This is a go to spot for yogurt I like the many different toppings but the main flavors are limited didn't like the snickers but did love the dole pineapple . Hit or miss with the flavors. Service is good and nice and clean ample parking outside watch out for the major dip when leaving. Kill your yogurt cravings by stopping here. read more

If you're looking for a cool and tasty treat, you will enjoy this place. They have several self-serve frozen yogurt dispensers with a variety of flavors. After dispensing yogurt, move to your left for a bevy of toppings to choose from. The toppings are endless to the point that there is no way to list them all. The variety is sure to appeal to everyone. When you make your way to the cashier, there is a small "candy to go"area and beverage fridge. They also make FroYo pie, soda floats and a pup cup if you want to pick up a treat for your dog. There is a small seating area inside and outside depending on the weather. They are very clean here and seem to be constantly cleaning the self-serve area and tables as people exit. They have a one gender neutral bathroom. Please do not come here. Came here with my family. I was asked if I wanted lids the minute I said no thank you because we wanted to enjoy our ice cream there she side once I said no They are really rude. This place is great! I have checked it out twice, once when it was empty and another when it was busy (not on purpose). Both times, the owner has been very attentive to his customers. Personally, I prefer non-dairy frozen yogurt. This place has not just one, but many options to pick from. My favorite selection though, are the toppings! Here, not only does the fruit look fresh, but the other toppings look new (e.g. mini mochi chunks are not clumped, brownie bits are solid instead of crumbled to tiny pieces). Mahal was craving froyo and we came here. A family owned business, young daughter was working the register with her dad. Very clean! Love the "twisted" options. So many toppings! I counted 51! Which is a lot more than other froyo places! Plus they also have sauces (Reeses, Hershey's hot fudge & Hershey's caramel)! And a bottle of Tajin! Ample seating. We sat and enjoyed our froyo thoroughly! Public restroom available and it was clean. We will definitely return! read more

found this place online and decided to try it out. the place was pretty empty but that's maybe because it was cold outside. only had a small selection of flavors but it had two of the flavors i would always get. place is very clean and has a small seating area. definitely would come back since it is closer than other froyo places. great local frozen yogurt spot! read more

I don't really have much of a sweet tooth and initially I thought this place was SOME yogurt and then ice cream. Boy was I wrong!!! I've now been to Twisted Tulip about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and felt I should leave a review. This place is a little gem hidden in the small town of Ripon, CA. This place has ALL of the feels of a small family owned business and it seems everyone who walks in the door gets that same treatment and feel. Justin and Kristina have done an amazing job at this place. You will meet one of the two when you walk in the door. They have a large selection of soft served frozen yogurt to choose from! I think about 10 flavors! (I LOVE the chocolate) Then you have an even larger selection of toppings (I choose cherries mainly) I love the fact it's either low fat or non fat. I am trying to do low sugar diet. Came here not knowing if the sugar free option would be good. I asked for a sample and the employee said they don't give samples. I'm not buying an entire thing of yogurt to find it tastes bad. A tiny tasting cup would be my suggestion for this business. Until then I won't be going back. read more

I'm not sure if the lady on the right was the owner , but she was absolutely rude to my sister. After my cousins, my sister, and I finished making our yogurt we went to eat, and my sister found a dark blondish hair ( we are all Asian- American) and the girl on the right ( she was nice) but she put the spoons in our cups after she weighed it. Maybe on her hair tie there was a hair and went into my sister's yogurt, no big deal my sister can just make a new one. So obviously we all do not have blonde hair, so my sister went to let the owner know in a non confrontational way ( my sister HATES confrontation ) but she argued with my sister and slammed the ice cream cup on the counter and I heard it and multiple customers did too. My sister got a new cup and the owner proceeds to weigh it for no reason because we all weighed our cups together. And she proceeds to tell my sister, "It's a little over," my sister says, "do you want me to take some out?" The owner then rolls her eyes and says whatever. I'm usually not the type of person to bring race into this but reading the other reviews and hearing others stories I definitely think we were racially profiled. When we first walked in too, the vibes were NOT IT!! Anyways yogurt mid, owner should wear a hair net, because your hair was in a messy bun. Basic Food and Beverage guidelines. read more

Wow! I have never been treated with such disgust and dismissiveness in Ripon ever before. I've lived here 10 years and for the first time I strongly felt discriminated against. I am black and my friend is white, we walked in with no greeting just a look of please don't stay. I am still just stunned at how the lady owner did us. If you are not white do not go in here. I've actually heard this same complaint by several other non white people, but I always make my own opinion, so I tried it. Well they were right...discrimination at the very least! Good news, ten of my friends are supporting the non white and will never give them their business again. I pray for this owner that God will help them and teach them to be a better person to all people. They will probably remove this review as they did to the other reviews that weren't favorable. Look at the 2 that are not recommended! read more

