options, like popcorn chicken, wings, the bubble waffles that have become popular, & more. The service at this location is friendly and fast, a very good feature, they also stay open later than a lot of other businesses in Tracy, which is a plus, my guess is they do pretty well in their last few hours open because of that. I'll keep coming back to this spot.

Large Oreo Potted Milk Tea with grass jelly

Fast service & friendly staff! T4 is almost always reliable. First visit at the Tracy location with my cousins. The space has plenty of indoor seating. They offer plenty of drinks and snack choices! Eats: *Oreo Potted Plant Milk Tea + Grass Jelly *Honey Peach Royal Tea + Boba *Fried Tofu I could've easily gotten a whole meal consisting of all the crispy eats: popcorn chicken, takoyaki, Pandan coconut waffle, eggrolls, etc. There's something for everyone to try. It was 90° out so I was in the mood for a large iced Oreo milk tea and my drink hit the spot. My cousin got the honey peach tea and that's my go-to fruit tea here! Fried tofu was tasty and they have so many sauce options. I got classic sweet chili. Gotta try the popcorn chicken next time. Staff were incredibly helpful and patient while we navigated through the menu. I can see why so many people grab boba from here.

Vietnamese ice coffee with sea salt.

This is the best Vietnamese Ice coffee! Adding sea salt into this makes perfect! Must try this!

My cousin Tommy taking a sip of my Vietnamese coffee. Delicious!

Tried the sea salt coffee today at T4 Tracy. Definitely a tasty drink I would order again and again. I've never tried Vietnamese coffee like this before but highly recommend it to others looking for a nice savory twist.

This has been here for awhile and they have a good amount of space, great for families, especially since they have games on the side to use. Their service is usually, always great, so no complains here. Decided to take advantage during their anniversary bogo, so I got these 4 drinks! *I prefer my drinks slightly in the sweeter side, usually always get 80% or 100%, also depending on topping. MILK TEAS, large, no ice, 80% sweetness Okinawa - it's missing a bit more depth than I'm used to, it's usually a more sweeter drink especially since it's supposed to have a brown sugar/light caramel taste. 3/5, I recommend egg pudding, so then it'll bump up with toppings. Honey dew - I'm not sure how to rate this one, since I haven't tried a lot of HDMT from other places, but this is pretty good. It doesn't have a powder taste/texture. It's one of their newest drinks for spring, it's a MUST TRY. I will say that it's overly sweet. I'd recommend 50% sweetness, especially if you get a topping with it. Maybe even consider 30% sweetness. I'M NOT KIDDING ABOUT THE SWEETNESS. In conclusion, I like how you can actually taste the honey dew, so 4.3/5. Winter melon - this should be in the sweeter side as well, but it's not. It's not the best, but it's pretty decent compared to other places and the drinks here. It has a brighter taste than the okinawa. 3.5/4, but maybe at 100% or with grass jelly, easy 4.2/5. Green thai tea - another spring special. I was excited for this one, because I love GTT. Um buuuut this one does need work. The other places I get this drink from, I also sample first, because how it tastes honestly depends on the day, at least in my experience. It is what I expected for taste, except it gives a dry taste in the mouth and has less body (gives watery instead of a thick milk feel). Again, this may just depend how's its brewed for the day. Honestly it's a decent drink too. I'm torn, so I'd say it can easily be between 3-4/5. Toppings make a difference, my go to for this are grass jelly or coffee jelly (cuz I'm weird).

Good asf drinks.

Drinks were a W ngl. Nice customer service we had to wait a while because the order didn't print on their side but they gave us a free drink in return. Give Ryan a raise hes hella nice and he's awesome.

I love this new skillet as I don't really get skillets that often, if I had to change something, maybe layer it with onions and barbecue so the consistency continues and it doesn't feel underwhelming after you eat all the onions. Huckleberry's is a great option if you're looking for breakfast. The restaurant is surprisingly spacious inside and can easily accommodate large groups. There are also a couple of semi-private dining areas toward the back that are slightly separated from the main dining room. The interior has a cozy, rustic feel with exposed brick that made me feel like I wasn't in Tracy. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick to take our drink orders while we looked over the menu. The only minor disappointment was the drip coffee, which had a bit more bitterness than I prefer. I ordered a build-your-own omelet with three eggs, avocado, bacon, and cheese, served with fresh fruit and wheat toast. The omelet was a generous size, and they definitely didn't skimp on the bacon. The fruit was fresh, and the wheat toast had the perfect balance of being lightly crisp on the outside while still soft and buttery inside. Overall, I had a very good experience. The food was satisfying, the service was excellent, and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the mood for breakfast.

There was one person ahead of me, and it seemed like he'd been there a while, so I was like, oh goodness... why is it taking so long? lol. But I waited patiently. When it was my turn, the young man at the window was welcoming and kind. He took his time showing me that my garden salads were actually the salads I ordered (and not a Caesar) by opening the containers to show me. It was cute. He also went down the receipt, checking off each item. I guess that's why it was taking a bit with the guy ahead of me. He even showed me the transparent containers to make sure everything was what I ordered. It was pretty adorable, actually, how much he wanted to make sure everything was there. But I can also see how it could take a bit of time when there's a line. Everything was packaged well, and all the toppings were in their own little to-go cups. I got a half dozen of their rolls, which I had not ordered before, so it was a nice surprise to see there were **8 rolls inside!** :) It's like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag. He also offered me 2 bags of peanuts, which was nice because my husband loves peanuts. Our steaks were delicious. Everything was delicious! Our entrees came with 2 rolls each and a side of their cinnamon butter, which is delicious. I asked the young man if I could get a few extra sides of the butter (for the half dozen), and he said he could give me 3 for free. It sounded like if I had asked for more, he'd have to charge me. So I do wish, though, that the 1/2 dozen rolls included a side of the cinnamon butter w/o having to ask. Great food, great service.

We opted for the couches and were comfy. Good amount of foot traffic but pretty quick to get our drinks, food was a lot slower and when our names were called out, it was impossible to hear so we had to keep going up to check. I got their marshmallow latte - 2/5. Aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately the taste was not my favorite. I the drink was far too milky, coffee blend was not strong at all, very lite. For food I originally ordered a "half" avocado toast meaning to order a "full". When I went back to correct my order, prior to them making it, I was charged 2 halves instead of the difference.. I didn't question it. But, a "half" is just 1 slice of store bought sourdough while a "full" is 2 slices. Sourdough was basic, store bought for sure. I shared half with my sister who ordered the cottage cheese, prosciutto and arugula one and unfortunately it was only prosciutto and cottage cheese. Definitely was missing the arugula or something else to make it stand out. We were originally offered to have cucumber slices on the side and declined but a few minutes later went back to ask for them and they were sold out of cucumbers, arugula, basically everything they could offer on the side the guy said. 2/5 for these toasts. All in all, 3 stars from me for this cafe with the majority of the rating going to the cafe itself instead of their food/drinks. Definitely a cute little place to come in and read, work, or just hangout. I still go think there's hope for their other drink options so I would not not come back to try something else.
