We asked for 3 açaí bowls and they were loose! As if they were sitting there melting but I guess they mixed the crap out of them. Getting there: Located on the Citrus Plaza side of the Redland shopping center, this Jamba is a walk up location. There is plenty of parking in front of the shop. Experience: This is actually the closest Jamba to my house so I pay this place a visit occasionally. I like this location, most of the time it's in and out, but when it is crowded it can be a drag. Since the parking lot is shared with multiple businesses it can get really congested, but if you go during non-peak hours you should be good. read more

I called in my order go limit my time in the actual store. When I arrived I noticed it was quite crowded. I understand it is hot outside but I think the store should make a better way for people to form a line with following the protocols that is placed due to covid. Jamba will not honor my bogo card, fraudulent saying its not valid because it's not a new bogo card. New cards need to be put on app and have a six month use or loose the bogo. I have an older card that i purchase through my neice bought about 10 cards and used them as my family and I wanted, then went in and they say that bogo cards no longer valid . It's now franchisee owned( according to a posted sign) and I wonder if maybe they aren't executing ownership well. It smells very sharply of sour juice. The walls are filthy and the floor is filthy and the tile is caked In dirt. The prep area where they make the juice is dark and gloomy. It's very odd.