Wow! What a hidden gem this place is!! My family and I have been coming here for a few months and are always welcomed with smiles! I happened to read a recent review and thought to myself "there is no way this could be about this business!" We are also not white but have NEVER felt discriminated against.... Anyways! A very dependable and ye ole reliable froyo spot. Nothing stood out, but nothing was disappointing! Upon entering, we weren't greeted and felt rather hated, and not welcomed lol. We weren't the only customers and a few came after us, but we were the only ones wearing masks? Not even staff was wearing them or gloves ‍. The entire store did look very clean and they did ask US to wear gloves which I thought was good. Not a lot of flavors, basic chocolate, vanilla, caramel, yogurt, cherry, and a low fat caramel frapp one?? I got vanilla,chocolate, and cherry with birthday cake toppings which was pretty good! Again nothing made me go WAUW, but it satisfied the craving. Will I come here again? Probably if I'm in need but it seems like there are more enjoyable spots that I'd rather try!! read more

I used to come here every Wednesday with my grandpa before he passed. It was our absolute favorite place to go for frozen yogurt!! Terrible customer service! When asked to sample cups, was told they don't do samples. When I asked why the reply was we just don't! My wife and I ran not walked to yogurt mill in Modesto. Way better yogurt and customer service, also let us sample before we purchased. Never coming back to the twisted yogurt again! read more

On our very first visit to Twisted Tulip it immediately became our favorite froyo spot. The staff is all really friendly, they have a great variety of flavors, lots of great toppings to choose from and honestly, it's the cleanest frozen yogurt place I've ever been to. And I eat a lot of frozen yogurt! I have never once seen a crumb of topping outside of its little bin, never. After each customer the staff immediately starts wiping stuff down and sweeping and mopping floors. They give you a glove to use in handles and spoons so precautions are taken. I've been here a few times and they never disappoint. I'm always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need any help or have any questions. They don't pressure you or hover though which is nice. They always advertise their daily flavors on Instagram and offer you an option to "twist" some of their best paired flavors. The prices are VERY fair and they have so many toppings and sauces to choose from. I also like that the place is always immaculately cleaned. Yesterday when I walked in one of the employees was cleaning the dispensers after use so that was nice. I love the variety of flavors and they are rotated daily so there is always something new. Oh and they also have low carb and no sugar added options which are also very tasty. They sell pints too. You can also make suggestions for the twists and I think that's awesome. I definitely recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Bad service....that blonde lady dont know if shes the owner is just watching what your doing, has a bad attitude noticed it from the first time i went there & be careful because they charge extra fees without letting you know ( & no not talking about the 35 cent fee for using card)...i found out from looking at my receipt! What showed up was all buttercream on the outside with zero whipped cream. When I asked about it, they told me it was whipped cream. I know what I'm tasting, and so did my guests. It was definitely buttercream. The inside was even worse. There was some ganache but barely any. The further we cut into the cake, the more buttercream we found. I did not want buttercream inside the cake at all. I barely agreed to a little on the outside and they didn't even respect that. The photos show it clearly. The further we cut, the messier and more uneven it got with just buttercream and buttercream. One slice had a thin layer of ganache with barely any pecans or caramel. Everything else was buttercream. I picked this bakery because I had a good experience with them the first time. The design looked nice, but the cake itself was really disappointing. Way too sweet from all that buttercream I specifically said I didn't want. I gave them detailed feedback with photos. Instead of owning up to it, the decorator got defensive. He said he used buttercream as glue to hold the cake together. But that doesn't make sense. If ganache worked fine as glue on my first order with them (which had no buttercream inside at all), why couldn't he do the same thing this time? He just chose to use a lot of buttercream instead of actually following what I asked for. I even sent more photos pointing out exactly where the problem was. But they still insisted it was whipped cream. My guests noticed it too. So are they lying? Management offered me a 10% discount on my next order. That doesn't help. I paid for a cake that didn't meet what I asked for and it ruined my event. I asked for a 50% refund which seemed fair. They read the message but never answered. Just complete silence. If a bakery is going to charge premium prices for custom cakes, you need to actually follow what the customer asks for. I was crystal clear about what I wanted. That's literally the whole point of a custom order. They like to ignore customers when there's an issue. I was ignored at first, then only responded after I pointed out how unprofessional they were handling things. That's when they offered the 10% discount. But the moment I asked for a fair 50% refund, they ghosted me completely. No response, nothing. That says everything you need to know about how they treat customers who have legitimate concerns.
