I had the catfish with smothered green beans and macaroni and cheese, plus an extra side of green beans. My wife ordered two pieces of fried chicken -- everything came out hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. If I had one tiny note, it's that the chicken was just a touch salty for my taste -- but I'll admit, I'm a little sensitive to salt. That said, it was still absolutely delicious and full of that home-cooked goodness that's hard to find these days. The ladies running the truck were friendly and welcoming (we forgot your names, but thank you again!). You can tell they cook with pride and love.
